Product Overview
This document provides information for the YENKEE YKM 2008CS wireless keyboard and mouse set.
Keyboard Description
The keyboard features a standard QWERTY layout with a full numeric keypad, function keys (F1-F12), navigation keys, and multimedia function keys indicated in blue. It includes LED indicators for Num Lock, Caps Lock, and Scroll Lock.
Mouse Description
The mouse is ergonomically designed with left and right buttons, a scroll wheel, and a DPI adjustment button. It connects wirelessly via a USB receiver (?).
Setup and Power
The keyboard and mouse are powered by batteries. The keyboard requires 2x AAA batteries (?), and the mouse requires 1x AA battery (?). The USB receiver (?) for wireless connectivity is typically stored within the mouse.

Power Management
To conserve battery life, the devices enter power-saving modes when inactive:
- Keyboard: Enters standby mode after approximately 5 seconds of inactivity and sleep mode after approximately 5 minutes.
- Mouse: Enters standby mode after approximately 5 seconds of inactivity and sleep mode after approximately 5 minutes.
Press any key or button to resume normal operation. It is recommended to switch off the devices using their ON/OFF switches when not in use.
Keyboard Low Power Indication
When the battery voltage drops below 2.2V, the three LED indicators on the keyboard will flash together for 8 seconds. This indication will persist after waking the keyboard from sleep mode or turning it on again until the batteries are replaced.
Function Keys
The 'Fn' key allows access to secondary functions on the F1-F12 keys. Multimedia functions are typically indicated in blue on the lower part of these keys. Pressing 'Fn' simultaneously with an F-key activates its secondary function.
