Physical Features

The OUKITEL WP10 features a rugged design with buttons and ports strategically placed for outdoor use.

• Front: Features the display, front camera, and earpiece.
• Left Side: Equipped with SOS and PPT buttons.
• Right Side: Houses the Volume Up/Down buttons, Power button, and Fingerprint sensor.
• Back: Displays the camera array (Main Camera, Flash Light, Macro Camera, Wide-angle lens, Depth Camera), NFC logo, and SIM card slot indicator.
• Bottom: Contains the USB Type-C & Earphone port and Microphone.
• Top: Features a Microphone.

Getting Started

1. How to Insert the Card ?

To ensure your smartphone can make calls, insert the SIM card in the following order:

1. Press the card pin into the side hole to pop out the SIM tray.
2. Take out the card slot and place the Nano SIM card(s) into the designated slots, ensuring the bevel angle aligns with the slot's angle.
3. With the phone facing up, insert the card holder back into the phone in the direction of the arrow.

2. How to Boot ?

The OUKITEL WP10 has a non-removable battery. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to boot the device.

3. How to Send SMS/MMS ✉️

• SMS: Open the SMS app -> Select 'New Information' -> Enter a phone number or browse contacts -> Select 'Edit Information' and enter your text -> Send.
• MMS-video: When writing a text message, select images, videos, or other files to add. You can also take a new picture or video directly. -> Select or Send.

4. Language Switching Settings ?

• Navigate to Main Menu -> Settings -> System Settings -> Language & Input Method.
• Select 'Language & Input Method' -> 'Language' -> 'Add Language'.
• Choose your desired language. The system will automatically return to the language interface.
• Select the icon next to the language bar and drag it to the top position to set it as primary.

6. Safety Precautions ⛑️

• Keep the phone at least 15 cm away from any medical implant or rhythm adjuster. Never place the device in your coat pocket.
• Do not expose the device and other batteries to high temperatures or heat-generating equipment (e.g., sunlight, heaters, microwave ovens, ovens, water heaters). Overheating of the battery can cause an explosion.
• When charging is complete or not charging, disconnect the charger from the device and unplug the charger from the power outlet.
• If the device is equipped with a non-removable battery, do not attempt to replace it yourself to avoid damaging the battery or device.
• Use of an unapproved or incompatible power source, charger, or battery may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards.
• Do not disassemble or reset the battery. Do not insert other objects, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids to avoid leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
• Do not drop, crush, scratch, or puncture the battery to avoid subjecting it to excessive external pressure, which can result in internal short-circuit and overheating.

7. Maintenance ?

• Thoroughly understand the maintenance of this mobile phone to use it more safely and effectively, and to extend its service life.
• Follow the instructions in the manual to open the phone and disassemble accessories; do not attempt other methods.
• Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking your phone. Rough handling can cause screen rupture and damage to the internal circuit board and delicate structure.
• Do not use chemical solvents or detergents to clean your phone. Wipe the phone case with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water or mild soap.
• Clean the lens (e.g., camera lens) and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
• Troubleshooting Crashes: If you encounter an abnormal image like a crash:
  • For phones with non-removable batteries: Press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to force restart (unlock the phone upon restart). This can resolve general bugs.
  • (Note: This model has a non-removable battery, so the second part of the instruction is general advice.)
• When the charger is not in use, unplug it from the power outlet. Do not connect a fully charged battery to the charger for extended periods, as overcharging will shorten battery life.
