WARNINGS: PLEASE READ
- The sensor cable leads must be kept separately from main voltage wires. Separate the power supply of the loads from the power supply of the controller.
- All wiring changes must be performed without power supply.
- DO NOT install the temperature controller in a wet or very humid environment.
- DO NOT use in high temperature, strong electromagnetic interference or corrosive conditions.
User Manual: Tire Warmers
WARNING! TO AVOID INJURY OR DAMAGE:
- Do not expose the tire warmer to water. As with all electrical devices, there is a risk of electric shock, which can result in injury or death.
- Do not leave the tire warmers unattended.
- Do not use tire warmers if there are any visible signs of damage.
- This product is intended for the heating of race tires. No other use is approved, or recommended and will void the manufacturer's warranty.
- Bunching, folding or overlapping heated areas of the tire warmers will result in overheating. This can result in damage to the tire warmers and the tires.
- Only use the proper-sized warmers on the tires. Heated areas SHOULD NOT overlap.
- For the first time of use, moisture and smell is normal and will lessen with use.
- The operation of the thermostat is based on the temperature where the thermostat is located. When the red indicator cuts off the first time, it does not mean that the tire has reached the optimum temperature. Forty-five (45) minutes of heating is always recommended. It is not recommended to heat tires for more than 45 minutes as it can cause damage to the tires.
- NOTE: The rear warmer is larger than the front warmer.
- For operation instructions, please see the Controller Manual.
GENERAL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE WARNING:
- Only use as directed.
- Tire warmers should ONLY be used with rated voltage and frequency.
- Tire warmers SHOULD NOT be disposed of in household trash. Find a local dump that takes electrical appliances and batteries.
- DO NOT disconnect, or plug in the tire warmers with wet hands.
- DO NOT force the power cord when plugging in or unplugging.
- DO NOT leave unattended.
- If not in use, unplug the product and DO NOT plug it in until it is ready to be used to avoid overheating.
- Cease use if the tire warmer becomes damaged in any way.
- Keep out of reach from children, and only use with adult supervision.
- Avoid external heat as the outer fabric can melt, for example, keep away from hot exhaust pipe.
