Before installing the Viltrox flashlight on your camera, please read this Manual carefully in order to master all functions of it.

⚠️ Warnings
- Please keep the product dry.
- The product is not waterproof.
- Do not immerse the product in water or allow it to come into contact with rainwater or moisture, unless proper protection is used to isolate it from liquids and moisture.
- Do not dismantle or repair the product arbitrarily, as this may cause electric shock or malfunction, leading to injury.
- For any serious swelling, smoking or burning odor, stop using the product and power it off immediately, to prevent fire or burning of the product.
- Do not use the flash on moving drivers, as it may cause traffic accidents.
- Do not use the flash directly at close distance to the eyes (especially infants) to prevent damaging the retina.
- Keep the small accessories out of reach of children to prevent accidental swallowing. If any accessory is accidentally swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
- Do not allow children to handle this product to prevent licking the flash, which may cause electric shock or injury.
- Do not shake the product strongly to prevent a fault, explosion or fire of elements.
- Do not use the product near inflammable or explosive gases. Using the product near inflammable gases (including propane, gasoline and powder) may cause explosion or fire.
- Never use solvents or active agents like benzene to clean this device, and do not store the flash in places containing camphor or benzene, as this may damage its plastic casing, leading to fire or electric shock.

Indicators
Charging Indicator
1. When the white charging indicator light is constantly on, it indicates that the battery is fully charged.
2. When the white charging indicator light is breathing (blinking in a slow pattern), it indicates that the battery is charging.
3. When the white charging indicator light blinks every 5 seconds, it indicates that the battery is empty and should be charged promptly.
4. Upon power-up, the number of flashes of the white charging indicator light will vary depending on the battery level. Please refer to the table below for details:

Recycle Indicator
1. When red recycle indicator is normally on, it indicates that the recycle is in progress.
2. When green recycle indicator is normally on, it indicates that the recycle is completed.
3. When the recycle indicator light flashes green, it indicates that the internal temperature of the flash is too high.
4. When the device stops working and the power indicator light flashes red, it indicates that the battery level is low. Please charge the device promptly.
Operation Instructions
Power On/Off
Pull the thumbwheel to M (manual flash) to power on, or pull the thumbwheel from M (manual flash) to OFF to power off.
Note: The flashlight needs to be mounted on the camera before turning on both the camera and the flashlight.
Adjusting Power
Adjust the power properly according to the set photosensitivity and shooting distance. Refer to the following table for the specific parameters:

Flash Triggering Modes
S1 Synchronous Flash Triggering Mode
Set the photosensitivity induction button to S1 mode, and the flashlight will synchronize with the first flashing of the main flashlight.
S2 Pre-flash Avoidance Flash Triggering Mode
Set the photosensitivity induction button to S2 mode, and the flashlight will synchronize with the second flashing of the main flashlight.
