Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Setting the Desk Legs to the Same Height
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 01 Crossbar (x1)
- 02 Left Desk Leg (x1)
- 03 Right Desk Leg (x1)
- 04 Transmission Rod (x1)
- M-A Set Screw (x1)
- M-E Small Allen Wrench 3/32" (2.5mm) (x1)
- M-F Large Allen Wrench 3/16" (5mm) (x1)
Before attaching the transmission rod, measure the heights of the two desk legs to ensure they are at the same level. If not, insert the transmission rod into the hole in the right leg. Turn the rod to adjust the right leg so it is level with the left leg. Turn the rod clockwise to lower the right leg or anti-clockwise to raise it.
Action:
- Attach the Left Desk Leg (02) to the Crossbar (01) using the Set Screw (M-A) and Small Allen Wrench (M-E).
- Insert the Transmission Rod (04) into the Left Desk Leg (02) and Right Desk Leg (03).
- Secure the Transmission Rod (04) to the Left Desk Leg (02) with the Set Screw (M-A) and Small Allen Wrench (M-E).
- Attach the Right Desk Leg (03) to the Crossbar (01) using M-B Bolts (x6) and Large Allen Wrench (M-F).
Step 2: Attaching the Side Plates
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 05 Side Plate (x2)
- M-B Bolt (x4)
- M-F Large Allen Wrench 3/16" (5mm) (x1)
Action: Attach the Side Plates (05) to the desk legs using M-B Bolts (x4) and the Large Allen Wrench (M-F).
Step 3: Attaching the Leg Bases
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 06 Leg Base (x2)
- M-C Bolt (x8)
- M-F Large Allen Wrench 3/16" (5mm) (x1)
Action: Attach the Leg Bases (06) to the desk legs using M-C Bolts (x8) and the Large Allen Wrench (M-F).
Step 4: Assembling and Attaching the Desktop
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 07 Desktop (x1)
- A Wood Dowel Pin (x4)
- B Desktop Panel Connector (x3)
- 08 Headset Hook (x2)
- 09 Controller (x1)
- M-D Screw (x12)
- C Rubber Pad (x10)
- M-G Screw (x8)
Action:
- Assemble the desktop panels using Wood Dowel Pins (A) and Desktop Panel Connectors (B).
- Secure the desktop panels with the connectors.
- Attach the Headset Hooks (08) and Controller (09) to the desktop using M-D Screws (x12) and M-G Screws (x8). A drill or Philips screwdriver (not included) may be used.
- Place Rubber Pads (C) on the desktop screw holes.
- Attach the frame to the desktop using the provided screws.
Step 5: Connecting the Cables
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 10 AC Adapter (x1)
- 11 Cable Clip (x2)
Action: Connect the AC Adapter (10) to the controller and the power outlet. Use Cable Clips (11) to manage the cables.
Step 6: Installing the Cable Hole Covers
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 12 Cable Hole Cover (x2)
Action: Install the Cable Hole Covers (12) into the designated holes on the desktop.
Using the Controller
The controller allows for height adjustment and saving preferred heights.
- Raise the Desk: Press the [up arrow] button.
- Lower the Desk: Press the [down arrow] button.
- Select Height Setting 1: Press the [1] button.
- Select Height Setting 2: Press the [2] button.
- Select Height Setting 3: Press the [3] button.
- Save Current Height Setting: Short-press the [S] button, then press [1], [2], or [3] to save. Pressing any height button again will stop the desk.
Settings
- Reset: Press and hold the [down arrow] button until 'rst' is displayed. Continue holding until the desk reaches its lowest level and moves up slightly. Release the button to complete the reset.
- Child Lock: Press and hold the [up arrow] and [down arrow] buttons together for 5 seconds to activate. The screen will show 'LOC'. Repeat to deactivate.
- Settings Menu: Press and hold the [S] button for 3 seconds. "S--" will be displayed. Short-press [S] to enter setup mode. Use [up arrow] or [down arrow] to navigate/adjust. Short-press [S] to enter the next menu or save. Short-press [1] to return to the previous menu. The system exits setting mode after 20 seconds of inactivity.
- Power-Saving Mode: The screen turns off after one minute of inactivity. Any button press will turn it back on.
Protection Mode Error Codes
Code | Description |

SC0 | Standby Overvoltage Protection: Standby voltage too high. Power off, check connections, power on. Contact support if persistent. |
SC1 | Power Supply Overvoltage Protection: Input voltage too high. Ensure correct AC adapter is used. Power off, check connections, power on. Contact support if persistent. |
SC4 | Operating Overvoltage Protection: Operating voltage too high. Power off, check connections, power on. Contact support if persistent. |
hot | Overheating Protection: Motor has been working continuously. Wait at least 18 minutes for the error code to disappear before further adjustment. |
r-6 | Power Supply Overvoltage Protection (during use): Input voltage too high. Error clears when voltage normalizes. Contact support if persistent. |
rst | Reset Warning: Continue to complete reset. |
E10 | Short Circuit Protection: Power off, check cable connections, power on. Contact support if persistent. |
E11 | Overloading Protection: Max load exceeded. Error persists for 20 seconds (DO NOT operate). Remove items and check for mechanical damage before retrying. |
E12 | Motor Phase Error Protection: Power off, check motor and controller connections, power on. Follow reset instructions. Contact support if persistent. |
E13 | Sensor Malfunction Warning: Motor sensor not detected. Power off, check motor and controller connections, power on. Follow reset instructions. Contact support if persistent. |
E14 | Anti-Collision System Warning: Impact detected. Desk moves 2" (50mm) in the opposite direction and stops. |
E16 | Cable Disconnection Warning: Check motor and controller cable connections. Normal operation should resume once properly connected. Contact support if persistent. |
E17 | Mechanical Failure Warning: Check for structural damage or motor fault. |
