Samsung Tablet Bundle Campaign Terms and Conditions

Samsung Electronics Istanbul Pazarlama ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Samsung”) is organizing the “Tablet Bundle Campaign” (“Campaign”). The terms and conditions for participation and benefit from this Campaign are set forth in these Campaign terms and conditions, and will be further regulated in other announcements/information that Samsung may make in the future. Participants who wish to benefit from the Campaign are deemed to have read and accepted these Campaign terms and conditions.

Eligible Sales Channel

The Campaign is valid on the Samsung Online Store (samsung.com/tr/) or the Shop Samsung Mobile application.

Campaign Period and Included Products

The Campaign includes products imported by Samsung, offered for sale through Samsung sales points participating in the Campaign, and available in stock, between 11.07.2025 and 31.07.2025. Products are limited to stock, and the stock quantities included in the Campaign are specified below.

Campaign Scope and Application

If one of the tablet products listed in the Campaign is purchased through the online platform or application, the consumer will be able to purchase one of the listed tablet cases at the price specified above instead of the recommended retail price. This benefit will be reflected in the invoice amount, provided that the products are purchased on the same day and appear on the same invoice.

General Conditions

The Campaign is valid only within the borders of Turkey and cannot be combined with other campaigns. Participants who make purchases through the Student, Public, and Corporate Special Discount Programs cannot benefit from the Campaign.

Only individuals whose names are on the invoice can be participants in the Campaign. Each person can benefit from the Campaign for a maximum of one product. Duplicate applications will be rejected. Customers who purchase with a corporate invoice can get a chance to use it only once, regardless of the total number of products purchased on the invoice.

The Campaign may be postponed, suspended, or changed in cases of logistical, technical, administrative delays, or force majeure events. Samsung will announce any necessary notifications on its website.

Samsung reserves the right to change the Campaign terms and conditions. Samsung has the right to cancel the Campaign participation rights of Participants who are found to be acting in bad faith, or engaging in fraud or deception.

Participants do not have the right to claim the monetary value of the discount/exchange/benefit defined within the scope of the Campaign. Returns of Products purchased within the scope of this Campaign will not be accepted. The rights of the consumer under the Law on the Protection of Consumers are reserved. In case of return of the purchased product, the User will return the right gained due to this Campaign.

Recommended retail prices may vary. Sales channels are solely authorized to determine the final retail prices of the products, and Samsung has no intervention in this regard.

The Participant will be solely responsible for any delays or non-delivery of the product due to incorrect address information or other issues attributable to the consumer.

Participants are informed that by participating in the Campaign, their information is obtained/collected in accordance with Samsung's Privacy Policy and Clarification Text (http://www.samsung.com/tr/info/privacy/), recorded, and shared with third parties for the purpose of providing the relevant benefits.
