3. Appearance, Material and Size
A. Appearance Material
Product shell adopts black PC material, display window adopts PC transparent material, button adopts silicone rubber material, and support adopts black PC material.

4. Instrument Installation
Attach the meter to the handlebars and adjust for the right view. In case of power failure of the electric bicycle, insert the instrument connector with the connector corresponding to the controller to complete the installation.
The instrument is suitable for three kinds of handlebars specifications: 31.8mm, 25.4mm, 22.2mm. Customers can choose according to their actual needs. Among them, 25.4mm and 22.2mm need to be matched with the corresponding transfer ring. The assembly of the transfer ring is directional. Pay attention to the opening direction of the connecting ring, which must be installed in the direction of the drawing.

7. Keys

8. Operation
A. Boot and Shutdown
Long press the "MODE" key to boot up. Long press the "MODE" key to shut down. Suggestion: If the electric car is not used for more than 4 hours, please remove the battery and store it properly.
b. Switch between cycling gear position and booster mode
Switch cycling gear: press the "+" key to increase the gear, press the "-" key to reduce the gear.
Enter and exit boost mode: in the power-on state, press and hold the "-" key for about 3 seconds to enter the walking boost mode, and release the "-" button to return to the cycling gear.
Warning: Walking boost mode is only suitable for use on walking carts, do not use during cycling.
c. Turn the backlight on and off
In the boot state, press "+" for 2 seconds to turn on the backlight, and then press "+" for 2 seconds to turn off the backlight. If the car is equipped with front/rear headlights, they will be turned on or off together with the backlight.
d. Single mileage zero
In the boot state, press and hold down the "MODE" key and "-" key for 2 seconds to reset the single mileage to zero.
e. Single mileage / total mileage switch
In the boot state, short press the button to switch between single mileage and total mileage display.
The display interface shows the current status, including battery level, assist level, time, speed, trip mileage, and total mileage.
f. Battery status
The remaining capacity of the battery is displayed with corresponding icons indicating percentage ranges: <20%, 20%-40%, 40%-60%, 60%-80%, 80%-100%.
9. Regular Settings
a. Km / mile system setup
After boot, press the "+" and "-" keys simultaneously. After 3 seconds, enter the general setting state. Short press "+" or "-" to switch between km and mile. The setup interface is shown.

b. Speed limit setting
After selecting km/mi, short press "MODE" key to enter the speed limit setting. Short press "+" key to increase the speed limit, and short press "-" key to reduce the speed limit. The setup interface is shown.
Note: The motor output power continues to attenuate when the wheel speed reaches or exceeds the set value. For cycling safety, it is recommended to set the speed limit at 25 Km/H and below.
c. Backlight brightness setting
After selecting the speed limit, short press "MODE" key to enter the backlight brightness setting. Short press "+" key to increase brightness, short press "-" key to reduce brightness. Setting range: 1-8. The interface is shown.

d. Clock Settings
After selecting backlight brightness, press "MODE" key to enter clock setting. Set the hour (24 hours) by pressing "+" to increase and "-" to decrease. After selecting the hour, press "MODE" to enter minute setting, press "+" to increase and "-" to decrease the minute value. Press "MODE" to exit. The setting interface is shown.

Note: After parameters are set, the instrument needs to be switched on and off for the settings to take effect.
10. Advanced Settings
a. Wheel diameter setting
After boot, press the "+" and "-" keys simultaneously. After 3 seconds, release all keys, then press "+" and "-" keys again, and then press the "MODE" key 8 times to enter advanced settings. The first setting is wheel diameter (unit: inch). Short press "+" to increase, short press "-" to decrease. Setting range: 8-32 inches. The setup interface is shown.

b. Automatic power-off time setting
After selecting the wheel diameter, press "MODE" to enter automatic power-off time setting. Press "+" to increase and "-" to reduce the automatic power-off time. Setting range: 0-60 minutes. When the car has no action within the set time, the meter will automatically shut down and power off the instrument and controller. The setup interface is shown.
Note: If the automatic power-off time is set to 0, it means the power will not turn off automatically and must be manually switched off.
c. Total digit setting
After selecting the power-off time, press "MODE" key to enter the master level setting interface. 3 / 5 / 9 file is optional, as illustrated in the following figure.

Note: Total gear number does not include parking gear (0). For example, if the total gear number is set to 3, the actual gear numbers are 0, 1, 2, 3. After parameters are set, the instrument needs to be switched on and off again for the settings to take effect.
d. Fault code display
When the electric control system of the electric vehicle fails, the instrument will automatically display the error code. Refer to the error code definition table for details. The fault code display interface is shown.
