IV. Product Instructions
1. APP Download and Installation
Download the "Littlelf smart" app from Google Play for Android devices or the App Store for iOS devices. Alternatively, scan the provided QR code for direct download and follow the on-screen prompts.
Notes: To ensure full functionality, grant the "Littlelf smart" APP necessary permissions on your mobile device.
2. Accounts Registration
Open the Littlelf smart APP, agree to the privacy policy and service agreement, then register an account using an email address or mobile number. Log in after successful registration.
Notes:
- Ensure you tick "Agree" for the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.
- If the verification code is delayed, try again later. Check your spam folder if using an email address.
3.1 & 3.2 QR Code Net-pairing (Recommendation)
Place the camera and your mobile phone on a horizontal surface, aligning them according to the visual guide. The camera can scan the QR code displayed on your phone. Move the phone slightly left/right or up/down to ensure a clear scan. Listen for a beep and then confirm "Heard the Sound". A ruler is provided to help with correct positioning.
4. Reset Camera
The reset process involves connecting via QR code, powering on the camera, and confirming the indicator light status. The camera will then enter the reset process.
5. Family Sharing Setting
To share the camera with family members, the shared person must first download the Littlelf smart APP and register an account. Ensure the country selected during registration matches the master account's country.
V. Operation Guide
1. Interface Introduction
The interface allows users to slide or zoom the video feed, switch audio, capture high-definition pictures, view in full screen, take snapshots, initiate intercom, save media locally, and select the camera's HD mode.
Key controls include: Camera Name, High Definition Setting, Parameters Settings, Camera Sound Switch, Full Screen, Photo Snapshot, Video Record, and Audio (Press to talk).
2.1 Detection Alarm Messages
This feature provides a shortcut to check detection alarm messages.
2.2 Video Cloud Storage
The service supports recording event footage for the latest 14 days, with a 90-day free trial. Four subscription plans are available.
2.3 Sites
Users can save up to 6 site points. Clicking a saved site point will automatically direct the camera to that location. Timing can also be set for the camera to patrol specific sites at scheduled times.
2.4 Features
Provides quick access to various functions. The Motion Tracking feature allows the camera to follow moving objects automatically.
2.5 Auto-Tracking Movement
When enabled, the camera will follow any detected object movement.
2.6 Playback
Access the playback interface from the real-time video view to capture, watch, and record footage from specific times.
2.7 Sites Patrol
This function enables the camera to automatically patrol all saved sites, staying at each for 10 seconds. Patrol Time options include "All-day Patrol" (7x24 hours) and "Timed Patrol" (scheduled patrol).
3. Multi-View
Supports simultaneous live viewing of up to 4 cameras.
4.1 Basic Settings
4.1-1 Basic Function Settings:
- Status Indicator: Toggle the camera's indicator light on/off.
- Flip Screen: Select this option if the camera image is inverted.
- Time Watermark: Displays the current time in the upper left corner of the video feed.
- IR Night Vision: Offers three modes: Auto, On, and Off, for optimal night vision.
- Talk Mode:
- One-way Talk: Allows one-way voice communication. Send a message, and the other party can reply.
- Two-way Talk: Enables simultaneous two-way conversation, allowing both parties to talk and listen.
VI. Help Center & More Service
The Help Center provides solutions to common problems. Users can find more solutions by clicking "All". If issues persist, users can click "Report Issue" to submit a question and expect an answer within 24 hours.
VII. Installation Instructions
Follow these steps for installation:
- Select an installation position and drill holes on the surface.
- Insert expansion bolts into the drilled holes.
- Screw the support bracket into place.
- Attach the camera to the bracket.

Note: If the camera is mounted upside down, the image can be reversed by selecting the appropriate view angle option in the Littlelf Smart APP settings.
VIII. Troubleshooting

APP can't be registered successfully
- Check if the mobile phone's network is normal.
- Ensure the software service agreement and privacy policy are accepted.
- Check the spam folder for the verification code.
- Use Wi-Fi for registration if the mobile network is unavailable. If neither network can obtain a server address, check other software.
- During installation, allow the app to access location and all permissions for automatic server arrangement.
- If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall the app, ensuring all permissions are granted during installation.

Unable to connect to the network

Unable to connect to WiFi:
- Enable the DHCP on the router.
- Ensure the camera is not blacklisted in the router's MAC settings.
- Turn off the 5GHz Wi-Fi on the router (contact manufacturer if unable).
- After connecting to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, verify mobile phone internet access.
- Ensure mobile devices are on the same network as the camera.
- Reset the camera and reconnect after network confirmation.

Unable to connect to wired:
- Enable the DHCP on the router.
- Ensure the camera is not blacklisted in the router's MAC settings.
- Connect the network cable to your computer, then check for IP address acquisition. If manually set, enable router DHCP.
- Verify internet access after enabling DHCP.
- Connect the network cable to the device and reset the connection.

Wifi password reason:
- Verify the camera's Wi-Fi password matches the router's.
- Check for spaces or special characters (@,#,%,&) in the entered password.

Disconnected 5Ghz WIFI, unable to connect to wifi:
- Disable the 5Ghz network and keep the 2.4Ghz network active. Restart the router and camera.
- Avoid using "5Ghz" in the Wi-Fi name.

Camera match the wifi successfully, but can't hear the voice of camera
- Reset the camera, then power off and reconnect. (Reset removes local data).
- Ensure the phone is close to the camera and router during connection.
- Turn off the 5GHz Wi-Fi.

No pop-up message for motion detection alarm
- Enable notification permissions for the Littlelf Smart APP in the mobile device's system settings.
- Some Android phones may not receive push notifications after exiting the background.
- Turn off motion detection in the APP.
- SMS and email reminders are not currently supported.

Motion detection messages prompt frequently
- High motion detection sensitivity may trigger alarms due to light changes.
- Reduce alarm sensitivity (low level recommended).

After inserting SD, it displays damaged
- Disconnect power before inserting the SD card. Reconnect power after insertion.
- Format the SD card on a computer before use.
- Use genuine SD cards.

No playback record after insert the SD card

Watch videos with the same camera on different devices
- The master account can share videos with unlimited other accounts. Shared accounts have view, snapshot, and record rights.
- The main account credentials can be used to log in on other devices for full access.

Used for: Resetting Wi-Fi information, resolving Wi-Fi exceptions before connection, correcting Wi-Fi password errors, fixing Wi-Fi drops, or after replacing Wi-Fi.

XI. Requirements for Power Supply
This product requires a 5V2A power adapter.
Operating Requirements:
- Transport, use, and store the camera within allowable humidity and temperature ranges.
- Avoid exposing the camera to rain water or other liquids to prevent damage to internal components.
- Do not use the camera during strong lightning weather to prevent damage.
- Pay attention to camera maintenance. Clean with a dustless cloth.
XII. Warranty Description
The product comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering quality issues under normal use with free repair or replacement.
