Cleaning and storage

Wipe stains with a damp cloth. Use toothpaste and a toothbrush for stubborn stains, then wipe with a damp cloth. Polish scratches on plastic parts with sandpaper or other abrasive materials.

Notes: Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene or other corrosive solvents. Do not wash with high-pressure water spray. Ensure the scooter is turned off, charging cable is unplugged, and the rubber flap is closed during cleaning.

Store the scooter indoors in a dry and cool place. Avoid excessive sunlight, overheating, and overcooling to prevent tire aging and prolong the scooter and battery pack's lifespan.

Battery maintenance

Note: A fully charged Mi Electric Scooter lasts 120-180 days. The built-in intelligent chip logs charging and discharging records. Damage from prolonged no charge is irreversible and beyond warranty.

Adjusting the disc brake

If the brake is too tight, use the M4 hexagon wrench to loosen the screws on the caliper, and slightly move back the brake cable. If the brake is too loose, loosen the screws, and slightly pull out the brake cable.

Adjust the handlebar

If the handlebar and its stem sway during riding, use the M5 hexagon wrench to tighten the screws on the folding mechanism.

How to use the extended nozzle adapter

If your tires are flat, remove the screw-on cap from the valve, and connect the extended nozzle adapter to the valve for pumping up.

Remove the outer and inner tires

  1. Deflate the inner tire. Use a tool to press the core rod in the air valve to discharge air. Pinch the tire to discharge more air.
  2. Pry up the outer tire from the hub using two crowbars. Separate one side of the outer tire from the hub.
  3. Pull the air valve out of the air valve hole of the hub. Hold the air valve of the inner tire and pull the outer tire outwards slowly to avoid damaging the inner tire. Remove the inner tire from the hub.

Install the inner and outer tires

  1. Fill a small amount of air into the deflated inner tire until it looks round.
  2. Place the hub on a desk. Ensure the arrow on the outer tire is consistent with the forward direction of the wheel. Insert one side of the outer tire into the hub groove.
  3. Insert the air valve of the inner tire into the air valve hole. Insert the inner tire into the outer tire clockwise. Ensure the air valve is not tilted. Insert the other side of the outer tire into the hub groove. Use a crowbar to install the remaining tire lips into the hub groove. Check if the inner tire is pressed by the outer tire lips.
  4. Inflate the inner tire to 15-20 PSI. Check the safety lines on the outer tire to ensure consistent distance from the hub edge.
  5. Inflate the inner tire to 45-50 PSI. Tighten the air valve cap.
