Lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig, bevor Sie Ihre Homematic IP Geräte in Betrieb nehmen. Bewahren Sie die Anleitung zum späteren Nachschlagen auf! Wenn Sie das Gerät anderen Personen zur Nutzung überlassen, übergeben Sie auch diese Anleitung.
Benutzte Symbole: Achtung! Hier wird auf eine Gefahr hingewiesen.

Batterien dürfen niemals aufgeladen werden. Batterien nicht ins Feuer werfen! Batterien nicht übermäßiger Wärme aussetzen. Batterien nicht kurzschließen. Es besteht Explosionsgefahr!
Aus Sicherheits- und Zulassungsgründen (CE) ist das eigenmächtige Umbauen und/oder Verändern des Gerätes nicht gestattet.

Öffnen Sie das Gerät nicht. Es enthält keine durch den Anwender zu wartenden Teile. Im Fehlerfall lassen Sie das Gerät von einer Fachkraft prüfen.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur in trockener sowie staubfreier Umgebung, setzen Sie es keinem Einfluss von Feuchtigkeit, Vibrationen, ständiger Sonnen- oder anderer Wärmeeinstrahlung, Kälte und keinen mechanischen Belastungen aus.
Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug! Erlauben Sie Kindern nicht damit zu spielen. Lassen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos liegen. Plastikfolien/ -tüten, Styroporteile etc. können für Kinder zu einem gefährlichen Spielzeug werden.

4 Funktion und Geräteübersicht
Der Homematic IP Fenster- und Türkontakt erkennt zuverlässig geöffnete Fenster bzw. Türen über einen Magnetkontakt. Das Gerät ist durch mitgelieferte Klebestreifen oder Schrauben leicht zu montieren. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, den Fenster- und Türkontakt direkt an den Homematic IP Heizkörperthermostat basic anzulernen, um die Raumtemperatur beim Lüften automatisch abzusenken. Alternativ können Sie den Fenster- und Türkontakt in Verbindung mit einem Homematic IP Access Point komfortabel über die kostenlose Smartphone App ins Homematic IP Smart-HomeSystem integrieren und für umfangreiche Raumklima- und Sicherheitsanwendungen nutzen. Geöffnete Fenster und Türen werden unmittelbar in der Homematic IP App angezeigt so können Sie auch von unterwegs Ihre Fenster und Türen immer im Auge behalten.

5 Allgemeine Systeminformationen
Dieses Gerät ist Teil des Homematic IP Smart-Home-Systems und kommuniziert über das Homematic IP Funkprotokoll. Alle Geräte des Systems können komfortabel und individuell per Smartphone über die Homematic IP App konfiguriert werden. Alternativ haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Homematic IP Geräte über die Zentrale CCU3 oder in Verbindung mit vielen Partnerlösungen zu betreiben. Welcher Funktionsumfang sich innerhalb des Systems im Zusammenspiel mit weiteren Komponenten ergibt, entnehmen Sie bitte dem Homematic IP Anwenderhandbuch. Alle technischen Dokumente und Updates finden Sie stets aktuell unter www.homematic-ip.com.
6 Inbetriebnahme
6.1 Anlernen Bitte lesen Sie diesen Abschnitt erst vollständig, bevor Sie mit dem Anlernen beginnen.
Sie können das Gerät entweder direkt an einen Homematic IP Heizkörperthermostat basic oder an den Homematic IP Access Point (HmIP-HAP) anlernen. Beim direkten Anlernen erfolgt die Konfiguration am Gerät und beim Anlernen an den Access Point über die Homematic IP App.

6.1.1 Direktes Anlernen an ein Homematic IP Gerät
Sie können Homematic IP Fenster- und Türkontakt mit Magnet an einen Homematic IP Heizkörperthermostat basic (HmIP-eTRV-B/HmIP-eTRV-B-2) anlernen.
Halten Sie beim Anlernen einen Mindestabstand von 50 cm zwischen den Geräten ein.
Sie können den Anlernvorgang durch erneute kurze Betätigung der Systemtaste (C) abbrechen. Dies wird durch rotes Aufleuchten der Geräte-LED (C) bestätigt.
Um das Gerät an ein anderes Homematic IP Gerät anzulernen, müssen beide Geräte in den Anlernmodus gebracht werden. Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor:
· Lösen Sie die Elektronikeinheit (B) aus der Halterung (A), indem Sie diese nach oben schieben und nach vorne abnehmen.

· Ziehen Sie den Isolierstreifen aus dem Batteriefach (F) des Fensterund Türkontakts heraus.

Inbetriebnahme
· Drücken Sie für mind. 4 s auf die Systemtaste (C), um den Anlernmodus zu aktivieren. Die GeräteLED (C) beginnt orange zu blinken. Der Anlernmodus ist für 3 Minuten aktiv.
· Drücken Sie die Systemtaste des anzulernenden Geräts (z. B. des Homematic IP Heizkörperthermostat basic) für mind. 4 s, um den Anlernmodus zu aktivieren. Die Geräte-LED beginnt orange zu blinken. Weitere Informationen dazu können Sie der Bedienungsanleitung des jeweiligen Geräts entnehmen.

Erfolgreiches Anlernen wird durch grünes Blinken der Geräte-LED signalisiert. War der Anlernvorgang nicht erfolgreich, leuchtet die Geräte-LED rot auf. Versuchen Sie es erneut.
Wenn kein Anlernen erfolgt, wird der Anlernmodus automatisch nach 3 Minuten beendet.
Wenn Sie ein weiteres Gerät hinzufügen möchten, müssen Sie zunächst das bereits bestehende Gerät und anschließend das neue Gerät in den Anlernmodus bringen.

Wenn Sie z. B. einen weiteren Heizkörperthermostat hinzufügen möchten, müssen Sie zunächst den neuen Heizkörperthermostat an den bestehenden Heizkörperthermostat anlernen. Anschließend können Sie den neuen Heizkörperthermostat an den bestehenden Tür- und Fensterkontakt anlernen.
Wenn Sie mehrere Geräte in einem Raum verwenden, sollten Sie alle Geräte aneinander anlernen.
6.1.2 Anlernen an den Access Point (alternativ)
Richten Sie zunächst Ihren Homematic IP Access Point über die Homematic IP App ein, um weitere Homematic IP Geräte im System nutzen zu können. Weitere Informationen dazu finden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung des Access Points.
Zum Anlernen und Einrichten des Wandthermostaten mithilfe einer CCU3 finden Sie nähere Informationen im WebUI Handbuch auf unserer Homepage unter www.homematic-ip.com.
Damit das Gerät in Ihr System integriert und per Homematic IP App gesteuert werden kann, muss er an den Homematic IP Access Point angelernt werden.

Inbetriebnahme
Zum Anlernen des Fenster- und Türkontakts gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
· Öffnen Sie die Homematic IP App auf Ihrem Smartphone.
· Wählen Sie den Menüpunkt ,,Gerät anlernen" aus.
· Lösen Sie die Elektronikeinheit (B) aus der Halterung (A), indem Sie diese nach oben schieben und nach vorne abnehmen (siehe Abbildung).
· Ziehen Sie den Isolierstreifen aus dem Batteriefach (F) des Fensterund Türkontakts heraus. Der Anlernmodus ist für 3 Minuten aktiv.
Sie können den Anlernmodus manuell für weitere 3 Minuten starten, indem Sie die Systemtaste (C) kurz drücken.

· Warten Sie, bis der Anlernvorgang abgeschlossen ist.
· Zur Bestätigung eines erfolgreichen Anlernvorgangs leuchtet die LED (C) grün. Das Gerät ist nun einsatzbereit.
Leuchtet die LED rot, versuchen Sie es erneut.
· Wählen Sie aus, in welcher Anwendung (z. B. Raumklima und/oder Sicherheit) Sie das Gerät verwenden möchten.
· Vergeben Sie in der App einen Namen für das Gerät und ordnen Sie es einem Raum zu.

· Zur Bestätigung geben Sie in der App die letzten vier Ziffern der Gerätenummer (SGTIN) ein oder scannen Sie den QR-Code. Die Gerätenummer finden Sie auf dem Aufkleber im Lieferumfang oder direkt am Gerät.

6.2 Montage Bitte lesen Sie diesen Abschnitt erst vollständig, bevor Sie mit der Montage beginnen.
6.2.1 Auswahl eines geeigneten Montageortes
· Wählen Sie das Fenster oder die Tür für die Montage des Fenster- und Türkontakts aus.
· Befestigen Sie einen Teil des Fenster- und Türkontakts (Magnetkontakt (D) oder Elektronikeinheit (B)) auf dem beweglichen Teil (Türoder Fensterflügel), das andere auf dem ortsfesten Teil (Rahmen) des Fensters bzw. der Tür.

· Befestigen Sie den Fenster- und Türkontakt auf der Seite des Fenster-/Türgriffs im oberen Drittel auf dem Fenster-/Türrahmen (für Details zur Befestigung (s. ,,6.2.2 Klebestreifen- oder Schraubmontage" auf Seite 8)).
· Der Magnetkontakt kann horizontal oder vertikal und links oder rechts von der Elektronikeinheit des Fenster- und Türkontakts montiert wer-

den.

Die Elektronikeinheit und der Magnetkontakt sollten sich möglichst auf der gleichen Höhe befinden. Da für den Magnetkontakt ein Distanzstück (E) eingesetzt werden kann, um den Magnetkontakt zu erhöhen, muss die Elektronikeinheit auf dem höheren Teil des Fensters montiert werden.
Der ideale Abstand zwischen der Gehäusekante des Fenster- und Türkontakts und dem Tür-/ Fensterflügel beträgt 5 mm (siehe Abbildung).
6.2.2 Klebestreifen- oder Schraubmontage
Sie können den Fenster- und Türkontakt
· mit dem mitgelieferten doppelseitigem Klebestreifen oder
· mit den mitgelieferten Senkkopfschrauben
am Fenster-/Türrahmen befestigen.
Setzen Sie den Magnetkontakt vor der Schraubmontage noch nicht zusammen.

Inbetriebnahme
Klebestreifenmontage Um den Fenster- und Türkontakt mit dem Klebestreifen zu montieren, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
· Bringen Sie den großen doppelseitigen Klebestreifen auf der Rückseite der Halterung (A) an und drücken Sie das Gerät an die gewünschte Position am Fenster.

Bei Verwendung des Distanzstücks (E) müssen Sie den kleinen Klebestreifen auf der Rückseite des Distanzstücks anbringen (siehe Abbildung) und dieses an die gewünschte Position am Fenster drücken. Setzen Sie anschließend den Magnetkontakt auf das Distanzstück auf.
· Bringen Sie den kleinen doppelseitigen Klebestreifen auf der Rückseite des Magnetkontakts (D) an (siehe Abbildung) und drücken Sie den Magnetkontakt an die gewünschte Position am Fenster.

· Legen Sie den Magneten in die Halterung der Rückseite und setzen Sie die Rückseite in das Gehäuse des Magnetkontakts ein.

Achten Sie darauf, dass der Montageuntergrund glatt, eben, unbeschädigt, sauber, fett- sowie lösungsmittelfrei und nicht zu kühl ist, damit der Klebestreifen langfristig haften kann.
Schraubmontage Durch die Schraubmontage wird die Tür bzw. das Fenster beschädigt. Bei Mietwohnungen könnte dies zu einer Schadensersatzforderung oder zum Einbehalt der

Mietkaution führen.
Setzen Sie den Magnetkontakt vor der Schraubmontage noch nicht zusammen.
Um den Fenster- und Türkontakt mithilfe der Schrauben zu montieren, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
· Bohren Sie die Schraublöcher in der Halterung (A) mit einem geeigneten Bohrer vor.
· Markieren Sie die Schraublöcher für die Elektronikeinheit (B) anhand der Halterung (A) auf dem Fenster.
· Markieren Sie die Schraublöcher für den Magnetkontakt (D) bzw. bei Bedarf für das Distanzstück (E) auf dem Fenster.

· Bohren Sie bei Befestigung auf harten Untergründen mit einem 1,5 mm Bohrer vor (bei weichen Untergründen ist dies nicht notwendig).
· Halten Sie die Halterung der Elektronikeinheit an die gewünschte Montagestelle und drehen Sie die beiden längeren Senkkopfschrauben (2,2 x 16 mm) durch die Schraublöcher ein.

· Setzen Sie die Elektronikeinheit in die Halterung ein.
· Halten Sie die Rückseite des Magnetkontakts bzw. das Distanzstück an die gewünschte Montagestelle und drehen Sie die beiden kleineren Senkkopfschrauben (2,2 x 13 mm) durch die Schraublöcher ein (siehe Abbildung).
· Legen Sie den Magneten in die Halterung der Rückseite und setzen Sie die Rückseite in das Gehäuse des Magnetkontakts ein (siehe Abbildung) .
Bei Verwendung des Distanzstücks können Sie den Magnetkontakt nach der Montage einfach auf das Distanzstück aufsetzen.

Batterien wechseln
7 Batterien wechseln
Wird eine leere Batterie in der App bzw. am Gerät angezeigt (s. ,,8.4 Fehlercodes und Blinkfolgen" auf Seite 13), tauschen Sie die verbrauchten Batterien gegen zwei neue Batterien des Typs LR03/Micro/AAA aus. Beachten Sie dabei die richtige Polung der Batterien.
Um die Batterie des Fenster- und Türkontakts zu wechseln, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
· Lösen Sie die Halterung (A) von der Elektronikeinheit (B), indem Sie diese nach unten schieben und nach hinten abnehmen (siehe Abbildung).
· Legen Sie zwei neue 1,5 V LR03/ Micro/AAA Batterien entsprechend der Polaritätsmarkierungen in das Batteriefach (F) ein (s. Abbildung 9).

· Achten Sie nach dem Einlegen der Batterie auf die Blinkfolgen der LED (F) (s. ,,8.4 Fehlercodes und Blinkfolgen" auf Seite 13).
· Setzen Sie die Halterung wieder auf die Elektronikeinheit auf.
Nach dem Einlegen der Batterie führt der Fenster- und Türkontakt zunächst für ca. 2 Sekunden einen Selbsttest

durch. Danach erfolgt die Initialisierung. Den Abschluss bildet die TestAnzeige: oranges und grünes Leuchten.
8 Fehlerbehebung
8.1 Schwache Batterien Wenn es der Spannungswert zulässt, ist der Fenster- und Türkontakt auch bei niedriger Batteriespannung betriebsbereit. Je nach Beanspruchung kann evtl. nach kurzer Erholungszeit der Batterie wieder mehrfach gesendet werden. Bricht beim Senden die Spannung wieder zusammen, wird dies in der Homematic IP App und am Gerät angezeigt (s. ,,8.4 Fehlercodes und Blinkfolgen" auf Seite 13). Tauschen Sie in diesem Fall die leeren Batterien gegen zwei neue aus (s. ,,7 Batterien wechseln" auf Seite 11).
8.2 Befehl nicht bestätigt Bestätigt mindestens ein Empfänger einen Befehl nicht, leuchtet zum Abschluss der fehlerhaften Übertragung die LED rot auf. Grund für die fehlerhafte Übertragung kann eine Funkstörung sein (s. ,,11 Allgemeine Hinweise zum Funkbetrieb" auf Seite 14). Die fehlerhafte Übertragung kann folgende Ursachen haben:
· Empfänger nicht erreichbar, · Empfänger kann Befehl nicht aus-
führen (Lastausfall, mechanische Blockade etc.) oder · Empfänger defekt.

Fehlerbehebung
8.3 Duty Cycle Der Duty Cycle beschreibt eine gesetzlich geregelte Begrenzung der Sendezeit von Geräten im 868-MHzBereich. Das Ziel dieser Regelung ist es, die Funktion aller im 868-MHz-Bereich arbeitenden Geräte zu gewährleisten. In dem von uns genutzten Frequenzbereich 868 MHz beträgt die maximale Sendezeit eines jeden Gerätes 1 % einer Stunde (also 36 Sekunden in einer Stunde). Die Geräte dürfen bei Erreichen des 1-%-Limits nicht mehr senden, bis diese zeitliche Begrenzung vorüber ist. Gemäß dieser Richtlinie, werden Homematic IP Geräte zu 100 % normenkonform entwickelt und produziert. Im normalen Betrieb wird der Duty Cycle in der Regel nicht erreicht. Dies kann jedoch in Einzelfällen bei der Inbetriebnahme oder Erstinstallation eines Systems durch vermehrte und funkintensive Anlernprozesse der Fall sein. Eine Überschreitung des DutyCycle-Limits wird durch dreimal langsames rotes Blinken der LED angezeigt und kann sich durch temporär fehlende Funktion des Gerätes äußern. Nach kurzer Zeit (max. 1 Stunde) ist die Funktion des Gerätes wiederhergestellt.

Wiederherstellung der Werkseinstellungen
9 Wiederherstellung der Werkseinstellungen
Die Werksteinstellungen des Gerätes können wiederhergestellt werden. Dabei gehen alle Einstellungen verloren.
Um die Werkseinstellungen des Fenster- und Türkontakts wiederherzustellen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
· Lösen Sie die Elektronikeinheit (B) aus der Halterung (A), indem Sie diese nach oben schieben und nach vorne abnehmen (siehe Abbildung).
· Entnehmen Sie eine Batterie. · Legen Sie die Batterie entspre-

Please read this manual carefully before operating your Homematic IP components. Keep the manual so you can refer to it at a later date if you need to. If you hand over the device to other persons for use, please hand over this manual as well.

3 Hazard information
Never recharge standard batteries. Do not throw the batteries into a fire. Do not expose batteries to excessive heat. Do not short-circuit batteries. Doing so will present a risk of explosion.

For safety and licensing reasons (CE), unauthorised change and/or modification of the device is not permitted.
Do not open the device. It does not contain any parts that need to be maintained by the user. In the event of an error, please have the device checked by an expert.
The device may only be operated in a dry and dust-free environment and must be protected from the effects of moisture, vibrations, solar or other methods of heat radiation, cold and mechanical loads.
The device is not a toy: do not allow children to play with it. Do not leave packaging material lying around. Plastic films/bags, pieces of polystyrene, etc., can be dangerous in the hands of a child.

4 Function and device overview
The Homematic IP Window / Door contact reliably detects open windows and doors by an integrated magnet sensor. The device can be easily mounted thanks to the supplied adhesive strips or screws. You can directly connect the window and door contact to the Homematic IP Radiator Thermostat basic to automatically lower the room temperature during ventilation. Alternatively, you can use the device in conjunction with a Homematic IP access point and integrate them comfortably into the Homematic IP smart home system via the free smartphone app and use it with comprehensive climate control and security applications. Open windows and doors are immediately displayed in the Homematic IP app even while being out and about you can keep a close eye to your windows and doors.

5 General system information
This device is part of the Homematic IP Smart Home system and communicates via the Homematic IP wireless protocol. All devices in the Homematic IP system can be configured easily and individually with a smartphone using the Homematic IP app. Alternatively, you have the option of operating Homematic IP devices via the CCU3 or in conjunction with many partner solutions. The available functions provided by the system in combination with other components are described in the Homematic IP User Guide. All current technical documents and updates can be found at www.homematic-ip.com.

6 Start-up
6.1 Pairing Please read this entire section before starting the pairing procedure.
You can pair the device either directly to a Homematic IP Radiator Thermostat basic or to the Homematic IP Access Point (HmIP-HAP). After pairing, configuration has to be done directly on the device. After pairing with the Access Point, configuration is done via the Homematic IP app.
6.1.1 Direct pairing with a Homematic IP device
You can pair Homematic IP window and door contacts with magnet to a Homematic IP Radiator Thermostat basic (HmIP-eTRV-B / HmIP-eTRV-B-2).
Please make sure you maintain a distance of at least 50 cm between the devices during pairing.
You can cancel the pairing procedure by briefly pressing the system button (C) again. This will be indicated by the device LED (C) lighting up red.
To connect the device with another Homematic IP device, the pairing mode of both devices must be enabled. To do this, proceed as follows:

· Remove the electronics unit (B) from the holder (A)by sliding it upwards and removing it forwards.

· Remove the insulation strip from the battery compartment (F) of the window / door contact.
· Press and hold the system button (C) for at least 4 seconds to enable the pairing mode. The device LED (C) starts to flash orange. The pairing mode is active for 3 minutes.
· Press and hold down the system button of the device you want to connect (e.g. the radiator thermostat basic) for at least 4 seconds to activate the pairing mode. The device LED starts to flash orange. For further information, please refer to the operating manual of the corresponding device.

Start-up
The device LED lights up green to indicate that pairing has been successful. If pairing has failed, the device LED lights up red. Please try again.
If no pairing operations are performed, pairing mode is exited automatically after 3 minutes.
If you want to add another device to the existing devices, first activate the pairing mode of the existing device and afterwards the pairing mode of the new device.
If you want to add another radiator thermostat, for example, you must first pair the new radiator thermostat to the existing radiator thermostat. Afterwards, you can pair the new radiator thermostat with the existing window / door contact.
If you are using several devices in one room, you should pair all devices with each other.

To integrate the device into your system and to enable control via the Homematic IP app, you must first add the device to your Homematic IP access point.
To add the window / door contact, please proceed as follows:
· Open the Homematic IP app on your smartphone.
· Select the menu item "Add device". · Remove the electronic unit (B)
from the bracket (A) by sliding it upwards and pulling it forwards (see figure). · Remove the insulation strip from the battery compartment (F) of the window / door contact. The pairing mode is active for 3 minutes.
You can manually start the pairing mode for another 3 minutes by briefly pressing the system button (C).

6.1.2 Pairing with the access point (alternative)
First set up your Homematic IP Access Point using the Homematic IP app so that you can use other Homematic IP devices in the system. For further information, please refer to the operating manual of the access point.

Start-up
· To confirm, enter the last four digits of the device number (SGTIN) in your app, or scan the QR code. The device number is on the sticker in the package contents or attached to the device.
· Wait until pairing is completed. · If pairing was successful, the LED
(C) lights up green. The device is now ready for use.
If the LED lights up red, please try again.
· Please select, in which application (e.g. climate control and/or security) you would like to use the device.
· In the app, give the device a name and allocate it to a room.

6.2 Installation Please read this entire section before starting the installation.
6.2.1 Selecting a suitable mounting location
· Select a window or door for mounting the window / door contact.
· Fix one part of the window / door contact (magnet contact (D) or electronic unit (B)) to the moving part (door or window wing), the other one at the stationary part (frame) of the window or door.

· Attach the large double-sided adhesive strip to the back of the bracket (A) and press the device into the desired position on the window.

The ideal spacing between the housing edge of the window/door contact and the window/door casement should be 5 mm (see figure).

6.2.2 Adhesive strip or screw mounting
You can mount the window / door contact with
· the double-sided adhesive strip or · countersunk head screws to the window/door frame.

Do not yet assemble the magnet contact before screw mounting.

· Place the magnet in the bracket at the back side and place the back side into the housing of the magnetic contact.

When using the spacer (E), fasten the smaller adhesive strip at the back side of the spacer (see figure) and attach it to the desired position on the window. Afterwards, place the magnet contact on to the spacer.
· Attach the small double-sided adhesive strip to the back side of the magnet contact (D) (see figure) and press the magnet contact onto the desired position of the window.
Make sure that the mounting surface is smooth, solid, non-disturbed, free of dust, grease and solvents and not too cold to ensure long-time adherence.
Screw mounting Using screws will damage the window and/or door. For those living in rented accommodation, this could lead to a landlord making claim for compensation or holding back a tenant's deposit.

Do not yet assemble the magnet contact before screw mounting.
For mounting the window / door contact with the supplied screws, please proceed as follows:
· Pre-drill the screw holes in the bracket (A) using an appropriate drill.
· Mark the screw holes for the electronic unit (B) on the window with the aid of the bracket (A).
· Mark the screw holes for the magnet contact (D) or, if required, for the spacer (E) on the window.

· If you are working with hard surfaces you should pre-drill the holes marked using a 1.5 mm drill (not necessary for soft surfaces).

Changing the batteries
· Hold the bracket of the electronic unit at the desired mounting position and screw the two longer countersunk screws (2.2 x 16 mm) through the screw holes.

To replace the battery of the window / door contact, please proceed as follows:
· Detach the bracket (A) from the electronic unit (B)by sliding it downwards and removing it to the rear (see figure).
· Insert two new 1.5 V LR03/micro/ AAA batteries into the battery compartment (F), making sure that you insert them the right way round (see figure 9).

· Insert the electronic unit into the bracket.
· Hold the back of the magnetic contact or the spacer at the desired mounting point and screw in the two smaller countersunk screws (2.2 x 13 mm) through the screw holes (see figure).
· Place the magnet in the bracket at the back side and place the back side into the housing of the magnetic contact (see figure).
When using the spacer, you can simply attach the magnet contact after installation to the spacer.
7 Changing the batteries
If an empty battery is displayed in the app or on the device (see ,,8.4 Error codes and flashing sequences" on page 27), replace the used batteries with two new LR03/micro/AAA batteries. You must observe the correct battery polarity.

· Put the bracket back on the electronic unit.
Once the battery has been inserted, the window / door contact will perform a self-test (approx. 2 seconds). Afterwards, initialisation is carried out. The LED test display will indicate that initialisation is complete by lighting up orange and green.

Troubleshooting
8 Troubleshooting
8.1 Weak batteries Provided that the voltage value permits it, the window / door contact will remain ready for operation also if the battery voltage is low. Depending on the particular load, it may be possible to send transmissions again repeatedly, once the batteries have been allowed a brief recovery period. If the voltage drops again while sending, this will be displayed in the Homematic IP app and on the device(see ,,8.4 Error codes and flashing sequences" on page 27). In this case, replace the empty batteries with two new ones (see ,,7 Changing the batteries" on page 25).
8.2 Command not confirmed If at least one receiver does not confirm a command, the device LED lights up red at the end of the failed transmission process. The reason for the failed transmission may be radio interference, (see ,,11 General information about radio operation" on page 28). This may be caused by the following:
· Receiver cannot be reached, · Receiver is unable to execute the
command (load failure, mechanical blockade, etc.), or · Receiver is faulty.

8.3 Duty cycle
The duty cycle is a legally regulated limit of the transmission time of devices in the 868 MHz range. The aim of this regulation is to safeguard the operation of all devices working in the 868 MHz range.
In the 868 MHz frequency range we use, the maximum transmission time of any device is 1% of an hour (i.e. 36 seconds in an hour). Devices must cease transmission when they reach the 1% limit until this time restriction comes to an end. Homematic IP devices are designed and produced with 100% conformity to this regulation.
During normal operation, the duty cycle is not usually reached. However, repeated and radio-intensive pairing processes mean that it may be reached in isolated instances during start-up or initial installation of a system. If the duty cycle is exceeded, this is indicated by three slow red flashes of the device LED, and may manifest itself in the device temporarily working incorrectly. The device starts working correctly again after a short period (max. 1 hour).

9 Restoring factory settings
The factory settings of the device can be restored. If you do this, you will lose all your settings.
To restore the factory settings of the window / door contact, please proceed as follows:
· Remove the electronic unit (B) from the bracket (A) by sliding it upwards and pulling it forwards (see figure).
· Remove one battery. · Insert the battery ensuring that the
polarity is correct and press and hold down the system button (C) for 4 s at the same time, until the LED (C) will quickly start flashing orange. · Release the system button. · Press and hold the system button again for 4 seconds, until the LED lights up green. · Release the system button to finish restoring the factory settings.
The device will perform a restart.
10 Maintenance and cleaning
The device does not require you to carry out any maintenance other than replacing the battery when necessary. Leave any maintenance or repair to a specialist.
Clean the device using a soft, clean, dry and lint-free cloth. You may dampen the cloth a little with lukewarm water to remove more stubborn marks. Do not use any detergents containing solvents, as they could corrode the plastic housing and label.

11 General information about radio operation
Radio transmission is performed on a non-exclusive transmission path, which means that there is a possibility of interference occurring. Interference can also be caused by switching operations, electrical motors or defective electrical devices.
The transmission range within buildings can differ significantly from that available in open space. Besides the transmitting power and the reception characteristics of the receiver, environmental factors such as humidity in the vicinity play an important role, as do on-site structural/screening conditions. eQ-3 AG, Maiburger Strasse 29, 26789 Leer, Germany, hereby declares that the radio equipment type Homematic IP HmIP-SWDM-2 is compliant with Directive 2014/53/EU. Instructions for disposal
This symbol means that the device and the batteries or accumulators must not be disposed of with household waste, the residual waste bin or the yellow bin or yellow bag.
For the protection of health and the environment, you must take the product, all electronic parts included in the scope of delivery, and the batteries to a municipal collection point for old electrical and electronic equipment to ensure their correct disposal. Distributors of electrical and electronic equipment or batteries must also take back obsolete equipment or batteries free of charge.
By disposing of it separately, you are making a valuable contribution to the reuse, recycling and other methods of recovery of old devices and old batteries.

3 Mises en garde
Ne rechargez jamais les piles. Ne jetez pas les piles au feu ! N'exposez pas les piles à une chaleur excessive. Ne court-circuitez pas les piles. Risque d'explosion !

N'ouvrez pas l'appareil. Il ne contient aucune pièce requérant une maintenance par l'utilisateur. En cas de panne, faites vérifier l'appareil par un personnel spécialisé.
Utilisez l'appareil uniquement dans un environnement sec et non poussiéreux. Ne l'exposez pas à l'humidité, à des vibrations, aux rayons du soleil et à d'autres rayonnements thermiques permanents, à un froid excessif ainsi qu'à des charges mécaniques.

4 Fonction et aperçu de l'appareil
Le contact de fenêtre et de porte Homematic IP détecte en toute fiabilité des fenêtres ou des portes ouvertes via un contact magnétique. L'appareil est fourni avec des bandes adhésives ou des vis qui facilitent son montage. Vous avez la possibilité de programmer par apprentissage le contact de fenêtre et de porte directement sur le thermostat de radiateur basic Homematic IP afin de baisser automatiquement la température de la pièce lors de l'aération. Comme alternative, vous pouvez intégrer confortablement le contact de fenêtre et de porte en combinaison avec un Homematic IP Access Point dans le système Homematic Smart Home IP via l'application gratuite pour smartphone et l'utiliser pour un large éventail d'applications de climatisation et de sécurité. Les fenêtres et portes ouvertes s'affichent immédiatement dans l'application Homematic IP, ce qui vous permet de garder un oeil sur vos fenêtres et vos portes lorsque vous êtes en déplacement.

5 Informations générales sur le système
Cet appareil fait partie du système Smart Home Homematic IP et communique par le biais du protocole radio Homematic IP. Tous les appareils du système peuvent être configurés facilement et individuellement avec un smartphone à l'aide de l'application Homematic IP. Vous avez également la possibilité d'utiliser les appareils Homematic IP par le biais de la centrale CCU3 ou en liaison avec de nombreuses solutions de partenaires. 6 Mise en service
6.1 Apprentissage Merci de lire attentivement cette section avant de procéder à l'apprentissage.
Vous pouvez programmer par apprentissage l'appareil directement sur le thermostat de radiateur basic Homematic IP ou sur un Homematic IP Access Point (HmIP-HAP). Lors de l'apprentissage direct, la configuration s'effectue sur l'appareil et pour l'apprentissage sur l'Access Point via l'application Homematic IP.
6.1.1 Apprentissage direct sur un appareil Homematic IP
Vous pouvez programmer par apprentissage le contact de fenêtre et de porte Homematic IP avec aimant sur un thermostat de radiateur basic Homematic IP (HmIP-eTRV-B/HmIP-eTRV-B-2).
Lors de l'apprentissage, gardez une distance minimale de 50 cm entre les appareils.
Vous pouvez interrompre l'apprentissage en appuyant une nouvelle fois brièvement sur la touche système (C). Cela est confirmé par la LED de l'appareil (C) qui s'allume en rouge.

Pour que l'appareil apprenne d'un autre appareil Homematic IP, les deux appareils doivent être placés en mode d'apprentissage. Procédez comme suit :
· Détachez le module électronique (B) du support (A) en le poussant vers le haut et en le retirant vers l'avant. 2

· Retirez la bandelette isolante du compartiment à piles (F) du contact de fenêtre et de porte.
· Appuyez pendant au moins 4 secondes sur la touche système (C) pour activer le mode d'apprentissage. La LED de l'appareil (C) commence à clignoter en orange. Le mode d'apprentissage est actif pendant 3 minutes.

Mise en service
· Appuyez sur la touche système de l'appareil à programmer par apprentissage (p. ex. le thermostat de radiateur basic Homematic IP) pendant au moins 4 secondes pour activer le mode d'apprentissage. La LED de l'appareil se met à clignoter en orange. Reportez-vous au mode d'emploi de l'appareil concerné pour en savoir plus.

Un apprentissage réussi est signalé par le clignotement en vert de la LED de l'appareil. Si la procédure d'apprentissage n'a pas été fructueuse, la LED de l'appareil s'allume en rouge. Réessayez.
En l'absence d'apprentissage, le processus d'apprentissage se désactive automatiquement au bout de 3 minutes.
Si vous souhaitez ajouter un autre appareil, vous devez d'abord mettre l'appareil existant puis le nouvel appareil en mode d'apprentissage.
Si vous souhaitez p. ex. ajouter un autre thermostat de radiateur, vous devez d'abord programmer le nouveau thermostat de radiateur sur le thermostat existant. Vous pouvez ensuite programmer le nouveau thermostat de radia-

teur sur le contact pour fenêtre et porte existant.
Si vous utilisez plusieurs appareils dans une pièce, vous devez programmer tous les appareils en même temps.
6.1.2 Apprentissage sur l'Access Point (alternative)
Commencez par configurer l'Access Point Homematic IP à l'aide de l'application Homematic IP afin de pouvoir utiliser d'autres appareils Homematic IP dans votre système. Vous trouverez de plus amples informations à ce sujet dans le mode d'emploi de l'Access Point.
Vous trouverez de plus amples informations sur l'apprentissage et la configuration du thermostat mural à l'aide d'une CCU3 dans le manuel WebUI sur notre page d'accueil sur www.homematic-ip.com.
Pour que l'appareil puisse être intégré à votre système et commandé via l'application Homematic IP, vous devez d'abord procéder à son apprentissage sur le Homematic IP Access Point.
Procédez de la manière suivante pour l'apprentissage du contact de fenêtre et de porte :
· Ouvrez l'application Homematic IP sur votre Smartphone.
· Sélectionnez l'option de menu « Procéder à l'apprentissage de l'appareil ».

· Détachez le module électronique (B) du support (A) en le poussant vers le haut et en le retirant vers l'avant (voir figure).
· Retirez la bandelette isolante du compartiment à piles (F) du contact de fenêtre et de porte. Le mode d'apprentissage est actif pendant 3 minutes.
Vous pouvez lancer le mode d'apprentissage manuellement pendant 3 minutes de plus en appuyant brièvement sur la touche système (C).

L'appareil apparaît automatiquement dans l'application Homematic IP.
· Pour confirmer, entrez les quatre derniers chiffres du numéro de l'appareil (SGTIN) dans l'application ou scannez le code QR. Le numéro de l'appareil est inscrit sur l'autocollant contenu dans la livraison ou directement sur l'appareil.
· Attendez que la procédure d'apprentissage soit terminée.
· La LED (C) s'allume en vert pour confirmer que l'apprentissage a été correctement effectué. L'appareil est désormais opérationnel.

Si la LED s'allume en rouge, réessayez.
· Choisissez dans quelle application (par exemple climat ambiant et/ou sécurité) vous voulez utiliser votre appareil.
· Donnez un nom à l'appareil dans l'application et attribuez-le à une pièce.
6.2 Montage Merci de lire attentivement cette section avant de procéder au montage.
6.2.1 Sélection d'un lieu de montage approprié
· Sélectionnez la fenêtre ou la porte pour le montage du contact de fenêtre et de la porte.
· Fixez une partie du contact de fenêtre et de porte (contact magnétique (D) ou le module électronique (B)) sur la partie mobile (vantail de porte ou de fenêtre), l'autre sur la partie fixe (cadre) de la fenêtre ou de la porte.

Montage au moyen de bandes adhésives Afin de monter le contact de fenêtre et de porte avec la bande adhésive, procédez comme suit :
· Placez la grande bande adhésive double face sur la partie arrière du support (A) et appuyez l'appareil sur la fenêtre pour le positionner à l'endroit souhaité.

6.2.2 Montage avec bandes adhésives ou vis
Vous pouvez fixer le contact de fenêtre et de porte
· sur le cadre de fenêtre ou de porte · en utilisant les bandes adhésives
double face fournies ou les vis à tête fraisée fournies.

Mise en service
· Insérez l'aimant dans le support de la partie arrière et insérez la partie arrière dans le boîtier du contact magnétique.

Lors de l'utilisation de l'entretoise (E), vous devez placer la petite bande adhésive au dos de l'entretoise (voir figure) et l'appuyer sur la fenêtre dans la position souhaitée. Posez ensuite le contact magnétique sur l'entretoise.
· Placez la petite bande adhésive double face au dos du contact magnétique (D) (voir figure) et appuyez le contact magnétique sur la fenêtre pour le positionner à l'endroit souhaité.
Veillez à ce que la surface de montage soit lisse, plane, intacte, propre, exempte de graisse/de solvant et pas trop froide, afin que les bandes adhésives puissent adhérer pendant longtemps.
Montage par vis La fixation avec des vis endommage la porte ou la fenêtre. Dans le cas des logements de location, cela peut entraîner une demande de dommages-intérêts ou la retenue de la caution de location.

N'assemblez pas le contact magnétique avant le montage par vis. Pour monter le contact de fenêtre et de porte avec les vis, procédez comme suit : · Percez les trous pour les vis dans le support (A) avec une mèche appropriée. · Marquez les trous de vis pour le module électronique (B) en vous basant sur le support (A) sur la fenêtre. · Marquez les trous de vis pour le contact magnétique (D) ou, si nécessaire, pour l'entretoise (E) sur la fenêtre.

· Pour une fixation sur surfaces dures, percez un avant-trou avec une mèche de 1,5 mm (cette étape n'est pas nécessaire pour les surfaces souples).

Remplacement des piles
· Maintenez le support du module électronique dans la position de montage souhaitée et enfoncez les deux vis à tête fraisée longues (2,2 x 16 mm) dans les trous de vis.

Pour remplacer la pile du contact de fenêtre et de porte, procédez comme suit :
· Détachez le support (A) du module électronique (B) en le poussant vers le haut et en le retirant vers l'avant (voir figure).
· Insérez deux piles neuves de 1,5 V LR03/Micro/AAA dans le compartiment à piles (F) conformément aux repères de polarité (voir Figure 9).

· Insérez le module électronique dans le support.
· Maintenez le dos du contact magnétique ou l'entretoise dans la position de montage souhaitée et enfoncez les deux petites vis (2,2 x 13 mm) dans les trous de vis (voir figure).
· Insérez l'aimant dans le support de la face arrière et insérez la face arrière dans le boîtier du contact magnétique (voir figure) .
Si vous utilisez l'entretoise, vous pouvez poser simplement le contact magnétique sur l'entretoise après le montage.
7 Remplacement des piles
Si l'application ou l'appareil affiche une pile vide (v. « 8.4 Codes d'erreur et séquences de clignotement « à la page 41), remplacer les piles épuisées par deux piles neuves de type LR03/Micro/ AAA. Attention à respecter alors la polarité des piles.

· Après avoir inséré la pile, observez les séquences de clignotement de la LED (F) (v. « 8.4 Codes d'erreur et séquences de clignotement « à la page 41).
· Remettez ensuite le support sur le module électronique.
Après l'insertion de la pile, le contact de fenêtre et de porte effectue un autotest pendant environ 2 secondes. L'initialisation a lieu ensuite. Le test se termine par l'affichage orange et vert.

8 Dépannage
8.1 Piles faibles Si la tension le permet, le contact de fenêtre et de porte est opérationnel, même lorsque la tension de la pile est faible. Selon la sollicitation, la transmission est éventuellement à nouveau possible après un court temps de récupération de la pile. Si la tension chute à nouveau lors de la transmission, cela s'affiche dans l'application Homematic IP et sur l'appareil (v. « 8.4 Codes d'erreur et séquences de clignotement « à la page 41). Dans ce cas, remplacez les piles usagées par deux piles neuves (v. « 7 Remplacement des piles « à la page 39).
8.2 Commande non confirmée Si au moins un récepteur ne confirme pas une commande, la LED s'allume en rouge à la fin de la transmission incorrecte. La transmission incorrecte peut être due à une interférence radio (v. « 11 Remarques générales sur le fonctionnement radio « à la page 42). Une transmission incorrecte peut avoir les causes suivantes :
· Récepteur non accessible, · Le récepteur ne peut pas exécu-
ter la commande (défaillance de la charge, blocage mécanique, etc.) ou · récepteur défectueux.

8.3 Duty Cycle
Le Duty Cycle décrit une limitation légale du temps d'émission des appareils dans la bande de fréquence de 868 MHz. L'objectif de ce règlement est de garantir le fonctionnement de tous les appareils fonctionnant dans la bande de fréquence de 868 MHz.
Dans la bande de fréquence de 868 MHz que nous utilisons, le temps d'émission maximal de chaque appareil est de 1 % d'une heure (soit 36 secondes en une heure). Les appareils ne doivent plus émettre lorsque la limite 1 % est atteinte jusqu'à ce que cette limite temporelle soit écoulée. Conformément à cette directive, les appareils Homematic IP sont développés et produits à 100 % en conformité avec les normes.
En fonctionnement normal, le Duty Cycle n'est, en règle générale, pas atteint. Cela peut cependant être le cas lors de la mise en service ou de la première installation d'un système en raison de processus d'apprentissage multiples et intensifs en radio. Le dépassement de la limite du Duty Cycle est indiqué par trois clignotements rouges lents de la LED de l'appareil et peut se traduire par une absence temporaire de fonctionnement de l'appareil. Le fonctionnement de l'appareil est rétabli après un court délai (1 heure max.).

Restauration des réglages d'usine
9 Restauration des réglages d'usine
Les paramètres d'usine de l'appareil peuvent être restaurés. Tous les réglages seront alors perdus.
Pour restaurer les réglages d'usine du contact de fenêtre et de porte, procédez comme suit :
· Détachez le module électronique (B) du support (A) en le poussant vers le haut et en le retirant vers l'avant (voir figure).
· Retirez une pile. · Réinsérez la pile en respectant les
repères de polarité et maintenez la touche système (C) enfoncée pendant 4 secondes jusqu'à ce que la LED (C) commence à clignoter rapidement en orange. · Relâchez la touche système. · Appuyez une nouvelle fois sur la touche système pendant 4 s jusqu'à ce que la LED s'allume en vert. · Relâchez la touche système pour terminer la restauration des réglages d'usine.
L'appareil effectue un redémarrage.
10 Entretien et nettoyage
L'appareil ne requiert de votre part aucune maintenance, à l'exception du remplacement éventuel des piles. La maintenance et les réparations doivent être effectuées par un personnel spécialisé.

Nettoyez l'appareil avec un chiffon doux, propre, sec et non pelucheux. Pour enlever des salissures plus conséquentes, le chiffon peut être légèrement humidifié avec de l'eau tiède. N'utilisez pas de nettoyant contenant des solvants, car ils risqueraient d'attaquer le boîtier en plastique et les inscriptions.
11 Remarques générales sur le fonctionnement radio
La transmission radio est réalisée sur une voie de transmission non exclusive, c'est pourquoi des dysfonctionnements ne peuvent pas être exclus. D'autres perturbations peuvent être provoquées par des opérations de commutation, des électromoteurs ou des appareils électriques défectueux.
La portée dans des bâtiments peut diverger fortement de celle dans un champ libre. Outre la puissance d'émission et les caractéristiques de réception des récepteurs, les influences environnementales telles que l'humidité de l'air et les conditions structurelles du site jouent, elles aussi, un rôle important.

Funciones y esquema del dispositivo
4 Funciones y esquema del dispositivo
Gracias a un contacto magnético, el contacto para ventanas y puertas Homematic IP detecta de manera fiable las ventanas y puertas abiertas. El dispositivo se instala fácilmente con las tiras adhesivas o los tornillos suministrados.
Tiene la opción de conectar el contacto para ventanas y puertas directamente en el Homematic IP Termostato de radiador basic para bajar automáticamente la temperatura ambiente cuando se vaya a ventilar.
Como alternativa, puede integrar cómodamente el contacto para ventanas y puertas en el sistema de hogar inteligente Homematic IP en combinación con un Homematic IP Access Point a través de la aplicación gratuita para smartphone y utilizarlo para numerosas aplicaciones de climatización y seguridad. Las ventanas y puertas abiertas se muestran inmediatamente en la aplicación Homematic IP; de este modo puede vigilar sus ventanas y puertas en todo momento, incluso fuera de casa.

5 Información general del sistema
Este dispositivo forma parte del sistema Homematic IP Smart Home y se comunica mediante el protocolo inalámbrico Homematic IP. Todos los dispositivos del sistema pueden ser configurados de manera cómoda e individual desde el smartphone con la app Homematic IP. 6.1 Conexión Lea íntegramente este capítulo antes de realizar la conexión.
Puede conectar el dispositivo directamente a un Homematic IP Termostato de radiador basic o bien al Homematic IP Access Point (HmIP-HAP). En el caso de la conexión directa, la configuración se realiza en el dispositivo mismo, si está conectado al Access Point en la app Homematic IP.
6.1.1 Conexión directa a un dispositivo Homematic IP
Puede conectar el Homematic IP Contacto para ventanas y puertas con imán a un Homematic IP Termostato de radiador basic (HmIP-eTRV-B/HmIP-eTRV-B-2).
Mantenga una distancia mínima de 50 cm entre los aparatos al realizar la conexión.
Puede cancelar el proceso de conexión pulsando de nuevo el botón del sistema (C). A modo de confirmación se enciende el LED rojo del dispositivo (C).
Para conectar el dispositivo a otro dispositivo Homematic IP es necesario activar el modo de conexión en los dos dispositivos. Modo de proceder:

· Extraiga la tira aislante del compartimento de las pilas (F) del contacto para ventanas y puertas.
· Pulse el botón del sistema (C) durante al menos 4 s para activar el modo de conexión. El LED del dispositivo (C) empieza a parpadear con luz naranja. El modo de conexión está activo durante 3 minutos.
· Pulse el botón del sistema del dispositivo que se va a conectar (p. ej., el Homematic IP Termostato de radiador basic) durante al menos 4 s para activar el modo de conexión. El LED del dispositivo empieza a parpadear con luz naranja. Para más información al respecto, por favor, consulte el manual de instrucciones del dispositivo respectivo.

una luz verde intermitente del LED del dispositivo. Si el proceso de conexión ha fallado se enciende el LED rojo del dispositivo. Inténtelo de nuevo.
Si no se efectúa ninguna conexión, el modo de conexión finaliza automáticamente al cabo de 3 minutos.
Si desea agregar otro dispositivo, primero tiene que activar el modo de conexión en el dispositivo ya integrado y luego en el nuevo dispositivo a agregar.
Si desea agregar otro termostato de radiador, primero tiene que conectar el nuevo termostato de radiador al termostato de radiador existente. A continuación ya puede conectar el nuevo termostato de radiador al contacto de puerta y ventana del grupo.
Si utiliza varios dispositivos en una sala debería conectar todos los dispositivos entre sí.
6.1.2 Conexión al Access Point (alternativa)
En primer lugar, configure su Homematic IP Access Point desde la app Homematic IP para poder utilizar otros dispositivos Homematic IP en su sistema. Encontrará más información al respecto en las instrucciones de uso del Access Point.
Para conectar y configurar el termostato de pared con ayuda de una CCU3, encontrará más infor-

mación en el manual de WebUI y en nuestra página web www.homematic-ip.com. Para integrar el dispositivo en su sistema y realizar el control desde la app Homematic IP es necesario conectarlo al Homematic IP Access Point.
Proceda del siguiente modo para conectar el contacto para ventanas y puertas:
· Abra la app Homematic IP en su smartphone.
· Seleccione el punto del menú «Conectar dispositivo».
· Suelte la unidad electrónica (B) del soporte (A) deslizándola hacia arriba y sacándola hacia delante (véase la figura).
· Extraiga la tira aislante del compartimento de las pilas (F) del contacto para ventanas y puertas. El modo de conexión está activo durante 3 minutos.
También se puede activar manualmente el modo de conexión durante 3 minutos con una pulsación breve del botón del sistema (C).

Puesta en servicio
El dispositivo se muestra automáticamente en la app Homematic IP.
· Para confirmarlo tiene que introducir en la app las cuatro últimas cifras del número de dispositivo (SGTIN) o escanear el código QR. El número de dispositivo se encuentra en el adhesivo incluido en el volumen de suministro o bien directamente en el dispositivo.
· Espere hasta que haya finalizado el proceso de conexión.
· Como confirmación de que el proceso de conexión se ha ejecutado correctamente se enciende el LED (C) verde. Ahora el dispositivo ya está preparado para funcionar.
Si se enciende el LED rojo, inténtelo de nuevo.
· Seleccione la aplicación en la que desee utilizar el dispositivo (p. ej. climatización o seguridad).
· Introduzca un nombre para el dispositivo en la app y asígnele una sala.

6.2 Montaje Lea íntegramente este capítulo antes de realizar el montaje.
6.2.1 Selección de un lugar de montaje adecuado
· Seleccione la ventana o puerta para montar el contacto para ventanas y puertas.
· Fije una parte del contacto para ventanas y puertas (contacto magnético (D) o unidad electrónica (B)) a la parte móvil (hoja de la puerta o ventana) y la otra a la parte fija (marco) de la ventana o puerta.

· Fije el contacto para ventanas y puertas en el lado de la manilla de la ventana/puerta en el tercio superior del marco de la ventana/ puerta (para más detalles sobre la fijación (v. " 6.2.2 Montaje mediante tiras adhesivas o tornillos " à la page 51)).

Puesta en servicio
· El contacto magnético puede montarse horizontal o verticalmente y a la izquierda o a la derecha de la unidad electrónica del contacto para ventanas y puertas.

Si es posible, la unidad electrónica y el contacto magnético deben estar a la misma altura. Como para elevar el contacto magnético se puede utilizar un distanciador (E), la unidad electrónica debe montarse en la parte más alta de la ventana.
La distancia ideal entre el borde de la carcasa del contacto para ventanas y puertas y la hoja de la puerta/ventana es de 5 mm (véase la figura).

6.2.2 Montaje mediante tiras adhesivas o tornillos
Puede fijar el contacto para ventanas y puertas al marco de la ventana/puerta
· con las tiras adhesivas de doble cara suministradas, o bien
· con los tornillos suministrados.

No ensamble el contacto magnético antes de atornillarlo.
Montaje con tiras adhesivas Para montar el contacto para ventanas y puertas con las tiras adhesivas, proceda del siguiente modo:
· Coloque la tira adhesiva de doble cara grande en la parte posterior del soporte (A) y presione el dispositivo en la posición deseada contra la ventana.

· Coloque el imán en el soporte de la parte posterior e inserte la parte posterior en la carcasa del contacto magnético.

Si utiliza el distanciador (E), debe pegar la tira adhesiva pequeña en la parte posterior del distanciador (véase la figura) y presionarlo en la posición deseada contra la ventana. A continuación, coloque el contacto magnético en el distanciador.
· Fije la tira adhesiva de doble cara pequeña en la parte posterior del contacto magnético (D) (véase la figura) y presione el contacto magnético en la posición deseada contra la ventana.

Montaje con tornillos El montaje con tornillos daña la puerta o la ventana. Si la vivienda es de alquiler, esto podría dar lugar a una reclamación por daños y perjuicios o a la retención de la fianza del alquiler.
No ensamble el contacto magnético antes de atornillarlo.
Para montar el contacto para ventanas y puertas con los tornillos, proceda del siguiente modo:
· Taladre previamente los orificios para los tornillos en el soporte (A) con una broca adecuada.
· Marque en la ventana los orificios para los tornillos de la unidad electrónica (B) utilizando el soporte (A).
· Marque en la ventana los orificios para los tornillos del contacto magnético (D) o, en caso necesario, para el distanciador (E).

Procure que el lugar elegido tenga una superficie lisa, plana y limpia, que no presente deterioro ni restos de grasas o de disolventes y que no esté demasiado fría para que las tiras conserven la adherencia durante mucho tiempo.

· Si el montaje se va a realizar en una superficie dura, taladre previamente con una broca de 1,5 mm (no es necesario para superficies blandas).
· Sujete el soporte de la unidad electrónica en la posición de montaje deseada y atornille los dos tornillos avellanados más largos

· Sujete la parte posterior del contacto magnético o del distanciador en el punto de montaje deseado y atornille los dos tornillos avellanados más pequeños (2,2 x 13 mm) a través de los orificios para tornillos (véase la figura).
· Coloque el imán en el soporte de la parte posterior e inserte la parte posterior en la carcasa del contacto magnético (véase la figura).
Si utiliza el distanciador, puede colocar simplemente el contacto magnético en el distanciador después de la instalación.
7 Cambio de pilas
Cuando se muestre el símbolo de batería descargada en la app o en el dispositivo (v. ,,8.4 Códigos de errores y secuencias intermitentes" en página 55), cambie las pilas usadas por dos nuevas del tipo LR03/Micro/AAA. Al cambiar las pilas observe la correcta colocación de los polos.

Para cambiar las pilas del contacto para ventanas y puertas, proceda del siguiente modo:
· Separe el soporte (A) de la unidad electrónica (B) deslizándolo hacia abajo y sacándolo hacia atrás (véase la figura).
· Introduzca dos pilas LR03/Micro/ AAA de 1,5 V nuevas en la posición correcta según las marcas de polaridad grabadas (F) (véase la figura 9).

· Después de colocar las pilas, observe las secuencias intermitentes de los LED (F) (v. ,,8.4 Códigos de errores y secuencias intermitentes" en página 55).
· Vuelva a colocar el soporte en la unidad electrónica.
Tras la colocación de las pilas, el contacto para ventanas y puertas ejecuta en primer lugar una prueba automática durante unos 2 segundos. A continuación tiene lugar la inicialización. Esta finaliza con una indicación de prueba: luz naranja y verde.

Reparación de fallos
8 Reparación de fallos
8.1 Pilas descargadas Si la carga disponible lo permite, el contacto para ventanas y puertas está operativo incluso cuando la tensión de las pilas es baja. Según la utilización, tras un breve momento de recuperación de las pilas aún pueden ser posibles varias transmisiones. Si la tensión falla de nuevo durante la transmisión, esto se indica en la app Homematic IP y en el dispositivo (v. ,,8.4 Códigos de errores y secuencias intermitentes" en página 55). En este caso, cambie las pilas descargadas por dos pilas nuevas (v. ,,7 Cambio de pilas" en página 53).
8.2 Comando sin confirmar Si alguno de los receptores no confirma un comando, se enciende el LED rojo al final de la transmisión errónea. El motivo de una transmisión errónea puede ser un fallo de funcionamiento (v. ,,11 Indicaciones generales sobre el modo inalámbrico" en página 56). Posibles causas de errores en la transmisión:
· receptor no disponible, · el receptor no puede ejecutar el
comando (fallo de tensión, bloqueo mecánico, etc.) o · receptor defectuoso.

8.3 Duty Cycle
Duty Cycle describe una limitación del tiempo de transmisión regulada por ley para dispositivos en la banda de 868 MHz. El objeto de esta regulación es garantizar el funcionamiento de todos los aparatos que trabajan en la banda de 868 MHz.
En la banda de frecuencia de 868 MHz que utilizamos nosotros, el tiempo de transmisión máximo de un dispositivo es del 1 % de una hora (es decir, 36 segundos en una hora). Cuando se alcanza ese límite del 1 %, los dispositivos no pueden seguir transmitiendo hasta que finaliza esa limitación temporal. Los dispositivos Homematic IP cumplen esa directiva al 100 % en su desarrollo y fabricación.
Utilizados de un modo normal, en general no se alcanza el Duty Cycle. Sí puede ocurrir en casos aislados, por ejemplo durante la puesta en servicio o la primera instalación de un sistema, debido a los múltiples procesos de conexión con mayor intensidad de transmisión. Cuando se supera el límite de Duty Cycle, parpadea tres veces lentamente el LED rojo y puede fallar el funcionamiento del dispositivo de forma temporal. El funcionamiento se restablece al poco tiempo (máximo 1 hora).

9 Restablecimiento de la configuración de fábrica
Se puede restablecer la configuración de fábrica del dispositivo. Al hacerlo se pierden todos los ajustes.
Para restablecer la configuración de fábrica del contacto para ventanas y puertas, proceda del siguiente modo:
· Suelte la unidad electrónica (B) del soporte (A) deslizándola hacia arriba y sacándola hacia delante (véase la figura).
· Extraiga una pila. · Coloque de nuevo la pila en su
posición correcta y pulse al mismo tiempo el botón del sistema (C) durante 4 s, hasta que empiece a parpadear rápidamente el LED naranja (C). · Suelte de nuevo el botón del sistema. · Pulse de nuevo el botón del sistema durante 4 seg. hasta que se encienda el LED verde. · Suelte de nuevo el botón del sistema para finalizar el restablecimiento de la configuración de fábrica.
El dispositivo ejecuta un reinicio.
10 Mantenimiento y limpieza
Este dispositivo no requiere mantenimiento, a excepción de un eventual cambio de pilas. En caso de fallo, encargue su reparación a un técnico.
Limpie el dispositivo con un paño suave, limpio, seco y que no deje pelusa.

Si está muy sucio, puede limpiarlo con un paño ligeramente humedecido con agua tibia. No utilice productos de limpieza que contengan disolventes. Estas sustancias pueden estropear la carcasa de plástico y la rotulación.
11 Indicaciones generales sobre el modo inalámbrico
La transmisión inalámbrica se realiza por una vía de transmisión no exclusiva, por lo que pueden producirse fallos. También pueden ser fuentes de errores las conmutaciones, motores eléctricos o equipos eléctricos defectuosos.
El alcance en edificios puede diferir mucho del alcance en campo libre. Aparte de la capacidad de transmisión y de las propiedades de recepción de los receptores, también desempeñan un papel importante los efectos ambientales, como la humedad o los elementos constructivos del lugar.

Indicaciones sobre la eliminación
Este símbolo significa que el dispositivo y las pilas o acumuladores no deben desecharse con la basura doméstica, en el contenedor de residuos ni en el contenedor amarillo o el saco amarillo.

3 Indicazioni di pericolo
Le batterie non devono mai essere ricaricate. Non buttare le batterie nel fuoco! Non esporre le batterie a un calore eccessivo. Non mettere in cortocircuito le batterie. Rischio di esplosione!

Per ragioni di sicurezza o di omologazione (CE) non sono ammesse modifiche costruttive o di altro genere del prodotto.
Non aprire mai l'apparecchio. Questo apparecchio non contiene parti che possano essere riparate dall'utente. In caso di guasto fare controllare l'apparecchio da un tecnico specializzato.
Utilizzare l'apparecchio solo in ambienti asciutti e privi di polvere, non esporlo a umidità, vibrazioni, radiazioni continue del sole/di altre fonti di calore, al freddo e a sollecitazioni meccaniche.
Questo apparecchio non è un giocattolo! Non consentire ai bambini di giocare con l'apparecchio. Non lasciare incustodito il materiale dell'imballaggio. Le pellicole o i sacchetti di plastica, le parti di polistirolo, ecc. possono essere fonte di pericolo per i bambini.

4 Funzioni e vista d'insieme dell'apparecchio
Il contatto per finestre e porte Homematic IP rileva in modo affidabile finestre e porte aperte tramite un contatto magnetico. L'apparecchio può essere montato facilmente con le strisce adesive o le viti in dotazione. È possibile accoppiare il contatto per finestre e porte direttamente sul termostato per radiatori Homematic IP basic per ridurre automaticamente la temperatura ambiente quando si arieggia il locale. In alternativa, il contatto per finestre e porte può essere integrato comodamente in combinazione con un Homematic IP Access Point tramite l'app gratuita per smartphone nel sistema Homematic IP Smart-Home e utilizzato per applicazioni per il microclima e di sicurezza di ogni genere. Finestre e porte aperte vengono visualizzate direttamente nell'app Homematic IP questo consentirà di tenere sempre sotto controllo finestre e porte anche mentre siete fuori casa.

5 Informazioni generali sul sistema
Questo apparecchio fa parte del sistema Homematic IP Smart-Home e comunica tramite il protocollo radio Homematic IP. Tutti gli apparecchi del sistema possono essere configurati comodamente e singolarmente dallo smartphone tramite l'app Homematic IP. In alternativa gli apparecchi Homematic IP possono essere gestiti tramite la centralina CCU3 oppure tramite un collegamento con numerosi sistemi di fornitori terzi. Per

6 Messa in funzione
6.1 Accoppiamento Leggere interamente questo paragrafo prima di iniziare la procedura di inizializzazione.
L'apparecchio può essere accoppiato direttamente su un termostato per radiatori Homematic IP basic o sul Homematic IP Access Point (HmIP-HAP). In caso di inizializzazione diretta, la configurazione viene eseguita sull'apparecchio, mentre l'inizializzazione con l'Access Point viene eseguita sull'app Homematic IP.
6.1.1 Accoppiamento diretto su un apparecchio Homematic IP
Il contatto per finestre e porte Homematic IP con magnete può essere accoppiato su un termostato per radiatori Homematic IP basic (HmIP-eTRV-B/ HmIP-eTRV-B-2).
Durante l'operazione mantenere una distanza minima di 50 cm fra gli apparecchi.

La procedura di accoppiamento può essere interrotta premendo di nuovo il tasto di sistema (D) per alcuni secondi. Quest'operazione viene confermata dall'accensione del LED rosso sull'apparecchio (C).
Per accoppiare l'apparecchio con un altro dispositivo Homematic IP è necessario portare entrambi gli apparecchi in modalità Accoppiamento. In tal caso procedere come segue:
· Sganciare il gruppo elettronico (B) dal supporto (A), spingendolo verso l'alto e rimuoverlo tirando in avanti.

· Estrarre la linguetta d'isolamento dal vano batterie (F) del contatto per porte e finestre.
· Premere per almeno 4 secondi il tasto di sistema (C) per attivare la modalità di accoppiamento. Il LED dell'apparecchio (C) diventa arancione e inizia a lampeggiare. La modalità di accoppiamento rimane attiva per 3 minuti.
· Premere il tasto di sistema dell'apparecchio da accoppiare (ad es. del termostato per radiatori Homematic IP basic) per almeno 4 secondi per attivare la modalità di accoppiamento. Il LED dell'apparecchio diventa arancione e inizia a

lampeggiare. Ulteriori informazioni in merito sono fornite nelle istruzioni per l'uso del rispettivo apparecchio.

Il LED verde lampeggiante dell'apparecchio segnala che l'accoppiamento è andato a buon fine. Se non è andato a buon fine, il LED diventa rosso. Ripetere la procedura.
Se non si esegue l'accoppiamento, la modalità Accoppiamento viene interrotta automaticamente dopo 3 minuti.
Se si desidera aggiungere un ulteriore apparecchio, portare in modalità di accoppiamento prima l'apparecchio già presente e poi quello nuovo.
Se si desidera aggiungere ad es. un altro termostato per radiatori, accoppiare innanzitutto il nuovo termostato per radiatori sul termostato già presente. In seguito sarà possibile accoppiare il nuovo termostato per radiatori con il Contatto per porte e finestre esistente.
Se all'interno di una stanza si utilizzano più apparecchi, è necessario accoppiare tutti gli apparecchi tra loro.

6.1.2 Accoppiamento con l'Access Point (alternativa)
Per prima cosa configurare l'Homematic IP Access Point tramite l'app Homematic IP in modo da poter utilizzare nel sistema altri apparecchi Homematic IP. Ulteriori informazioni sono fornite nelle istruzioni per l'uso dell'Access Point.
Per accoppiare e configurare il termostato a parete servendosi di una CCU3, fare riferimento a maggiori informazioni riportate nel manuale WebUI nella nostra home page sul sito www.homematic-ip.com.
Eseguire l'accoppiamento dell'Homematic IP Access Point per poter integrare l'apparecchio nel sistema e poterlo comandare tramite l'app Homematic IP.
Per l'accoppiamento del contatto per porte e finestre, procedere nel modo seguente:
· Aprire l'app Homematic IP sullo smartphone.
· Nel menu selezionare la voce "Accoppiamento dell'apparecchio".
· Sganciare il gruppo elettronico (B) dal supporto (A), spingendolo verso l'alto e rimuoverlo tirando in avanti (v. figura).
· Estrarre la linguetta d'isolamento dal vano batterie (F) del contatto per porte e finestre. La modalità di accoppiamento rimane attiva per 3 minuti.

La modalità di accoppiamento può essere avviata manualmente per altri 3 minuti premendo brevemente il tasto di sistema (C).

6.2 Montaggio
Leggere interamente questo paragrafo prima di iniziare il montaggio dell'apparecchio.

L'apparecchio compare automaticamente nell'app Homematic IP.
· Per confermare, digitare nell'app le ultime quattro cifre del numero dell'apparecchio (SGTIN) oppure eseguire una scansione del codice QR. Il numero dell'apparecchio è riportato nell'etichetta adesiva inclusa nella fornitura o direttamente sull'apparecchio.
· Attendere che la procedura di accoppiamento sia conclusa.
· Per confermare che l'accoppiamento è andato a buon fine, si accende il LED (C) verde. L'apparecchio è pronto per l'uso.
Se si accende il LED rosso, ripetere la procedura.
· Scegliere il tipo di utilizzo (per esempio clima ambiente e/o sicurezza) a cui si vuole destinare l'apparecchio.
· Nell'app assegnare un nome all'apparecchio e associarlo a un ambiente.

6.2.1 Selezione di un luogo di montaggio adatto
· Selezionare la finestra o la porta per il montaggio del contatto per finestre e porte.
· Fissare un elemento del contatto per finestre e porte (contatto magnetico (D) o il gruppo elettronico (B)) alla parte mobile (battente della porta o della finestra), l'altro alla parte fissa (telaio) della finestra o della porta.

· Fissare il contatto per finestre e porte sul lato della maniglia della finestra/porta nel terzo segmento superiore del telaio della finestra/ porta (per dettagli sul fissaggio (v. "6.2.2 Montaggio tramite strisce adesive o viti" a pag. 65)).

· Il contatto magnetico può essere montato in senso orizzontale o verticale e a sinistra o destra del gruppo elettronico del contatto per finestre e porte.

Il gruppo elettronico e il contatto magnetico dovrebbero trovarsi possibilmente alla stessa altezza. Dato che per il contatto magnetico è possibile inserire un distanziale (E) per alzare il contatto magnetico, il gruppo elettronico deve essere montato sulla parte più alta della finestra.
La distanza ideale tra il bordo dell'alloggiamento del contatto per finestre e porte e il battente della porta/finestra è pari a 5 mm (v. figura).

6.2.2 Montaggio tramite strisce adesive o viti
Il contatto per finestre e porte può essere fissato
· con la striscia bi-adesiva fornita in dotazione oppure
· con le viti a testa svasata fornite in dotazione
al telaio della finestra/porta.

Prima del montaggio a vite, non assemblare il contatto magnetico.
Montaggio con strisce adesive Per montare il contatto per finestre e porte con la striscia adesiva, procedere come segue:
· Applicare la striscia bi-adesiva grande sul lato posteriore del supporto (A) e premere l'apparecchio sulla posizione desiderata della finestra.

· Posizionare il magnete nel supporto del lato posteriore e inserire il lato posteriore nell'alloggiamento del contatto magnetico.

Se si utilizza il distanziale (E), è necessario applicare la striscia adesiva piccola sul lato posteriore del distanziale (v. figura) e premerlo sulla posizione desiderata della finestra. Successivamente, applicare il contatto magnetico sul distanziale.
· Applicare la striscia bi-adesiva piccola sul lato posteriore del contatto magnetico (D) (v. figura ) e premere il contatto magnetico sulla posizione desiderata della finestra.
Assicurarsi che la superficie scelta per il montaggio sia liscia, piatta, non danneggiata, pulita, priva di grassi e solventi e che non sia fredda, in modo che la striscia adesiva possa rimanere aderente a lungo.

Montaggio con viti Il fissaggio a vite danneggia la porta e la finestra. Se la casa è in affitto, il proprietario potrebbe inoltrare una richiesta di risarcimento o trattenere il deposito di cauzione.
Prima del montaggio a vite, non assemblare il contatto magnetico.
Per montare il contatto per finestre e porte con le viti, procedere come segue:
· Eseguire i fori nel supporto (A) con una punta per trapano adatta.
· Contrassegnare i fori per il gruppo elettronico (B) in base al supporto (A) sulla finestra.
· Contrassegnare i fori per il contatto magnetico (D) o, all'occorrenza, per il distanziale (E) sulla finestra.

· In caso di fissaggio su basi dure, realizzare i fori con una punta per trapano da 1,5 mm (non necessario nel caso di basi morbide).

Sostituzione delle batterie
· Mantenere il supporto del gruppo elettronico in corrispondenza del punto di montaggio desiderato e avvitare le due viti a testa svasata più lunghe (2,2 x 16 mm) nei fori.

Per sostituire la batteria del contatto per finestre e porte, procedere nel modo seguente:
· Sganciare il supporto (A) dal gruppo elettronico (B), spingendolo verso il basso e rimuoverlo tirando indietro (v. figura).
· Inserire due nuove batterie LR03/ Micro/AAA da 1,5 V rispettando i contrassegni della polarità riportati nel vano batterie (F) (v. figura 9).

· Inserire il gruppo elettronico nel supporto.
· Mantenere il lato posteriore del contatto magnetico o il distanziale in corrispondenza del punto di montaggio desiderato e avvitare le due viti a testa svasata più corte (2,2 x 13 mm) nei fori (v. figura).
· Posizionare il magnete nel supporto del lato posteriore e inserire il lato posteriore nell'alloggiamento del contatto magnetico (v. figura).
In caso di utilizzo del distanziale, dopo il montaggio è possibile applicare facilmente il contatto magnetico sul distanziale.
7 Sostituzione delle batterie
Se nell'app o nell'apparecchio viene segnalata una batteria scarica (v. "8.4 Codici di errore e sequenze di lampeggio" a pag. 69), sostituire le batterie esaurite con due nuove batterie di tipo LR03/Micro/AAA. Fare attenzione a posizionare i poli nel senso corretto.

· Dopo aver inserito la batteria, prestare attenzione alle sequenze di lampeggio dei LED (F) (v. "8.4 Codici di errore e sequenze di lampeggio" a pag. 69).
· Riposizionare il supporto sul gruppo elettronico.
Dopo aver inserito la batteria, il contatto per finestre e porte esegue innanzitutto un test autodiagnostico per circa 2 secondi. Subito dopo viene eseguito l'accoppiamento. La visualizzazione del test rappresenta la conclusione: luce arancione e verde.

8 Risoluzione dei guasti
8.1 Batterie scariche Se il valore della tensione lo consente, il contatto per finestre e porte è pronto per il funzionamento anche se la tensione della batteria è bassa. In base all'uso a cui viene sottoposto, trascorso un breve tempo di recupero della batteria, potrebbe di nuovo inviare vari segnali. Se la tensione si interrompe nuovamente durante l'invio, nell'app Homematic IP e sull'apparecchio compare (v. "8.4 Codici di errore e sequenze di lampeggio" a pag. 69). In questo caso sostituire le batterie scariche con due nuove (v. "7 Sostituzione delle batterie" a pag. 67).
8.2 Comando non confermato Se almeno un ricevitore non conferma un comando, alla fine della trasmissione difettosa si accende il LED rosso. La causa della trasmissione difettosa potrebbe essere un disturbo radio (v. "11 Informazioni generali sul funzionamento via radio" a pag. 70). La trasmissione difettosa può essere dovuta a:
· ricevitore non raggiungibile, · ricevitore che non può eseguire un
comando (interruzione di carico, blocco meccanico, ecc.) oppure · ricevitore difettoso.

8.3 Duty Cycle
Il ciclo di lavoro descrive una limitazione regolamentata dalla legge del tempo di trasmissione degli apparecchi nella gamma di 868 MHz. Lo scopo di questa disciplina è garantire il funzionamento di tutti gli apparecchi nella gamma 868 MHz.
Nel campo di frequenza 868 MHz da noi utilizzato, il tempo massimo di trasmissione di ogni apparecchio è dell'1% di un'ora (quindi 36 secondi in un'ora). Quando raggiungono il limite dell'1%, gli apparecchi non possono più trasmettere finché non sarà scaduto questo limite di tempo. Conformemente a questa direttiva, gli apparecchi Homematic IP sono sviluppati e prodotti nell'assoluto rispetto delle norme.
Nel normale funzionamento di solito non si raggiunge il duty cycle. Tuttavia, questo potrebbe accadere in casi singoli alla messa in esercizio o alla prima installazione di un sistema a causa di processi di accoppiamento ripetuti o ad alta intensità radio. Un superamento del limite del ciclo di lavoro viene visualizzato mediante un lampeggio lungo del LED rosso per tre volte e può manifestarsi con una funzione momentaneamente assente dell'apparecchio. Trascorso un breve tempo (max. 1 ora), il funzionamento dell'apparecchio viene ripristinato.

9 Ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica
Le impostazioni di fabbrica dell'apparecchio possono essere ripristinate. In questo caso tutte le impostazioni andranno perdute.
Per ripristinare le impostazioni di fabbrica del contatto per finestre e porte, procedere nel modo seguente:
· Sganciare il gruppo elettronico (B) dal supporto (A), spingendolo verso l'alto e rimuoverlo tirando in avanti (v. figura).
· Rimuovere una batteria. · Inserire di nuovo la batteria secon-
do i contrassegni della polarità e tenere premuto contemporaneamente il tasto di sistema (C) per 4 secondi finché il LED (C) non inizia a lampeggiare con luce arancione. · Rilasciare quindi il tasto. · Premere di nuovo il tasto di sistema per 4 secondi finché non si accende il LED verde. · Rilasciare di nuovo il tasto di sistema per concludere il ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica.
L'apparecchio esegue un riavvio.
10 Manutenzione e pulizia
Fatta eccezione per un'eventuale sostituzione delle batterie, questo apparecchio non richiede manutenzione. Se è necessario un intervento di manutenzione o riparazione, rivolgersi a un tecnico specializzato.

Pulire l'apparecchio con un panno morbido, pulito, asciutto e privo di pelucchi. Per rimuovere tracce di sporco tenaci si può inumidire leggermente il panno con acqua tiepida. Non utilizzare detergenti a base di solventi poiché potrebbero danneggiare l'alloggiamento di plastica e le scritte sull'apparecchio.
11 Informazioni generali sul funzionamento via radio
La trasmissione radio viene attuata su un canale di trasmissione non esclusivo, pertanto non è possibile escludere interferenze. Altre interferenze possono essere causate da processi di commutazione, da motori elettrici o da apparecchi elettrici difettosi.
La portata del segnale all'interno degli edifici può essere molto diversa da quella all'aria aperta. Oltre alla potenza di trasmissione e alle proprietà di ricezione dei ricevitori, anche alcuni fattori ambientali come l'umidità dell'aria, nonché le condizioni della struttura sul posto sono importanti per il segnale.

Avvertenze per lo smaltimento
Questo simbolo indica che l'apparecchio e le batterie non devono essere smaltiti con i rifiuti domestici, nel bidone dei rifiuti o nel bidone o sacco giallo.
Ai fini della tutela della salute e dell'ambiente, per un corretto smaltimento è necessario conferire il prodotto, tutte le parti elettroniche incluse in dotazione e le batterie presso un centro di raccolta comunale per apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici usati o batterie esauste. Anche i distributori di apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici o di batterie hanno l'obbligo di ritirare gratuitamente gli apparecchi usati o le batterie esauste.
Con la raccolta differenziata viene dato un prezioso contributo per il riutilizzo, il riciclaggio e altre forme di recupero di apparecchi usati e batterie esauste.

Lees deze handleiding zorgvuldig door voordat u uw Homematic IP-apparaten in gebruik neemt. Bewaar de handleiding om deze ook later nog te kunnen raadplegen! Als u het apparaat door andere personen laat gebruiken, geef dan ook deze handleiding mee.

3 Gevarenaanduidingen
Normale batterijen mogen nooit worden opgeladen. Werp batterijen niet in het vuur! Batterijen niet blootstellen aan overmatige warmte. Batterijen niet kortsluiten. Er bestaat explosiegevaar!

Om redenen van veiligheid en markering (CE) is het eigenmachtig verbouwen en/of veranderen van het apparaat niet toegestaan.
Open het apparaat niet. Het bevat geen onderdelen die door de gebruiker moeten worden onderhouden. In geval van een defect dient u het apparaat door een specialist te laten controleren.
Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend in een droge en stofvrije omgeving, stel het niet bloot aan vocht, trillingen, langdurig zonlicht of andere warmtebronnen, koude en mechanische belastingen.
Het apparaat is geen speelgoed! Laat kinderen er niet mee spelen. Laat verpakkingsmateriaal niet rondslingeren. Plasticfolie en plastic zakken, piepschuim enz. kunnen voor kinderen gevaarlijk speelgoed worden.
Bij materiële schade of lichamelijk letsel veroorzaakt door een onjuist gebruik of niet-naleving van de gevarenaanduidingen, kunnen we niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld. In dergelijke gevallen vervalt ieder garantierecht! Wij aanvaarden geen aansprakelijkheid voor gevolgschade!
Het apparaat is uitsluitend geschikt voor gebruik in woonruimten en soortgelijke omgevingen.
Elk ander gebruik dan in deze handleiding beschreven, is oneigenlijk en leidt tot de uitsluiting van garantie en aansprakelijkheid.

4 Werking en overzicht van het apparaat
Het Homematic IP-raam- en deurcontact detecteert via een magneetcontact op betrouwbare wijze of ramen en deuren geopend zijn. Het apparaat is met meegeleverde plakstrips of schroeven gemakkelijk te monteren. U kunt het raam- en deurcontact direct op de Homematic IP-radiatorthermostaat basic inleren om de kamertemperatuur bij het ventileren automatisch te verlagen. U kunt het raam- en deurcontact ook in combinatie met een Homematic IP access point comfortabel via de gratis smartphone-app in het Homematic IP smarthomesysteem integreren en voor uitgebreide binnenklimaat- en veiligheidstoepassingen gebruiken. Geopende ramen en deuren worden onmiddellijk in de Homematic IP-app weergegeven zo kunt u ook onderweg uw ramen en deuren altijd in het oog houden.

5 Algemene systeeminformatie
Dit apparaat is onderdeel van het Homematic IP Smart Home Systeem en communiceert via het Homematic IP-zendprotocol. Alle apparaten van het systeem kunnen handig en afzonderlijk via een smartphone met de Homematic IP App worden geconfigureerd. U hebt ook de mogelijkheid om de Homematic IP apparaten via de centrale CCU3 of in combinatie met allerlei partneroplossingen te gebruiken. Welke functies binnen het systeem in

6 Inbedrijfstelling
6.1 Inleren Lees dit hoofdstuk volledig door, voordat u met het inleren begint.
U kunt het apparaat ofwel direct op een Homematic IP-radiatorthermostaat basic of op het Homematic IP access point (HmIP-HAP) inleren. Bij het direct inleren wordt de configuratie op het apparaat en bij het inleren aan het access point via de Homematic IPapp uitgevoerd.
6.1.1 Direct inleren op een Homematic IP-apparaat
U kunt Homematic het IP raamen deurcontact met magneet op een Homematic IP-radiatorthermostaat basic (HmIP-eTRV-B/ HmIP-eTRV-B-2) inleren.
Houd bij het aanleren een minimumafstand van 50 cm tussen de apparaten aan.
U kunt het aanleerproces annuleren door opnieuw kort op de systeemtoets (C) te drukken. Dit wordt bevestigd door het rood oplichten van de apparaatled (C).
Om het apparaat op een ander Homematic IP-apparaat in te leren, moeten beide apparaten in de inleermodus

worden geschakeld. Ga hiervoor als volgt te werk:
· Maak de elektronische unit (B) uit de houder (A) los door deze naar omhoog te schuiven en naar voren te verwijderen.

· Trek de isolatiestrip uit het batterijvak (F) van het raam- en deurcontact.
· Druk gedurende minimaal 4 sec. op de systeemtoets (C) om de inleermodus te activeren. De apparaatled (C) begint oranje te knipperen. De inleermodus is 3 minuten actief.
· Druk gedurende minimaal 4 sec. op de systeemtoets van het in te leren apparaat (bijv. van de Homematic IP-radiatorthermostaat basic) om de inleermodus te activeren. De apparaatled begint oranje te knipperen. Meer informatie hierover vindt u in de handleiding van het betreffende apparaat.

Inbedrijfstelling
Het succesvol inleren wordt aangegeven door het groen knipperen van het apparaatledje. Als het aanleerproces niet succesvol is geweest, licht de apparaatled rood op. Probeer het opnieuw.
Als het aanleerproces niet wordt uitgevoerd, wordt de aanleermodus na 3 minuten automatisch beëindigd.
Als u nog een apparaat wilt toevoegen, moet u eerst het reeds voorhanden apparaat en vervolgens het nieuwe apparaat in de inleermodus schakelen.
Als u bijv. nog een radiatorthermostaat wilt toevoegen, moet u eerst de nieuwe radiatorthermostaat aan de voorhanden radiatorthermostaat inleren. Vervolgens kunt u de nieuwe radiatorthermostaat aan het voorhanden deur- en raamcontact aanleren.
Als u meerdere apparaten in één vertrek wilt gebruiken, is het zinvol om alle apparaten onderling aan te leren.

6.1.2 Aanleren aan het Access Point (alternatief)
Configureer eerst uw Homematic IP access point via de Homematic IP-app om nog meer Homematic IP-apparaten in het systeem te kunnen gebruiken. Uitgebreide informatie hierover vindt u in de handleiding van het Access Point.
Voor het inleren en installeren van de wandthermostaat met behulp van een CCU3 vindt u gedetailleerde informatie in de WebUIhandleiding op onze homepage www.homematic-ip.com.
Om ervoor te zorgen dat het apparaat in uw systeem geïntegreerd en via Homematic IP-app bediend kan worden, moet het op het Homematic IP access point worden ingeleerd.
Ga als volgt te werk om het raam- en deurcontact in te leren:
· Open de Homematic IP-app op uw smartphone.
· Selecteer het menu-item `Apparaat aanleren'.
· Maak de elektronische unit (B) uit de houder (A) los door deze omhoog te schuiven en naar voren te verwijderen (zie afbeelding).
· Trek de isolatiestrip uit het batterijvak (F) van het raam- en deurcontact. De inleermodus is 3 minuten actief.

Inbedrijfstelling
U kunt de inleermodus gedurende nog eens 3 minuten handmatig starten door kort op de systeemtoets (C) te drukken.

Het apparaat verschijnt automatisch in de Homematic IP-app.
· Ter bevestiging dient u in de app de laatste vier cijfers van het apparaatnummer (SGTIN) in te voeren of de QR-code te scannen. Het apparaatnummer vindt u op de bijgeleverde sticker of op het apparaat zelf.
· Wacht tot het inleerproces voltooid is.
· Ter bevestiging van een succesvol inleerproces brandt de led (C) groen. Het apparaat is nu gebruiksklaar.
Als de led rood brandt, dient u het opnieuw te proberen.
· Kies in welke toepassing (bijv. ruimteklimaat en/of veiligheid) u het apparaat wilt gebruiken.
· Geef het apparaat in de app een naam en wijs het toe aan een ruimte.

6.2 Montage Lees dit hoofdstuk volledig door, voordat u met de montage begint.
6.2.1 Keuze van een geschikte montageplaats
· Kies het raam of de deur voor de montage van het raam- en deurcontact.
· Bevestig een deel van het raam- en deurcontact (magneetcontact (D) of elektronische unit (B)) op het bewegende deel (deur- of raamvleugel), het andere op een vast deel (kozijn) van het raam of de deur.

· Bevestig het raam- en deurcontact aan de zijde van de raam-/deurgreep in het bovenste derde deel op het raam-/deurkozijn (voor details over het bevestigen (zie `6.2.2 Plakstrip- of schroefmontage' op pagina 79)).

Inbedrijfstelling
· Het magneetcontact kan horizontaal of verticaal en links of rechts van de elektronische unit van het raam- en deurcontact worden gemonteerd.

Montage met plakstrips
Ga als volgt te werk om het raam- en deurcontact met de plakstrip te monteren:
· Breng de grote dubbelzijdige plakstrip op de achterkant van de houder (A) aan en druk het apparaat op de gewenste aan het raam.

De elektronische unit en het magneetcontact bevinden zich het best op dezelfde hoogte. Omdat voor het magneetcontact een afstandsstuk (E) kan worden ingezet om het magneetcontact te verhogen, moet de elektronische unit op het hoogste deel van het raam worden gemonteerd.
De ideale afstand tussen de rand van de behuizing van het raamen deurcontact en de deur-/raamvleugel bedraagt 5 mm (zie afbeelding).
6.2.2 Plakstrip- of schroefmontage U kunt het raam- en deurcontact
· met de meegeleverde dubbelzijdige plakstrip of
· met de meegeleverde schroeven met verzonken kop
aan het raam-/deurkozijn bevestigen.

· Leg de magneet in de houder aan de achterzijde en plaats de achterzijde in de behuizing van het magneetcontact.

Zet het magneetcontact vóór de schroefmontage nog niet in elkaar.

Inbedrijfstelling
Bij gebruik van het afstandsstuk (E) moet u de kleine plakstrip aan de achterkant van het afstandsstuk aanbrengen (zie afbeelding) en deze op de gewenste positie aan het raam drukken. Plaats vervolgens het magneetcontact op het afstandsstuk.
· Breng de kleine dubbelzijdige plakstrip op de achterkant van het magneetcontact (D) aan (zie afbeelding) en druk het magneetcontact op de gewenste positie aan het raam.
Let op dat de montageleider glad, vlak, onbeschadigd, schoon, vrij van vet en oplosmiddelen en niet te koud is, zodat de plakstrip duurzaam kan hechten.
Montage met schroeven Door de schroefmontage raakt de deur of het raam beschadigd. Bij huurwoningen kan dit tot een schadeclaim of inhouding van de huurwaarborg leiden.
Zet het magneetcontact vóór de schroefmontage nog niet in elkaar.
Ga als volgt te werk om het raamen deurcontact met behulp van de schroeven te monteren:
· Boor de schroefgaten in de houder (A) met een geschikte boor voor.
· Markeer de schroefgaten voor de elektronische unit (B) aan de hand van de houder (A) op het raam.
· Markeer de schroefgaten voor het

magneetcontact (D) of indien nodig voor het afstandsstuk (E) op het raam.

· Boor bij bevestiging op harde ondergronden met een 1,5mm-boor voor (bij zachte ondergronden is dit niet nodig).
· Houd de houder van de elektronische unit op de gewenste montageplaats en draai de beide langste schroeven met verzonken kop (2,2 x 16 mm) door de schroefgaten in.

· Plaats de elektronische unit in de houder.
· Houd de achterzijde van het magneetcontact of het afstandsstuk op de gewenste montageplaats en draai de beide kleinste schroeven met verzonken kop (2,2 x 13 mm) door de schroefgaten in (zie afbeelding).
· Leg de magneet in de houder aan de achterzijde en plaats de achter-

zijde in de behuizing van het magneetcontact (zie afbeelding).
Bij het gebruik van het afstandsstuk kunt u het magneetcontact na de montage gewoon op het afstandsstuk plaatsen.
7 Batterijen vervangen
Als de app of het apparaat een lege batterij weergeeft (zie `8.4 Foutcodes en knipperreeksen' op pagina 83), dient u de verbruikte batterijen te vervangen door twee nieuwe batterijen van het type LR03/Micro/AAA. Let daarbij op de juiste polariteit van de batterijen.
Ga als volgt te werk om de batterij van het raam- en deurcontact te vervangen:
· Maak de houder (A) van de elektronische unit (B) los door deze naar onderen te schuiven en naar achteren te verwijderen (zie afbeelding).
· Plaats twee nieuwe 1,5 V LR03/micro/AAA-batterijen overeenkomstig de juiste polariteit in het batterijvak (F) (zie afbeelding 9).

op de knippervolgorde van de led (F) (zie `8.4 Foutcodes en knipperreeksen' op pagina 83). · Plaats de houder weer op de elektronische unit.
Na het plaatsen van de batterij voert het raam- en deurcontact eerst gedurende ca. 2 seconden een zelftest uit. Daarna volgt de initialisatie. Tot slot verschijnt de testweergave: oranje en groen lichte op.
8 Storingen oplossen
8.1 Zwakke batterijen Als de spanningswaarde dit toestaat, kan het raam- en deurcontact ook bij een lage batterijspanning worden gebruikt. Al naargelang de belasting kan, na een korte hersteltijd van de batterij, eventueel weer meerdere keren een signaal worden gezonden. Als de spanning tijdens het zenden weer wegvalt, wordt dit in de Homematic IP-app en op het apparaat weergegeven (zie `8.4 Foutcodes en knipperreeksen' op pagina 83). Vervang in dat geval de lege batterijen door twee nieuwe (zie `7 Batterijen vervangen' op pagina 81).
8.2 Commando niet bevestigd Indien ten minste één ontvanger een commando niet bevestigt, licht de led bij het afsluiten van de mislukte overdracht rood op. De reden voor deze mislukte overdracht kan een communicatiestoring zijn (zie `11 Algemene instructies voor de draadloze werking' op pagina 84). De mislukte overdracht

kan de volgende oorzaken hebben: · de ontvanger is niet bereikbaar, · de ontvanger kan het commando niet uitvoeren (lastuitval, mechanische blokkering enz.) of · de ontvanger is defect.
8.3 Duty cycle De duty cycle beschrijft een wettelijk geregelde begrenzing van de zendtijd van apparaten in het 868MHz-bereik. Het doel van deze regeling is om de werking van alle in het 868MHz-bereik werkende apparaten te garanderen. In het door ons gebruikte frequentiebereik van 868 MHz bedraagt de maximale zendtijd van elk apparaat 1 % van een uur (dus 36 seconden per uur). De apparaten mogen bij het bereiken van de 1%-limiet niet meer zenden tot deze tijdelijke begrenzing weer voorbij is. In overeenstemming met deze richtlijn worden Homematic IP apparaten 100% conform de norm ontwikkeld en geproduceerd. In het normale bedrijf wordt de duty cycle doorgaans niet bereikt. In bepaalde situaties kan dit bij de inbedrijfstelling of eerste installatie van een systeem wel het geval zijn wanneer er meerdere en zendintensieve inleerprocessen actief zijn. Een overschrijding van de duty-cycle-limiet wordt aangegeven door drie keer langzaam rood knipperen van de led en kan zich uiten in een tijdelijke onderbreking van de werking van het apparaat. Na korte tijd (max. 1 uur) werkt het apparaat weer normaal.

Probeer het opnieuw (zie `8.2 Commando niet bevestigd' op pagina 81) of (zie `8.3 Duty cycle' op pagina 82).
Voer de laatste vier cijfers van het apparaatserienummer in ter bevestiging (zie `6.1 Inleren' op pagina 76).
Activeer de inleermodus van het in te leren apparaat (zie `6.1.1 Direct inleren op een Homematic IP-apparaat' op pagina 76).
Vervang de batterijen (zie `7 Batterijen vervangen' op pagina 81).
Wacht totdat de update is beëindigd.
Controleer de weergave in uw app of neem contact op met uw dealer.
Wanneer de testindicatie weer is gedoofd, kunt u doorgaan.

Herstellen van de fabrieksinstellingen
9 Herstellen van de fabrieksinstellingen
De fabrieksinstellingen van het apparaat kunnen worden hersteld. Hierbij gaan alle instellingen verloren.
Ga als volgt te werk om de fabrieksinstellingen van het raam- en deurcontact te herstellen:
· Maak de elektronische unit (B) uit de houder (A) los door deze naar omhoog te schuiven en naar voren te verwijderen (zie afbeelding).
· Verwijder een batterij. · Plaats de batterij overeenkomstig
de juiste polariteit en houd tegelijkertijd de systeemtoets (C) gedurende 4 sec. ingedrukt tot de led (C) snel oranje begint te knipperen. · Laat de systeemtoets weer los. · Houd de systeemtoets opnieuw 4 s ingedrukt, tot de led groen begint te branden. · Laat de systeemtoets weer los om het herstel van de fabrieksinstellingen te voltooien.
Het apparaat voert een herstart uit.
10 Onderhoud en reiniging
Het apparaat is voor u, afgezien van een eventuele vervanging van de batterij, onderhoudsvrij. Laat het onderhoud of reparaties over aan een vakman.
Reinig het apparaat met een zachte, schone, droge en pluisvrije doek. Voor het verwijderen van sterke verontreinigingen kan de doek licht met lauw wa-

ter worden bevochtigd. Gebruik geen oplosmiddelhoudende reinigingsmiddelen. Deze kunnen de kunststof kast en opschriften aantasten.
11 Algemene instructies voor de draadloze werking
De draadloze communicatie wordt via een niet-exclusief communicatiekanaal gerealiseerd, zodat storingen niet kunnen worden uitgesloten. Andere storende invloeden kunnen afkomstig zijn van schakelprocessen, elektromotoren of defecte elektrische apparaten.
Het bereik in gebouwen kan sterk afwijken van het bereik in het vrije veld. Behalve het zendvermogen en de ontvangsteigenschappen van de ontvangers spelen ook omgevingsinvloeden zoals luchtvochtigheid en de bouwkundige situatie ter plekke een belangrijke rol.

12 Verwijdering als afval
Informatie over verwijdering als afval
Dit symbool betekent dat het apparaat en de batterijen of accu's niet mogen worden weggegooid met het huisvuil, restafval of in de gele vuilnisbak of zak.
Om de gezondheid en het milieu te beschermen, bent u verplicht om het product, alle elektronische onderdelen die bij de levering zijn inbegrepen en de batterijen ter correcte verwijdering naar een gemeentelijk inzamelpunt voor afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparaten of afgedankte batterijen te brengen. Ook distributeurs van elektrische en elektronische apparaten en batterijen zijn verplicht om gebruikte apparaten en batterijen gratis terug te nemen.
Door ze gescheiden in te zamelen, levert u een waardevolle bijdrage aan het hergebruik, de recycling en andere vormen van nuttige toepassing van afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparaten en afgedankte batterijen.
U bent verplicht om afgedankte batterijen en accu's die niet to de AEEA behoren, daarvan te scheiden voordat u ze inlevert bij een inzamelpunt, en ze dan ook gescheiden in te leveren bij de lokale inzamelpunten.
Wij wijzen u er nadrukkelijk op dat u als eindgebruiker verantwoordelijk bent voor het verwijderen van persoonlijke gegevens uit de afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparatuur.

Conformiteitsinformatie De CE-markering is een label voor het vrije verkeer van goederen binnen de Europese Unie en is uitsluitend bestemd voor de desbetreffende autoriteiten. Het is geen garantie voor bepaalde eigenschappen.
