Laser Head Installation
To install the laser head, align the Laser Module with the mounting point and secure it using the provided Screwdriver and M3*4 screws.
Machine Connection
Connect the machine components as follows:
- Connect the Power Supply to the machine using the Power Cable.
- Connect the Breakout Line to the designated port.
- Connect the Data Line to the screen.
- Ensure all connections are secure.
The screen will be used to control the machine's operations.
Machine Use
Initial Setup:
- Turn on the machine power and the filter power simultaneously.
- The machine clamps are in a clamped state when leaving the factory. You need to click the "Untie" button on the screen to release them.
Positioning the Mobile Phone:
- After the clamp is opened, place the mobile phone into the fixture as shown in the picture.
- Click the "Home" button and wait for the machine to automatically position itself.
- After positioning is complete, click "File".
- Navigate through the files to select your phone model.
- Select the corresponding model and color.
- Click "Preview" to observe the laser preview path. Ensure the lasers are within the frame boundaries of the glass.
- Select the corresponding mold and place it to cover the camera, charging coil, and cable.
- Place the protective cover over the mold and click "Confirm" on the screen. The machine will initiate automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions
Coordinate Deviations:
Machines undergo testing before leaving the factory, but coordinate deviations during transportation are normal. To address this:
- Click the gear icon.
- Click to restore factory settings.
- Confirm the reset.
- Adjust coordinates using the arrow keys.
- Ensure the coordinates of the upper right corner match the machine's upper right corner, then click "Set Origin".
Fine-tuning Movement:
- If the movement distance is too far, fine-tune by setting the 'mm' size.
- If the moving speed is too slow, adjust the 'mm/s' speed.
- Note: 'mm' and 'mm/s' settings do not affect the speed of glue removal.
After completing the above steps, click on the file to restart the preview. If deviations persist, adjust coordinates and reset the origin until the preview path is accurate.

Housing Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble the housing:
- Sort accessories as indicated.
- Use "accessories 2" and "accessories 3" to install on parts No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5.
- Use "accessory 3" to install on parts No. 1 and No. 6.
- Use "accessories 1" and "accessories 2" to install on part No. 1.
- Use "accessory 3" to connect parts No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5 together.
