How the Product Works
Main Unit
- On/OFF Button: Press the switch right, the power light will turn green. Press the On/Off button again to turn off the main unit.
- Reset Button: Turn the lid counterclockwise, press the On/Off button till the blue light flashes. Press Reset button, the kibble container will rotate once to confirm normal operation.
Remote
- Operation: Press the top remote button, the indicator light will flash blue with a "ring" sound. The main unit dispenses food. Wait 5 seconds between remote control actions.
- Low Battery Signal: When the remote beeps "dididi" five times, it signals low battery and requires charging.
Sound Switching & Recording
- Sound Options: 10 sounds: 9 presets + 1 user recording.
- Switch Sounds: Short press the Sound Toggle. It remembers the last choice when turned on again.
- Recording: Press and hold the Sound Toggle. You will hear "di" with a blue light to start recording. Release and you hear "didi" to signal the end of recording (recording duration limited to 1-30 seconds).
Tip: To achieve a silent sound effect, record in a noise-free environment.
How to Dispense Dog Kibbles
- Loading Kibbles: Turn the lid counterclockwise. Adjust the Kibble Dispensing Adjustment Panel and scoop in the dog kibbles.
- Dispensing: Turn the lid clockwise. Adjust the Kibble Dispensing Adjustment Panel properly. Pull out the kibble tray. Press the top remote button and the main unit will dispense kibbles.
How to Secure the Remote
- Placement: Place the remote on the holding tray. (Recommended for the protection of the remote)
- Attachment: Attach to smooth surfaces with a suction cup. (Insert suction cup in the slot, slide to lock it in)
USB Charging
- Connect the USB A-C cord into the charging socket and connect it to an adapter.
Charging Indicator: Red indicator.
Fully Charged Indicator: Light goes out.
Notes:
- The product cannot be turned on while charging.
- The product charges with QC adapters (USB A-C) and won't charge with PD adapters (USB C-C).
- Included USB cable is recommended.
Maintenance
- Unlock and take out the kibble container.
- Pull out the kibble tray.
- Rinse and dry the kibble container and tray before putting them back in the main unit.
Notes:
- Clean the kibble container and tray regularly.
- Do not wash the main unit and remote.
How to Train Your Dogs
- Grasp dog's paw to press the remote button, then let him eat kibbles auto dispensed to the bottom tray.
- Repeat multiple times till he learns to do it independently.
