Installation Dimensions
Ensure proper fit and clearance for your faucet installation:
The diagram illustrates the faucet mounted through a countertop or sink. Maximum countertop thickness supported is 1.57 inches (40mm). The required mounting hole diameter is between 1.38 and 1.57 inches (35mm to 40mm). The optional deck plate is designed to cover standard 3-hole sink configurations with a 6-inch spread.
A minimum clearance of 2 inches (50mm) is recommended around the faucet base for comfortable handle operation.
The diagram shows compatibility for sink hole configurations: a green checkmark ✔️ is shown for 1-hole or 2-hole installations. A red cross ❌ is shown for 3-hole installations without the deck plate.
A minimum gap of 0.12 inches (3mm) is required between the faucet base and the sink edge.
Installation Notes
Please review these important notes before and during installation:
Water Supply Connection: Connect the hot water supply line (red) and cold water supply line (blue) to the corresponding inlets on the faucet. Ensure connections are secure.
Temperature Indicators: The diagram shows red and blue indicators on the supply lines and internal faucet components to denote hot and cold water paths.
Hole Compatibility: Verify your sink or countertop has the correct number of holes for your chosen faucet configuration (with or without the deck plate). The diagram indicates suitability for 1, 2, or 3-hole sinks.
Water Flow Test: Before final tightening, it is recommended to place the end of the pull-down hose into a bucket and briefly turn on the water supply to check for leaks and ensure proper flow.
Installation Steps
- Step 1: Position the faucet through the mounting hole(s) in the sink or countertop. If using the deck plate, install it first.
- Step 2: From underneath the sink, slide the rubber washer, metal washer, and then thread the mounting nut onto the faucet's mounting shank. Tighten securely by hand, then use a wrench for a final snug fit.
- Step 3: Connect the hot and cold water supply lines (items 2 & 3) to the corresponding threaded inlets on the faucet body. Ensure a tight seal.
- Step 4: Connect the pull-down hose to the designated outlet port on the faucet body. Ensure it clicks or threads securely.
- Step 5: Attach the weight (item 6) onto the pull-down hose at the location indicated by the diagram. This ensures the hose retracts properly.
- Step 6: Connect the other ends of the hot and cold water supply lines to the respective hot and cold water shut-off valves under the sink. Tighten connections securely.
Warm Tip
The gravity ball must be installed correctly on the pull-down hose. This component is essential for the proper retraction and function of the pull-down sprayer.

Maintenance
Keep your faucet's spray head functioning optimally:
To clean the spray head, gently unscrew it from the pull-down hose. Soak the spray head in a mild solution of vinegar and water to remove mineral deposits. Use a soft brush if necessary. Rinse thoroughly and reattach.
