Preconfigured Roller Shutter Kit Installation Instructions
- Connecting the Type 13.S2 actuators to the roller shutter motors to be automated (see instruction manual).
- Connecting the Type 1Y.P2 input interface to the centralized buttons for roller shutter opening and closing as follows:
- P1 for opening
- P2 for closing
- At this point, it is already possible to open and close the roller shutters from the centralized buttons. If there are additional Type 1Y.P2 input interfaces to be included in the system, follow the instructions given in the instruction manual.
- Perform an opening and closing test. If the Type 1Y.P2 input interfaces are too far apart, use the Type 1Y.E8 range extenders (supplied in the kit) between the Type 1Y.P2 input interface and the Type 13.S2 actuator (see Type 1Y.E8 instruction manual).
NOTE
If you would like to use the Finder YOU app, you will need to create a new system and set up the general opening and closing scenarios from the app.
