Specification Features
Mechanical
Frame: Boat-shaped galvanized steel frame with an adjustable plaster lip accommodating ceilings from 1/2" to 2" thick. Includes (2) remodel clips for below-ceiling installation.
Mounting Brackets: Bar hanger receivers adjust 2" vertically, compatible with No Fuss™ bar hangers or 1/2" EMT. Removable for installation flexibility.
No Fuss™ Bar Hangers: Captive, pre-installed hangers lock to tee grids with a screwdriver or pliers, featuring a centering mechanism for consistent fixture positioning.
Optical
LED Module: Utilizes proximity phosphors over chip-on-board LEDs for a uniform, high-efficiency source with no pixilation. Available in 80 or 90 CRI minimum with accuracy within 3 SDCM for color uniformity. Passive thermal management ensures L70 at 50,000 hours. Features an integral diffuse lens for visual shielding and an integral connector for quick housing flex connection.
Beam Forming Optics: Optional optics are available to replace the diffuse lens, offering narrow flood or flood distributions for long-throw applications.
Reflector: Standard one-piece parabolic aluminum reflector provides high optical efficiency and visual comfort. An optional non-conductive polymer "Dead Front" trim is also available. The reflector attaches to the LED module via (3) speed clamps and features a self-flanged design with an optional white painted flange.
Trim Retention: Reflectors are secured by two torsion springs, ensuring a tight fit to the finished ceiling surface.
Electrical
Junction Box: Equipped with (6) 1/2" and (2) 3/4" trade size pry-outs for conduit runs. Rated for (12) #12 AWG 90°C conductors and feed-thru branch wiring.
Driver: Integral UNV 120-277V 50/60 Hz constant current driver offering noise-free operation. Supports 347V input via optional Halo transformers (H347 or H347200). Provides continuous, flicker-free dimming from 100% to 10% via leading/trailing edge phase cut (120V) or 0-10V analog control.
Emergency Option: Provides 90 minutes of standby lighting, meeting life safety codes for egress lighting. Includes options for a remote charge indicator and test switch.
