Hunter AirX Digital Air Purifier
With True HEPA and EcoSilver • Pre-Filter
READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Hunter AirX Digital Air Purifier! Since 1886, Hunter has innovated new and smarter ways to clean, circulate and condition the air in your home. Hunter air purifiers use:
- EcoSilver® Pre-Filter: The Pre-Filter uses silver nanotechnology to prevent the growth of microorganisms on the filter, including bacteria and viruses, and removes harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
- True HEPA Filter: Rigorously tested, our True HEPA filter removes up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns in size including smoke, dust, pollen, pet hair and dander, mold spores and dust mites.
- Coconut Carbon: Natural, coconut carbon helps reduce household odors from cooking, cleaning, smoking and pets.
How the System Works
The internal fan pulls air into the air purifier which then passes through the EcoSilver pre-filter, where larger airborne particles such as pet hair and dander are trapped. The smaller particles that pass through the pre-filter are then captured by the True HEPA filter, which removes up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns such as mold spores, pollen and dust mite debris. Finally, the air passes through granular coconut carbon which helps reduce odors from cooking, cleaning, smoking and pets.
