Earbuds

Charging Case

• 6. Reset button
• 7. Type-C charging port
• 8. Charging case indicator light

Power On

Automatically: Make sure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the case. The indicator light of the headset will flash once, and there will be a tone of "Power On".

Manually: Long tap L & R earbuds for 3 seconds until indicators light up, and there is a prompt tone "Power On".

Power Off

Automatically: Both earbuds will be AUTO OFF after being put into the charging case or disconnected from a smartphone for over 5 minutes.

Manually: Long tap L & R earbuds for 5 seconds until indicators light off, and there is a prompt tone "Power OFF".

Note: When the charging case is at low battery or out of power, the earbuds will not automatically power on/off. Please turn them on/off manually.

Wearing

1. Put the earbuds on your ears.

2. Rotate the earbuds to adjust to the comfortable angle.

Charging

Please fully charge the FutureMate Pro after unboxing. Use the Type-C cable to charge the charging case.

Charging: LED flashes red slowly.

Fully Charged: White LED is always on.

Indicators' Descriptions

Earbuds

• Power on: LED flashes white once.
• Power off: LED flashes white once.
• Pairing: One of the earbuds flashes quickly.
• Connected: LED off.
• Battery low: Low battery warning every 2 minutes.
• Fully charged: LED off.

Charging Case

• Battery Low (without charging cable): LED flashes red 3 times.
• When put earbuds into the case and charging: LED flashes white 3 times, then flashes slowly for 10 seconds, then LED off.

Tap Control

• Play/Pause: Press one time (L/R) ⏯️ [Play/Pause]
• Previous/Next Track: Press and hold for 2 seconds (L/R) ⏪ [Previous Track] / ⏩ [Next Track]
• Volume Down/Up: Press 2 times (L/R) ? [Volume Down] / ? [Volume Up]
• Activate Siri/Google Assistant: Press 3 times (L/R) ?️ [Voice Assistant]
• Answer/End a Call: Press one time (L/R) ? [Answer/End Call]
• Reject a Call: Press and hold for 2 seconds (L/R) ?? [Reject Call]
• Factory Reset: Press 5 seconds ⚙️ [Factory Reset]

Connect the Earbuds

1. Power on the earbuds and turn on the Bluetooth in your phone.
2. Tap "HiFuture FutureMate Pro" from the smartphone's Bluetooth menu.

There is a voice prompt "You are connected to HiFuture" after successful connection with the smartphone.

How to Reset the Earbuds

If your earbuds stop syncing with each other, please follow these steps to reset the earbuds:

1. Make sure the earbuds are disconnected from your phone or other Bluetooth devices.
2. Put the two earbuds into the charging case, close the case, and then open it again. You will hear "Power on, pairing" prompt sound.
3. Keep the charging case open during the reset process. Long press the case button for 5 seconds. The white LED on the case will flash 6 times, and the white LED on the earbuds will flash 3 times, indicating the reset is successful and pairing records are cleared.

The earbuds will sync together and enter pairing mode automatically.
