KNOW YOUR PRODUCT

GET STARTED

Place the tablet into the case by arranging the 'Tablet Holder Grips' into the corners of your device. The grips are very sturdy. To remove your device, unhook the clamps from corners.
Place the strap at the back of the case. Magnets will hold it in place so it does not interfere with your viewing.
Turn the On/Off switch to 'On'. The power indicator light will turn green for 3 seconds and then switch off. This is to save battery; your keyboard is still on.
Press the combination of keys FN + C. The Bluetooth Indicator light will turn blue, making the keyboard discoverable and ready to pair.

CONNECTING

For Android/Windows Tablets

On Android tablet: Open Settings > Bluetooth.

On Windows 10 tablet: Open Settings > Devices > Bluetooth.

Turn Bluetooth On.
Search for available devices.
Choose 'Bluetooth Keyboard'.
You are connected.

For iPadOS Tablets

Connect keyboard: Open Settings > Bluetooth.

Turn Bluetooth On.
Search for available devices.
Choose 'Bluetooth Keyboard'.

Connect Touchpad

Open Settings > Accessibility > Touch.

Turn AssistiveTouch On.
Select Devices > Bluetooth.
Choose 'Bluetooth Keyboard'.

Adjust pointer speed

Open Settings > Accessibility > Touch.

Adjust tracking speed.

Note: Some devices may display a 4, 6, or 8-digit pairing code on the screen. Type this code on your Touchpad Executive keyboard and press 'Enter' to connect. If no code is displayed, try '0000' or '1234'.

FUNCTION KEYS

To use the function keys, hold down the 'fn' key on your keyboard and press your desired function key simultaneously.

CHARGING THE KEYBOARD

Before first use, charge the Touchpad Executive for a minimum of 6 hours.
If the Battery Indicator turns red or the keyboard will not turn on, it is time to charge the keyboard.
Connect the keyboard to a computer or wall outlet using the USB Charging Cable.
Your keyboard is now charging.
When the indicator light turns off, your keyboard is fully charged. This typically takes around 2 hours.

Note: If you experience issues such as buttons not working, typing delays, or repeating buttons, charge your keyboard for 4-6 hours.
