Dashboard & Power Button

The dashboard displays:

• Speedometer: Displays current speed and error codes.
• Bluetooth: Indicates successful connection to a mobile device.
• Headlight: Indicates headlight status.
• Temperature Warning: Indicates if the battery temperature is too high or too low.
• Speed Mode: Displays the current speed mode (ECO, D, S).
• Walk Mode: Indicates when walk mode is active.
• Error Notification: Shows error codes when detected.
• Battery Level: Displays the remaining battery charge.

Power Button: Short press to turn on; press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off. Press once to turn the headlight and rear light on/off. Double-press to switch between speed modes.

Speed Modes:

• ECO (Energy-saving mode): Max speed 15 km/h (9.3 mph)
• D (Standard mode): Max speed 25 km/h (15.5 mph) for D18E/D28E/D38E, 20 km/h (12.4 mph) for D28D/D38D
• S (Sport mode): Max speed 25 km/h (15.5 mph) for D18E/D28E/D38E, 20 km/h (12.4 mph) for D28D/D38D

Walk Mode: Max speed 5 km/h (3.1 mph). For D18E/D28E/D38E, the headlight and rear light flash. For D28D/D38D, the headlight and rear light are always on.

Specifications

[1] Typical Range: tested while riding with a full battery, 75 kg (165 lbs) load, 25°C (77°F), at the speed of 16 km/h on average on pavement. Some factors affecting range include speed, number of starts and stops, ambient temperature, etc.

This product is certified to ANSI/CAN/UL-2272 by TUV Rheinland.

The battery complies with UN/DOT 38.3 and ANSI/CAN/UL-2271.
