A9 Mini WiFi camera
Please read user manual carefully before use.

Two Installation Methods:
- You can place your camera to magnet on any surface with iron material.
- You can mount it on the desktop or wall with the bracket.
Before Start Up:
- Connect the standard USB end of the cable to any USB port worldwide (computer, laptop, wall outlets, cars). The camera shows a red LED light to indicate charging status. When the red LED light is off, the camera is fully charged.
- Format your micro SD card if needed. The format must be FAT32.
- Insert the micro SD card into the slot around the camera's USB port. The camera will not work without a micro SD card. Please ensure the micro SD card is installed before starting to use.
- Reset: If the camera malfunctions, hold down the Mode button for 5 seconds and then release to reset.
Before Setting Up:
- Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz wireless network, not 5GHz.
- Download the "JXLCAM" APP on your phone.
- Ensure your camera and WiFi router are within a reasonable range.
- Keep your mobile phone close to the camera during configuration.
- If you encounter any problems during use, please contact support.
APP Download:
Scan the QR code to download the "JXLCAM" APP, or search for "JXLCAM" on Google Play or the App Store.
Camera WiFi Mode Setting:
Note: Please use your own non-5G WiFi.
- Connect to your home's non-5G WiFi.
- Open the "JXLCAM" APP and click the "+" icon.
- Select "AP add camera".
- Select and connect to your WiFi network, enter the password, and proceed to the next step.
- Click the "..." on the right.
In AP mode: The phone and device connect point-to-point for limited viewing functions.
- Step 1: Power on the device and enter standby state (press the RESET button; the indicator light flashes quickly).
- Step 2: Open your mobile phone's WiFi settings, find the network named "ACCQXXXXXX...", and click Connect.
- After completing these steps, return to JXLCAM and click the OK button to view the monitoring content.
The Android phone will automatically switch to the "WLAN" interface. Click the product's hotspot WiFi "BCCQ……" and then return to the "JXLCAM" APP.
iPhone Setup:
- Step 1: Click "Settings" in the upper left corner to find the WiFi setting interface.
- Step 2: In "WLAN", click the product's hotspot WiFi "BCCQ……", and then return to the "JXLCAM" APP.
6. After returning to the APP, click "Add Camera".
7. Waiting for the camera to be networked.
Troubleshooting Network Connection:
If you remain on this page for over five minutes, check if the router and WiFi password are correct (the device does not support 5G WiFi). If correct, press and hold the MODE button for about 5 seconds until the device indicator flashes quickly to restore factory settings, then re-distribute the network.
8. Distribution network is successful. Click "Next".
9. Customize Name: Enter the desired ID and Name for your camera. The initial password is "admin". Click "Next".
10. You can view the camera preview page on the homepage. Click the preview page to enter the monitoring interface.
Hotspot Mode Settings:
This mode can be used even without a Wi-Fi internet environment, relying on the direct Wi-Fi connection between the smartphone and the camera (effective up to 32 feet without shelter).
- Connect to your home's non-5G WiFi.
- Open the "JXLCAM" APP and click "AP" in the upper left corner.
On the camera preview page:
- Hotspot Mode
- Number of devices
- Device nickname
- Network status
- Username and password settings
- Battery Power
- Photo
- Voice
- Recording
- Landscape switching
- Resolution
- Product indicator switch
- Flip left and right
- Upside down
- Night vision mode switch
- TF card playback file
- Manually record files
Storage Card:
- To store video content, install a TF card when the device is turned off.
- The device supports memory cards up to 128GB.
- When the TF card is installed and the phone is disconnected, the device automatically records and packages video in sections. If the TF card is insufficient, the oldest video is deleted, and recording loops. Recordings are saved hierarchically by year, month, and day.
- When the mobile APP is connected, the device automatically exits recording.
Notes:
- If the TF card is abnormal, check its status, power off the device, remove and format the card before reinstalling.
- TF card specification should be C4 standard or above.

FCC Compliance Information:
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. - This device may not cause harmful interference, and
- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
FCC Radiation Exposure Statement:
The equipment complies with FCC Radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.
