8. Maintenance & Care
Filter cleaning · Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust from the hair pre-filter,
the 4-in-1 filter surface and the filter compartment. It is recommended to clean them once a month.
· Regularly replace the hair pre-filter with a recommended replacement interval of 2 to 4 months. The actual life of the hair pre-filter depends on the frequency of use of the air purifier. Please refer to the actual usage time.
14

Note: The filters should not be washed with water or in a washing machine.
4-in-1 filter replacement
The 4-in-1 filter has a life expectancy of 8-12 months. When the filter life is <10% (remaining life of approximately 1 month), will light up in red to remind the user to replace the filter. Note: The actual filter life may vary depending on the frequency of use of the air purifier in each household, and the actual situation should prevail.
15

PM2.5 detection port
If the PM2.5 value remains high and does not decrease even after continuous purification, it may be due to dust accumulation caused by long-term use. In this case, you can use a hair dryer (on the cold air setting) and blow air diagonally toward the PM2.5 detection port to blow out the dust inside the detection port, so that the PM2.5 sensor can resume normal operation.
9. Troubleshooting
The air purifier cannot be powered on. · Make sure you are using the provided power adapter to power on
the air purifier. · Make sure the power adapter and the air purifier are connected properly.
Unable to control the air purifier through the control panel. · Check whether you turn on the child lock. · Check whether your hands are wet, which may affect the touch control. · Try to power off the air purifier, and restart it.
16

PM2.5 cannot be detected or PM2.5 is displayed incorrectly. · Check whether the PM2.5 detection port is blocked by any
objects. · Check whether the PM2.5 detection port has not been cleaned for a long time. You can use an air dryer (cold air) to remove the dust.
Poor air purification effect. · Make sure to remove the filter packaging. · Adjust the air purifier to a higher speed. · Clean or replace the filter.
Abnormal noise. · Make sure to remove the 4-in-1 filter packaging, and that the
filter is installed properly. · Make sure there are no obstructions within 3.94in (10cm) around the air purifier. · Make sure there are no foreign objects in the air outlet, air inlet, or filters.
The air purifier cannot connect to the Prodigytec app. · Make sure your phone's BT is turned on and the air purifier is not
currently connected to another phone. · During setting, you need to use a secure 2.4GHz WiFi network and ensure the network is working properly.
17

· Make sure the WiFi password you enter is correct, and that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the password. · Test the WiFi password by connecting other electronic devices to the router. · If you are manually entering the SSID and password, make sure they are both correct. · Try moving the air purifier closer to the router, with your phone as close to the air purifier as possible. · Your router may need to be moved higher and away from obstacles. · Make sure the air purifier and router are kept away from electrical appliances, such as microwaves, fridges, electronics, etc, to avoid signal interference. · If you are using a VPN, make sure to turn it off when setting the air purifier. · Disable any portal authentication on your WiFi network. If portal authentication is enabled, the air purifier will not be able to access your WiFi network and the setting will fail.
The air purifier is offline. · Make sure the air purifier is plugged in and powered on, and the
network condition is good. · Try to delete the offline air purifier from the app, and reconfigure the air purifier. Note: Power outages, network disconnections, or changes to the WiFi router can all potentially cause the air purifier to go offline.
