The INZONE H9 and INZONE H7 are wireless gaming headsets designed for immersive gaming experiences. The INZONE H9 features noise canceling capabilities, while both models offer wireless connectivity and high-quality audio.

Please read the following precautions carefully to ensure safe and proper use of the product.
General Safety
- Do not install the product in a confined space, such as a bookcase or built-in cabinet.
- Do not expose batteries (battery pack or installed batteries) to excessive heat (sunshine, fire, etc.) for extended periods.
- Avoid extreme low temperatures, which can lead to overheating and thermal runaway.
- Do not dismantle, open, or shred secondary cells or batteries.
- In case of cell leakage, avoid contact of the liquid with skin or eyes. If contact occurs, wash the affected area with copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.
- Always charge secondary cells and batteries before use, following manufacturer instructions.
- After long storage, multiple charge/discharge cycles may be needed for optimal performance.
- Dispose of batteries properly.
Usage Warnings
- High volume may adversely affect your hearing.
- Do not use the unit while walking, driving, or cycling, as this may cause traffic accidents.
- Do not use in hazardous areas unless surrounding sounds can be heard.
- The unit is not waterproof. Water or foreign matter entering the unit may cause fire or electric shock. Stop use immediately and consult a Sony dealer if this occurs.
- Be careful when using near sinks or liquid containers to prevent the unit from falling into water.
- Avoid using the unit in rain, snow, or humid locations, or while perspiring.
- Do not touch the unit with wet hands or store it in damp clothing pockets.
- Refer to the connected device's manual for effects of contact with the human body from wireless devices.
- Never insert the USB plug when the unit or charging cable is wet, as this can cause short circuits, abnormal heat, or malfunction.
- This product contains magnets that may interfere with medical devices like pacemakers. Consult your doctor before use if you use such devices.
- Small parts pose a swallowing hazard; store out of reach of children after use.
- Discomfort from static electricity may occur in dry air; wearing natural fiber clothing can reduce this effect.
Bluetooth Communications
- Microwaves from Bluetooth devices may affect electronic medical devices. Turn off the unit and other Bluetooth devices in hospitals, near priority seating on trains, in areas with flammable gas, near automatic doors, or fire alarms.
- Audio playback may be delayed compared to the transmitting device due to Bluetooth characteristics, potentially causing sync issues with video or games.
Charging the Unit
- Use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
- Disconnect the USB Type-C cable after charging is complete.
- Do not apply excessive force to the connection part while connecting the USB cable.
- Connect or disconnect the USB cable straight to the port without pulling the cable.
- If the USB cable connector is deformed (bent), stop use immediately.
Notes on Wearing the Unit
- Remove headphones slowly after use.
- Forcible pressing or quick removal of headphones, which create a tight seal, can damage eardrums.
- Pressing headphones against ears may cause a click sound from the speaker diaphragm; this is not a malfunction.
Other Notes
- Do not apply weight or pressure to the unit for long periods, including during storage, as it may cause deformation.
- If you experience discomfort, stop using the unit immediately.
- Be careful that the boom microphone does not hit your eyes during wearing, removal, or use.
