eWatch Smartwatch: Getting Started
1. Powering On and Off
To power on the device, press and hold the button for 3 seconds when it is in the powered-off state. If the device fails to power on, please charge it and try again. To power off the device, press and hold the button for 3 seconds when it is powered on.
2. Charging the Device
If the watch cannot be turned on, locate the standard charging cable included in the package. Connect the watch to the charger. It may take up to 10 minutes after the first charge for the watch to power on and display.
3. Downloading and Installing the Bluetooth APP
To connect to the smartwatch via Bluetooth, transmit data, and display information, you need to download the dedicated APP. Scan the provided QR code to download and install the corresponding APP for your mobile phone.
4. Connecting Your Phone via Bluetooth
After downloading and installing the APP:
- Open the APP and navigate to the "Device" section.
- Tap "Add Device" and search for "eWatch".
- Select "eWatch" to connect.
- On your phone, go to "Settings" and then "Bluetooth".
- Find "eWatch" in the list of "Available Devices" and pair it.
Successful pairing will enable "Call Audio" and "Media Audio" functionalities.
5. Important Notes
- If the watch does not turn on, ensure the charging cable and watch are properly connected. If the device has not been used for an extended period, it may take up to 10 minutes of charging before it can power on normally.
- If you are unable to use "Call Audio" after connecting via Bluetooth through the APP, you must go to your phone's "Settings", find "Bluetooth", locate "eWatch", and pair it again.
