Instructions for using web emergency mode
Materials and devices below are required before the operation. 1. A computer that supported Ethernet connection 2. Two Ethernet cables (At least one) 3. Problematic Tapo camera 4. Camera firmware (The .bin file)
The operation steps are as follows: 1. Download the camera firmware according to your camera's model number. Tapo C310 V1 Tapo C310 V2 TC65 V1 Tapo C320WS V1 After downloading the firmware, unzip it, and you will see the .bin file.
2. Connect the problem Tapo camera to the computer: Two types of connection are available (Choose the one that is convenient for you):  Connection topology 1: Tapo camera--<Ethernet>--Router--<Ethernet or Wireless>--PC
After the connection is completed, change the IP settings of the computer network card (Figure 1-1). Set a fixed IP address for the PC: IP address: in the 0 (Zero) network segment, e.g. 192.168.0.123 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

After the connection is completed, change the IP settings of the computer network card (Figure 1-1). Upgrading via web interface: Note: the web interface may vary from different models, hardware, or firmware versions.  Launch a browser on the computer, visit http://192.168.0.10  Click Browse to find the path of the firmware to be upgraded, and then click
Upgrade. Do not interrupt the power supply during the upgrade process.  Done, Upgrade Success (Figure 3-2-2)
