General Handling Precautions
- Use only microwave ☍ or oven ?. Do not use other heating appliances.
- Glass is fragile ?. Handle with care during use and cleaning.
- Keep away from children ?. Do not let children use it, or use it near infants, or place it within their reach.
- Do not use if the glass has cracks, chips, or severe scratches, as it may break unexpectedly.
- Do not hit or rub the inside of the glass bowl with metal spoons, as this may cause breakage.
- Avoid placing hot glass on wet surfaces or wiping it with a wet cloth, as sudden temperature changes may cause breakage.
- Handle broken glass carefully to avoid injury.
- Dispose of according to local regulations.
- Wash the product before first use.
- Products with lids are not designed for airtight sealing. Fitting may vary slightly by size and is not considered a defect.
- Minor lines may remain on the glass from the production process.
Microwave and Oven Use Precautions
⚠️ Sudden Boiling/Splatter: Liquids may suddenly boil and splatter (eruption phenomenon) when heated. Keep your face and hands away from the opening when removing from the microwave or oven.
- Wipe off any water droplets on the outside of the glass before placing it in the microwave or oven.
- Do not use when the container is empty or contains very little content.
- Always read your microwave and oven's instruction manual before use.
- The glass body will become very hot after heating. Use potholders ? when carrying.
- Do not place the hot container on heat-sensitive surfaces such as plastic tablecloths. Always use a trivet or heat-resistant mat when placing on a table.
- For oven use, ensure the lid and any attached stickers are removed from the product.
- Foods with shells, skins, or membranes (e.g., chestnuts, chicken, eggplant) and eggs (pierce the yolk) may burst when heated in a microwave. It is recommended to avoid heating such items or to monitor them closely during the heating process.
Freezer Storage Precautions
- Food expands when frozen, which can exert pressure on the glass and potentially cause breakage.
- Do not freeze liquids such as soups, broths, milk, or juices.
- Avoid freezing plain rice or porridge. These foods contain high moisture content and expand significantly when frozen.
- *Exception:* Rice can be frozen if shaped into small rice balls (onigiri) and placed with space between the rice and the glass walls to allow for expansion.
- Dishes like curry, white sauce, meat sauce, tomato sauce, and potage can be frozen, but do not overfill the container.
Product Care and Cleaning
Cleaning:
- Wash using a soft sponge ? and mild dish detergent ?.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or sponges with abrasive particles, as these can scratch or damage the glass, leading to unexpected breakage.
Dishwasher Use:
- This product is safe for use in dishwashers ✅?️. Please follow the instructions provided with your dishwasher.
Tough Stains:
- For stubborn stains, you may use diluted household bleach ?. Always follow the safety precautions for household bleach and rinse the glass thoroughly afterward.
- Be cautious when washing the inside of the glass. Twisting a towel inside with force can cause breakage and lead to injury.

Note: Oven use is not recommended with the lid on. Microwave oven use is safe with the lid on.
