DocumentDocumentYou've Spoken and We've Listened Improved Locking Collar Installation We've take your feedback on board and improved the way that the collars on this product are fixed to the axle, this will ensure a quicker and more precise installation on-site. Please take care to follow the important steps outline below. The position of the pre-fixed collars has been adjusted so that the second collar in each pair now lines up with the pre-punched holes on the axle (see Drawing A). This means it is no longer necessary to drill a pilot hole when fixing the second collar to the axle. A Pre-fixed Collar Second Collar IMPORTANT: When attaching the collars, make sure that the fixing has fully engaged with the pre-punched hole on the axle (see Drawing B). B The collar should fit tightly to the axle. Ensure that there is: No space between the inside of the collar and the axle. No movement from side-to-side.
