2. Battery Installation and Charging
Drone Battery Installation and Charging
Charging the Drone Battery:
- Connect the USB charging cable to the drone's charging port and a USB power source.
- The charging indicator light will turn red while charging and turn off when fully charged.
- Charging time is approximately 60-90 minutes.
- A full charge provides approximately 5-7 minutes of flight time.
Warning:
- Use only the supplied USB charging cable.
- Do not charge the battery unattended.
- Ensure the battery is inserted correctly.
3. Remote Controller Setup
Installing Batteries:
- Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote controller.
- Insert 4 x AA batteries (not included), observing correct polarity.
- Close the battery compartment.
4. Flight Instructions
4.1. Pairing the Drone and Controller
Steps:
- Turn on the drone by pressing the power button.
- Turn on the remote controller.
- Push the left joystick up until it clicks, then pull it down until it clicks again. The indicator lights will stop flashing, indicating successful pairing.
4.2. Take-off and Landing
Take-off:
- Ensure the drone is on a flat, open surface.
- Push the left joystick up gently to ascend.
Landing:
- Gently pull the left joystick down to descend.
- For emergency landing, push the left joystick down to the lowest position.
4.3. Flight Controls
Moving Forward/Backward: Push the right joystick forward/backward.
Moving Left/Right: Push the right joystick left/right.
Rotating Left/Right: Push the left joystick left/right.
Ascending/Descending: Push the left joystick up/down.
4.4. Altitude Setting
The drone automatically maintains altitude after take-off. Adjust as needed using the left joystick.
4.5. Headless Mode
Press the Headless Mode button on the controller. The drone will fly in the direction the controller is facing, regardless of the drone's orientation. Press again to exit.
4.6. One Key Return
Press the One Key Return button. The drone will fly back to the controller's position. Press again to cancel.
4.7. Speed Settings
The drone has three speed settings: low, medium, and high. Press the speed button to cycle through the settings.
5. Photography and Filming
5.1. Taking Photos
Press the photo button on the remote controller to take a picture.
5.2. Recording Videos
Press the video button on the remote controller to start recording. Press again to stop recording.
5.3. Downloading Photos and Videos
Connect the drone to a computer using the USB cable. The drone will appear as a removable drive. Copy photos and videos from the drone's memory to your computer.
