This guide provides essential information for using your MOVESPEED Solid State USB Drive.

Plug-and-Play Usage

The MOVESPEED Solid State USB Drive is designed for plug-and-play operation on Windows 7/8/10 and macOS. No driver installation is required. Upon insertion into a computer's USB port, it will appear as a "Removable Disk" and can be used normally.

High-Speed Transfer

For optimal high-speed data transfer, connect the drive to USB 3.0 or higher ports. These ports are typically identified by a blue interior color or an "SS" logo nearby. While the drive is backward compatible with USB 2.0 interfaces, the actual data transfer speed will be lower.

Safe Data Handling

When reading or writing data to the Solid State USB Drive, it is crucial to avoid direct disconnection. Wait for the data transfer to complete or manually stop the transfer process. Subsequently, disconnect the drive by using the "Safely Remove Hardware" function to prevent data loss and potential product damage.

3. Situations Not Covered by Warranty Service

No fault detected or the product is beyond the warranty period.
Damage resulting from incorrect usage not in accordance with the instruction manual, or from force majeure events such as water immersion, fire, or lightning strikes.
Damage caused by unstable voltage or voltage exceeding the normal range.
The product's barcode has been altered, lost, moved, or is illegible.
Damage incurred during the repair process due to improper packaging or transportation.
Unauthorized disassembly or component replacement by the user or a third party.
