Troubleshooting

Heart-rate Signal Missing:

If the watch fails to detect a heart rate signal, ensure it is worn correctly – not too high, low, tight, or loose on the wrist. After adjustment, turn on real-time heart rate monitoring. If the issue persists, check if the heart rate monitoring function is enabled in the CO-FIT app.

Other Problems:

If your mobile phone cannot pair with the watch, check your phone's Bluetooth settings for the 'S2' signal. If the signal is present, Bluetooth is working. Ensure the watch is not paired with another phone; unbind it if necessary. For iOS users, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Ignore this device, then attempt pairing again.
