Product 1: Happybuy Commercial Food Mixer
Model: B15B SERIES FOOD MIXERS
Main Specialty:
- The beater moves like planets in the bowls, ensuring complete food mixing according to the planet movement theory.
- Features three-range rotation speeds.
- All spare parts are made of premium stainless steel, meeting national hygiene standards for food.
- The machine is aesthetically pleasing, easy to operate, and highly efficient.
Technical Specifications:
Model | Bowl Volume (L) | Voltage (V) | Rated Frequency (Hz) | Power (kW) | Max. Kneading Capacity(kg) | Mixing Speed (r/min) | Size(mm) |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
B15B | 15 | ~110 | 60 | 0.5 | 1.5 | 110/178/390 | 474×372×676 |
Operation and Notes:
- Before use, ensure the emergency stop button is released, the safety cover is closed, and the mixing bowl is in the right/highest position.
- Verify that the power supply matches the machine's requirements and that the external earthing wire is reliably connected.
- The 3-phase motor's rotation direction must be checked against the rotation mark. If incorrect, swap any two of the three livewires.
- Note: For testing, do not install mixing tools to prevent them from falling out due to incorrect rotation, which could damage machine parts.
Select Speed and Agitator:
- Dough arm: Best for heavy bread dough. Recommended flour-to-water ratio is approximately 47%-50% of the fill flour. Use at low speed.
- Beater: Suitable for thin batters, cakes, and mashing potatoes. Use at middle speed.
- Wire whip: Ideal for whipping cream and beating eggs. Use at high speed.
Important notice: Stop the machine before changing speed. Do not mix dough at middle or high speed.
Bowl Lift:
- To raise the bowl: Rotate the hand wheel until it touches the stop. This also makes the bowl more accessible for filling.
- To lower the bowl: Rotate the hand wheel to lower the bowl. Lowering the bowl is necessary for changing agitators or removing the bowl/agitators.
Note: When assembling an agitator, the bowl must be in the down position. Slip the agitator onto the shaft and turn until the driving pin engages the L-shaped slot in the agitator shank to prevent it from falling during operation.
Maintenance:
- After each use, clean the bowl and agitators thoroughly to keep the machine clear.
- Occasionally lubricate the bowl slide ways with a small amount of oil or grease using the tip of a finger.
Troubleshooting:
