Connection Instructions

1. Scan the QR code and download the app for your system (iOS/Android).
2. Register an account with your email or use the guest account. The guest account offers full functionality but device information is deleted upon reset.
3. Tap the '+' button in the upper right corner and follow the app instructions to add the device and connect it to your phone.
4. Binding Device: This doorbell does not support 5G Wi-Fi. Ensure you select a 2.4G Wi-Fi channel for binding. 5G Wi-Fi channels are typically marked with "-5g". Do not select these for device binding. Example: "NAXCLOW_2.4G" is correct, "NAXCLOW_5G" is incorrect. If you have modified your Wi-Fi channel name, ensure you choose the correct one for binding.
5. Doorbell Push Logic: After binding, pressing the doorbell button will send a message push to the app. Selecting "reject" or hanging up after answering will put the doorbell into a shutdown state, requiring another trigger to send a new message.
6. If no action is taken on a message, the app will push only one message to the mobile phone within 30 seconds to prevent excessive notifications from malicious ringing. New messages will only be pushed after the device shuts down and is triggered again.

WARNINGS:

• Ensure Bluetooth, Wi-Fi are enabled and grant all necessary app permissions.
• Use this product in an area with a strong Wi-Fi signal. Avoid mounting it on metal doors.
• This product does not support 5G Wi-Fi.
• Before installation, test the doorbell's functionality at the intended location. Remove the lens protective film after installation.

Set Up and Operation

1. Pair Doorbell & Wireless Chime

1. Plug the wireless chime into a power source.
2. Press and hold the wireless chime's match button for 2 seconds. The indicator will flash, indicating pairing mode.
3. Press the doorbell button once. The two devices will pair. The indicator light will turn off upon successful pairing.

WARNINGS:

• Keep the devices close together during pairing.
• Ensure the doorbell is fully charged.
• If the doorbell is not rung within ten seconds during pairing, the wireless chime indicator will turn off.
• If pairing fails or needs to be redone, repeat the pairing process.

Melody Selection

Press the [Melody Switch Button] to choose your preferred chime tone. There are 19 melodies available.

Adjust the Volume

There are 4 volume levels, with the lowest being silent. Press the [Volume Down Button] to select a lower volume. Pressing it again after reaching the minimum volume will set it to the maximum volume.

Notice

• Avoid placing the chime near metal objects.
• The working distance may vary depending on environmental obstructions.
• Use this product correctly to ensure its longevity.
• Do not attempt to repair the interior circuitry to prevent damage to electronic components.

Safety

Before proceeding with installation, please note the following safety warnings:

• Always follow the manufacturer's advice when using power tools and wear appropriate protective gear (e.g., safety goggles) when drilling.
• Before drilling into walls, check for hidden electrical cables and water pipes. Use a cable/pipe locator if unsure.

What You Should Know Before Installation

• Fully charge the doorbell camera battery before first use. The batteries are rechargeable.
• Set your desired music for the transmitters before installation. The doorbells are pre-paired with a default chime (Ding Dong).
• Avoid installing the doorbell on metal doors, as this can impede signal transmission.
• Ensure all surfaces are clean by wiping the installation area with a clean cloth. Adhesive tape may not adhere well to dirty or uneven surfaces. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or rain can also affect adhesion.

Doorbell Installation

Using Adhesive Tape:

1. Apply the double-sided adhesive tape to the back of the rear mount.
2. Peel off the outer side of the tape and attach the rear mount to the desired wall location. Press firmly for 30 seconds.
3. Fasten the doorbell to the mounting plate using the small screws provided at the bottom to prevent theft.

Using Screws and Anchors:

1. Drill two holes in the wall, each 6 mm in diameter and 30 mm deep. Align the holes with the mounting plate.
2. Insert the plastic expansion tubes into the drilled holes.
3. Secure the doorbell rear mount to the wall using the two larger screws.
4. Fasten the doorbell to the mounting plate using the small screws from the bottom to prevent theft.

Note 2:

1. Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
2. The minimum separation generally used is at least 20 cm.

This product is warranted to the original purchaser only for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for products damaged due to defects in workmanship and materials. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. Warranty is for replacement only. No service parts are available for these products. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Batteries are not covered under this warranty.
