IKEA roept IKEA 365+ VÄRDEFULL knoflookpers terug

IKEA dringt er bij klanten met een IKEA 365+ VÄRDEFULL knoflookpers op aan om deze niet langer te gebruiken en contact op te nemen met IKEA. Het gaat om artikelnummer 201.521.58 met de datumstempels 2411 (JJWW) tot en met 2522 (JJWW). Het artikelnummer en de datumstempel zijn niet meer zichtbaar op het product nadat het originele label is verwijderd. Het betrokken product is verkocht van april 2024 tot en met 11 juni 2025.

Waarom is dit product gevaarlijk?

Door een productiefout, vastgesteld na intern onderzoek, bestaat het risico dat kleine metaaldeeltjes tijdens gebruik losraken en vervolgens met het voedsel worden ingeslikt. Dit kan schadelijk zijn voor de gezondheid. De betrokken producten zijn te herkennen aan een markering met het IKEA logo op de bovenste handgreep van het product.

Wat te doen?

Klanten die in het bezit zijn van de betrokken knoflookpers, met datumstempel 2411 (JJWW) tot en met 2522 (JJWW), verkocht van April 2024 tot en met 11 juni 2025, moeten onmiddellijk stoppen met het gebruik ervan.

Als klanten het product niet kunnen identificeren, kunnen ze de IKEA 365+ VÄRDEFULL knoflookpers alsnog retourneren en krijgen ze hun geld terug.

Beschikbare oplossing

De betrokken producten kunnen naar de dichtstbijzijnde IKEA winkel worden teruggebracht voor een volledige terugbetaling. Een aankoopbewijs is niet nodig.
