Wearing
For optimal comfort and performance:
- Comfortably tighten the band around your wrist about 1 finger width away from your wrist bone.
- Ensure the back of the wristband makes good contact with your skin for the heart rate sensor. The fit should be neither too tight nor too loose, allowing the skin to breathe. Tighten the wristband before exercise and loosen it afterward.
Fit Check:
- Too loose: If the band easily moves up and down the wrist, or the heart rate sensor cannot collect data, try tightening the wristband. [Diagram: Shows a wristband that is too loose.]
- Just right: The band comfortably fits around the wrist. [Diagram: Shows a wristband with a proper fit.]
