How to Choose the Right Hot Water System:

• Hot Water Heat Pump: Ideal for moderate hot water needs, sustainability-focused users, or when interior space is limited.
• Gas Continuous Flow: Suitable for homes with natural gas access, offering lower running costs. Recommended for high demand periods (e.g., large families, morning showers) and when space is limited.
• Electric Hot Water Cylinder: A good option for moderate hot water needs, or when replacing an existing cylinder with a specific capacity. Suitable for renovations aiming to improve shower flow rates, especially when upgrading from old low-pressure copper tanks.

Condensing Continuous Flow Unit (INFINITY® EF26)

The INFINITY® EF26 is an innovative gas endless hot water solution, offering higher energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental friendliness. It pre-heats water using existing heat, achieving 92% thermal efficiency.

Standard Continuous Flow Unit (INFINITY® A Series)

The Rinnai A Series delivers 6-star, 80% energy efficiency, providing up to 26 litres of hot water per minute. It can be configured with separate controllers for greater flexibility, offering unlimited hot water convenience.

Residential Continuous Flow Gas Water Heaters

• INFINITY® EF26: High Efficiency Condensing Unit. Offers on-demand endless hot water, is energy efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly. Features include pre-heating, endless hot water, and space-saving outdoor installation. Ideal for environmentally conscious users.
• INFINITY® A Series: Heats water on demand, providing peace of mind. Installed outside for space saving. Features include cost efficiency, endless hot water, and modulation for lower flow rates. Designed for homes requiring high volumes of hot water with lower initial setup costs.
• INFINITY® Indoor: Installed inside for proximity to outlets, delivering hot water faster. Can be hidden in cupboards or attics. Offers aesthetic benefits with no visible unit outside. Flexible flue installation options.
• INFINITY® A28i: Suitable for larger homes, providing proximity to hot water outlets. Offers up to 83% thermal efficiency and 28 litres per minute of continuous hot water.

Warranty: Typically 10-year warranty on the heat exchanger and 3-year warranty on parts and labour.

Residential & Commercial Continuous Flow Gas Water Heaters (High Capacity)

Rinnai INFINITY® high capacity water heaters ensure an endless supply of hot water for commercial applications and high-demand residential installations.

• INFINITY® HD49: Lower initial costs, up to 83% thermal efficiency, provides up to 28 litres per minute.
• INFINITY® NB56: Up to 97% thermal efficiency, provides up to 32 litres per minute. Rinnai's most environmentally-friendly gas water heating option.
• INFINITY® HD56: Designed for higher flow rates or larger water-use requirements, greater than 80% thermal efficiency.

Electric Hot Water Cylinders

Rinnai electric hot water cylinders are available in mains or low pressure options, made from stainless steel, enamel, or copper. Mains pressure is preferred for simultaneous use of multiple taps without flow reduction. Low pressure systems are common in older homes.

Enamel Mains Pressure

Cost-effective mains pressure cylinders available in sizes from 30-340 litres. Features a corrosion-resistant coloursteel outer casing for indoor or outdoor installation. Comes with a 7-year warranty.

Stainless Steel Mains Pressure

Designed for durability with a 10-year limited warranty. Available in standard and coiled options, they can be upgraded for solar, hot water heat pump, or wetback connections.

Stainless Steel Low-Medium Pressure

Made from quality stainless steel, these cylinders operate at low to medium pressure (up to 120 kPa) for improved shower pressure without upgrading to mains pressure. They can also be upgraded for solar and heat pump water heating. Comes with a 10-year warranty.

Copper Low Pressure

An economical and low-cost option, ideal for replacing low pressure hot water cylinders. Available in under-sink and wetback options. Comes with a 5-year warranty.

Mains Pressure Indoor/Outdoor Enamel Cylinder Range

Suitable for residential and commercial indoor/outdoor installations, freeing up interior space. Features include a durable, corrosion-resistant Colourbond® steel outer case, innovative cTech™ element design for increased hot water delivery, and a range of sizes (30-340 litres). All models are designed for indoor or outdoor installation (30L requires hard wiring for external installation). Optional 5kW accessory kit available for faster recovery.

Stainless Steel Cylinders for Solar, Heat Pump or Wetback Fires

• Standard Coil (Closed-Loop Solar/Boiler): Designed for connection to closed-loop solar systems or other closed-loop heat sources like boilers or pumped wetback systems. Comes with a 10-year warranty.
• Wetback (Thermosiphon): Allows 'Mains Pressure' connection to a wetback fire, using fire heat to warm water. Can also connect to solar via a twin coil. Provides hot water during power cuts. Comes with a 10-year warranty.

Low-Medium Pressure Stainless Steel Cylinders

A premium replacement option operating at medium pressure for better shower pressure. Features include duplex stainless steel construction and are solar/heat pump ready. Comes with a 10-year warranty.

Copper Low Pressure Hot Water Cylinder Range

New Zealand's traditional electric cylinder, manufactured since the 1930s. Offers a low-cost, high-efficiency replacement. Available in a wide range of sizes (9-225 litres) for easy replacement. Options include wetback or standard low pressure copper cylinders. Comes with a 5-year warranty.

Rinnai INFINITY® digital controllers offer convenience, accuracy, and innovation, allowing precise temperature selection and reducing fluctuations. They can extend the water heater's warranty by two years.
