Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Body Assembly to Base
Assemble one side of the Body Assembly (A) to the Base (B) using three 10MM Bolts (C) and three 10MM Locknuts (D). The diagram shows the Body Assembly (A) being attached to the Base (B) with bolts and nuts passing through pre-drilled holes.
Step 2: Align and Secure Second Side
The Body Assembly is designed to be flexible, allowing it to easily move to align the remaining three holes if necessary. Once the alignment is correct, attach the second side of the Body Assembly to the Base using the remaining three 10MM Bolts (C) and three 10MM Locknuts (D).
Step 3: Install Plastic Protectors
To install the Plastic Protectors (E), slide them down onto the edge of the rack. Once in place, rotate each protector clockwise and slide it backward until the hole in the protector aligns with the corresponding hole in the dumbbell rack.
Step 4: Insert Locking Pins
Insert a Locking Pin (F) into the hole of each installed Plastic Protector (E). Ensure the pin passes through the aligned hole in the dumbbell rack and push until it locks securely into place. This secures the plastic protectors.
