The OUKITEL WP10 features a rugged design with buttons and ports strategically placed for outdoor use.
- Front: Features the display, front camera, and earpiece.

Getting Started
1. How to Insert the Card ?
To ensure your smartphone can make calls, insert the SIM card in the following order:
- Press the card pin into the side hole to pop out the SIM tray.
- Take out the card slot and place the Nano SIM card(s) into the designated slots, ensuring the bevel angle aligns with the slot's angle.
- With the phone facing up, insert the card holder back into the phone in the direction of the arrow.
2. How to Boot ?
The OUKITEL WP10 has a non-removable battery. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to boot the device.

3. How to Send SMS/MMS ✉️
- SMS: Open the SMS app -> Select 'New Information' -> Enter a phone number or browse contacts -> Select 'Edit Information' and enter your text -> Send.
- MMS-video: When writing a text message, select images, videos, or other files to add. You can also take a new picture or video directly. -> Select or Send.
4. Language Switching Settings ?
- Navigate to Main Menu -> Settings -> System Settings -> Language & Input Method.
- Select 'Language & Input Method' -> 'Language' -> 'Add Language'.
- Choose your desired language. The system will automatically return to the language interface.
- Select the icon next to the language bar and drag it to the top position to set it as primary.

6. Safety Precautions ⛑️
- Keep the phone at least 15 cm away from any medical implant or rhythm adjuster. Never place the device in your coat pocket.
- Do not expose the device and other batteries to high temperatures or heat-generating equipment (e.g., sunlight, heaters, microwave ovens, ovens, water heaters). Overheating of the battery can cause an explosion.
- When charging is complete or not charging, disconnect the charger from the device and unplug the charger from the power outlet.
- If the device is equipped with a non-removable battery, do not attempt to replace it yourself to avoid damaging the battery or device.
- Use of an unapproved or incompatible power source, charger, or battery may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards.
- Do not disassemble or reset the battery. Do not insert other objects, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids to avoid leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
- Do not drop, crush, scratch, or puncture the battery to avoid subjecting it to excessive external pressure, which can result in internal short-circuit and overheating.

7. Maintenance ?
- Thoroughly understand the maintenance of this mobile phone to use it more safely and effectively, and to extend its service life.
- Follow the instructions in the manual to open the phone and disassemble accessories; do not attempt other methods.
- Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking your phone. Rough handling can cause screen rupture and damage to the internal circuit board and delicate structure.
- Do not use chemical solvents or detergents to clean your phone. Wipe the phone case with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water or mild soap.
- Clean the lens (e.g., camera lens) and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- Troubleshooting Crashes: If you encounter an abnormal image like a crash:
- For phones with non-removable batteries: Press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to force restart (unlock the phone upon restart). This can resolve general bugs.
- (Note: This model has a non-removable battery, so the second part of the instruction is general advice.)
- When the charger is not in use, unplug it from the power outlet. Do not connect a fully charged battery to the charger for extended periods, as overcharging will shorten battery life.
