SATELLITE TANK MONITORING SYSTEM QUICK START GUIDE

IMPORTANT!

Steps 1 and 2 require access to Wi-Fi or mobile data. Once activated, your device will only use a satellite connection. Remove your phone case or any magnets as these will interfere with the NFC activation.

Create your account
Scan the QR code to create your account and purchase your subscription.

Sign in using credentials that you created during the account and subscription setup.

Follow the steps below or go to our website for further info.

On the Inventory Page, select the + Add Device" and select an Asset Type".

From the dropdown menu select Sensor Type & Length" and tap Next".

Select the tank orientation Vertical, Horizontal or Square.

Enter the asset dimensions for height (Depth) to the overflow and Diameter in Meters, then the Total Volume in Litres.

Name your Asset. Tank Next".

Select Start". Place your phone flat on the QR code/NFC icon on the left side of the device for approx. 1 minute. You will feel a vibration when the NFC connection is made. Do not move your phone. iPhone users will see several pop-ups - do not move your
phone until you see the message Device NFC Operation Succeeded". Next, you will be prompted to take a photo of the tank.

This message will show on screen when activation is
successful.
The installation is now complete.
It will take 24-72 hours for its first reading.

Attach the sensor cable to the device by lining up the white dots. Push firmly, then rotate the lock nut clockwise until it cannot rotate further. Note: Test that it is affixed properly by pulling on the cable.

Clip on the protective cover to the device by hooking in the antenna side first. Note: The O-ring is not required unless you are fitting the device into a 2" BSP point.

Climb the tank, taking the activated device, parts, and tools (if required). If your tank comes pre-fitted with a BSP fitting, lower the sensor cable to the bottom of the tank and simply screw in the device onto the BSP fitting then tighten into position. If your tank does not have a BSP fitting, you'll need to drill a hole on the roof of your tank large enough for the cable sensor to go through - ensure to smoothen the edges. Once you've lowered the sensor cable, simply attach the metal bracket directly
to your tank using the tech screws.
