Important Safety Information
Warning:
- Keep packaging and instructions for future reference.
- Users are responsible for ensuring no harm to personal or property of others.
- Aircraft installation and commissioning must strictly follow instructions. Maintain a 2-3m distance from users to prevent injury.
- The company and distributors are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury due to improper use.
- Children should be guided by adults. Operation by children under 14 is prohibited.
- Follow instructions for correct installation and use; some parts require adult assembly.
- Keep small parts away from children to prevent accidental ingestion or suffocation.
- Do not play on roads or in water to avoid accidents.
- Put away packing materials promptly to prevent harm to children.
- Do not disassemble or modify the aircraft, as this may cause malfunction.
- Use the designated 5V ⎓ 2A power supply for charging.
- Using other charging cables may damage the battery and cause danger.
- The charging cable is not a toy.
- Battery charging must be supervised by an adult and kept away from flammable materials.
- Do not short-circuit or squeeze the battery to avoid explosion.
- Do not mix different types of lithium batteries.
- The aircraft uses a rechargeable lithium battery that needs to be removed for charging.
- Do not short-circuit, decompose, throw the battery into fire, or place it in high temperatures.
- Use the aircraft away from electrical equipment and magnetic objects to avoid interference.
- Keep a safe distance from rotating propellers to avoid cuts.
- The motor gets hot; do not touch it to avoid burns.
- LEDs have laser radiation; do not direct the beam at others.
- Do not use the model near your ears to prevent hearing damage.
- Use only the provided USB charging cable.
- To meet aeronautical radio station requirements, stop the remote control in no-fly zones as required.
- Turn off the aircraft and unplug the battery when not in use. Charge after 30 minutes of rest.

Aircraft Components

Installation and Setup
3. The installation steps of the aircraft camera:

- Note: Ensure the camera is securely installed before flying to prevent it from falling.
4. Wind blade installation diagram:

- Unscrew the screw and remove the fan blade.
- Note: Fan blades are printed with letters A1, A2, B1, B2. A1=A2, B1=B2. Install correctly according to the diagram, otherwise the aircraft cannot take off.
5. Landing gear installation diagram:

- Align the landing gear components with the sockets on the bottom of the aircraft and ensure they are securely installed before flying to avoid falling.
- Note: The landing gear enables smooth takeoff. Ensure it is installed before flying.
6. Lithium battery charging instructions:

- 6.1 Buckle the battery lock of the aircraft.
- 6.2 Remove the battery.
- 6.3 Charging: Insert the USB charging cable into a computer USB port or a 5V ⎓ 2A power adapter. Connect the other end to the battery socket. The red indicator is on during charging and turns off when fully charged.
- Warning: Use only the provided aircraft charging cable.
Remote Control and APP
7. Name of each part of the remote control:

Button Functions:
- Normal/GPS button: Press and hold for 3s to switch between normal and GPS mode. GPS mode is default.
- Return to Home button: Press once to return home. Press again to cancel. Long press to enter headless mode.
8. Remote control battery installation:

- Note: Pay attention to battery polarity. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
- Battery Installation: Use a screwdriver to open the battery cover. Insert 4x AAA batteries (not included) according to polarity.
- Instructions in charging: Do not place charged batteries in high temperatures. Do not hit batteries. Do not disassemble batteries. Store batteries in a dry place. Do not leave batteries unattended during charging.
9. APP download and installation instructions:
9.1 Download and install the software:

- For Google mobile phones, scan the code to open and download in the browser.
- For iOS systems, scan the code to install from the App Store.
9.2 Link description:

- Turn on the aircraft, go to Settings, open Wi-Fi, find "4DRC*******", and connect. Exit settings.
- Open the "4DRC PRO" app on your mobile phone to enter the control interface. Stay away from other signal sources when flying.
- Steps shown: Open "4DRC PRO" software -> Select "Go" to enter the control interface -> Select and click "More Features" -> Enter the function menu.
APP Control Interface Functions
10. APP control interface function introduction:

- Novice mode: Flight distance default 30m (20m-2000m), Flight altitude default 30m (10m-120m).
- Note: After becoming proficient, close novice mode and set flight distance and altitude for longer flights.
Flight Preparation
11. Environmental requirements before flight:

- Choose an outdoor open environment without rain or snow, and wind power less than level 3.
- Stay away from people, trees, wires, tall buildings, airports, and signal transmission towers.
- Do not fly indoors or in areas with weak GPS signals.
12. Preparation instructions before flight:
12.1 Aircraft frequency matching: Turn on the aircraft and place it on a horizontal surface. The front blue light and rear red light will flash. Ensure the aircraft's nose faces forward on a horizontal plane.
12.2 Wi-Fi connection: Turn on Wi-Fi on your mobile device, select "4DRC*******", and open the APP.
12.3 Remote controller activation: Long press the power switch (step 1), push the throttle lever up (step 2), then push it to the end (step 3). The unmanned plane lamp will not flash when frequency matching is successful.
Warning: Ensure the aircraft and remote controller have sufficient power.
12.4 Horizontal calibration: Short press the horizontal calibration button on the remote control. Aircraft lights flash quickly, then stay on when calibration is complete. APP operation: Click "Set more" in the APP interface and follow prompts.
Note: Calibration requires a horizontal surface.

12.5 Geomagnetic calibration operation:
Diagram Description: Figures 3, 4, and 5 illustrate the geomagnetic calibration process: long press button, rotate aircraft horizontally, then rotate vertically.
- 1. Long press the geomagnetic calibration button until the front blue light and rear red light flash slowly.
- 2. Rotate the aircraft clockwise horizontally until the front blue light is always on and the rear red light flashes slowly. The remote control beeps once.
- 3. Rotate the aircraft clockwise with the tail upward and nose downward until the front blue light and rear red light are always on. The remote control emits a beep.
APP operation: Follow prompts in "Setting more" for calibration.
12.6 Star search status (GPS mode): GPS light is always on. Red tail light flashes quickly when star searching succeeds. Remote controller beeps. Aircraft can be unlocked.
Note: Wait a few minutes for the first search. Take off when the signal reaches 3 blocks or more.

12.7 Start/stop (GPS mode): Push both joysticks outward to unlock. Aircraft can take off normally. All indicators are on after takeoff.
APP operation: Click "One Key Unlock" icon in the APP interface.

12.8 One-key take-off and landing:
APP operation: Click "one-key take-off" icon. Click again during flight to land slowly. If obstacles are present, cancel return and use manual control.

12.9 Normal mode: The aircraft enters normal mode.
12.10 Start / stop (common mode for indoor operation):

- 1. Long press the GPS button.
- 2. Push the left and right joysticks outward to unlock.
- 3. Push up the left joysticks.
Flight Order Summary: Open (12.1) → Wi-Fi link (12.2) → Remote control frequency matching (12.3) → Horizontal calibration (12.4) → Geomagnetic calibration (12.5) → Star search status (GPS) (12.6) → Start/stop (GPS) (12.7) → One-key take-off/landing (12.8) → Normal mode (12.9) → Start/stop (normal mode for indoor operation) (12.10).
Control Methods
13. Control method:
APP operation: Click "more functions" icon, then "joystick on/off" to use the operation joystick.

- Left joystick (throttle): Pushed up, increases rotation rate and rises. Pushed down, slows rotation rate and descends.
- Left joystick (rudder): Pushed left, nose turns left. Pushed right, nose turns right.
- Right joystick (rudder): Pushed up, moves forward. Pushed down, moves backward.
- Right joystick (rudder): Pushed right, fuselage deviates right. Pushed left, fuselage deviates left.
Warning: When within 1m of the ground, the aircraft may become unstable due to "ground effect response".
Advanced Functions
14. Introduction to the APP application and remote control function operation:
14.1 Headless mode: The front of the aircraft is the default front in headless mode. Restart frequency matching and long press the "headless mode" key to adjust direction. Press again to exit.
Special prompt: Ensure the aircraft is aligned straight for gyroscope detection.

14.2 One-key return: Press the one-key return button to return to the geomagnetic calibration position and land slowly. If obstacles are present, cancel return and use manual control.
APP operation: Click the "one-key return" icon in the APP interface. Click again to cancel.

Warning:
- Runaway return: If the signal is interrupted for ~4s, the aircraft returns to the signal source and stops.
- Low battery return: The aircraft will forcefully return to 20m above the takeoff point. This cannot be cancelled.
14.3 Speed switching: Default is low-speed mode. Press the remote control for "beep" (low-speed) or "beep beep" (medium-speed).
APP operation: Click "More Functions" in the APP interface to switch flight speed.

14.4 Waypoint flight mode:
- In GPS mode, click "More Functions" → waypoint flight. The interface changes to a map. Set waypoint track range on the map. Click delete icon to remove waypoints if too dense.
- After setting waypoints, click send icon. The aircraft flies to waypoints. Control direction with joystick.

14.5 Orbital flight mode:
- In GPS mode, click "More Features" → orbit flight. The aircraft orbits automatically. Adjust radius on the APP.
- Push right joystick left/right to fly left/right. Adjust orbital speed. Push right joystick front/rear to adjust orbit radius. Press orbit button again to end.

14.6 GPS follow mode:
- In GPS mode, click "More Functions" → follow mode. The aircraft uses the distance to the operator as a reference and tracks mobile device location changes.
- Lightly press the red ❌ icon to cancel following.

14.7 Lens adjustment:
- Press the fine adjustment button on the remote control to adjust camera angle.
- APP operation: Click "More Functions" in the APP interface to enter lens adjustment and adjust angle as needed.
