Make sure to read this manual carefully before using this product, so as to avoid delays or confusion with its operation. 5. IK720 Interface

The IK720 GPS tracker unit features several connection points. The main unit is connected via a wiring harness. The diagram illustrates the connection to the car battery (+ and - terminals), the ignition switch (labeled 'Key' and 'ON(ACC)/OFF'), and the oil pump line. The wiring harness includes colored wires: red for positive battery connection, black for negative battery connection, orange for ACC/ignition, blue for oil pump control, and green for an optional connection. A relay component is also shown connected in the circuit.

Note: The working voltage is 10-40V DC. Professional installation by a qualified technician or an authorized service center is recommended.

7. Installation

7.1 SIM Card Installation

Obtain a Nano SIM card that supports GSM&GPRS with at least 30MB of data per month.
Open the top housing of the IK720 device.
Insert the SIM card correctly into the SIM card slot.
The device will power on automatically, indicated by a blinking green LED.
After these steps, the device will be ready for use.

9. App & PC Tracking Platform

9.1 App Install & Login

To download the mobile application, search for "ICAR GPS" in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, scan the provided QR codes (note: QR codes are excluded from this HTML output). After downloading, you can log in using either your Device ID or your Username.

Login by Device ID: Input your device's ID number and password (default is 123456) to log in.

Login by Username: Input your registered username and password (default is 123456) to log in.

9.2 PC Login

Access the PC tracking platform by visiting www.icargps.net.

Login by ID No.: Choose the "ID No." option and input your device's ID number and password (default is 123456) to log in.

Login by Account: Choose the "Account" option and input your registered username and password (default is 123456) to log in.

10. FAQ

Q: Start up Fail?
A: Check if the device is powered on.
Q: The device cannot obtain location information?
A: Place the unit in an open area with a clear view of the sky to test.
Q: How to choose a SIM card?
A: The SIM card must support GSM&GPRS and have sufficient currency and credit.
Q: How to use in foreign countries?
A: Before use, set the APN. Edit the text to "APN123456 CMNET" and send it to the SIM card of the device. CMNET is the APN for a Chinese operator. Replace it with the corresponding APN for other countries. For APN details, please consult your local SIM card carrier.
