Important Safety Notice

  1. Assemble the machine exactly as described in this manual. Do not modify it.
  2. Check all screws, nuts, and other connections before each use for any signs of damage or looseness. Do not use the machine if it is impaired in any way.
  3. Ensure the machine is in a safe and secure indoor location on a level floor away from moisture and water.
  4. Place a suitable base (e.g., mat) beneath the trainer during assembly to limit dust and dirt entering the components. Only use the supplied tools or suitable tools for assembly.
  5. Before beginning training, remove all objects within a radius of 2 meters.
  6. Wipe all sweat from the machine with a soft absorbent cloth after training. Avoid aggressive solvents or harsh brushes when cleaning.
  7. Your health can be affected by incorrect or excessive training. Consult a doctor before beginning a health program. Your doctor can define settings (heart rate, duration, etc.) for training. This machine is for private home use and not for therapeutic purposes.
  8. Use only original spare parts for any necessary repairs.
  9. This machine should be used by only one person at a time.
  10. Never use the machine when under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication that causes disorientation.
  11. Wear training clothes and shoes suitable for fitness training. Training shoes should be enclosed and tight-fitting.
  12. Do not put hands, fingers, feet, toes, or any objects on or near this machine while someone is using it.
  13. If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, sickness, or other abnormal symptoms, stop training and consult a doctor immediately.
  14. Disabled or handicapped persons should use the machine only after gaining doctor's approval and in the presence of an adult who can provide aid and advice.
  15. This machine is not designed for use by children. Keep pets away from the machine during use.

Assembly Steps

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your MC-200 Rowing Machine.

STEP 1:

1. Attach the front leg tube (2) to the front support (3) using 2 carriage screws (13), 2 curved washers (14), and 2 round head nuts (15).

2. Install the front support (3) onto the main frame (1), securing it with 4 flat washers (16) and 4 socket head cap screws (17).

STEP 2:

1. Attach the seat (10) to the seat pulley assembly (11), securing with 4 flat washers (45) and 4 socket head cap screws (44).

2. Remove socket head cap screws (24) and seat limiter (25) from the slide rail (9). Install the seat (10) onto the slide rail (9). Reattach the removed screws and seat limiter.

3. Attach the rear leg tube (12) to the slide rail (9) using 3 flat washers (16) and 3 socket head cap screws (17).

4. Install the tube plug (31) onto the slide rail (9). Install the foot pad (77) onto the leg tube (12).

STEP 3:

1. Mount the slide rail (9) onto the main frame (1), initially securing with 2 flat washers (16) and 2 socket head cap screws (17). Do not fully tighten yet.

2. Stand the main frame (1) upright. Fully tighten the connections from step 1 using 4 flat washers (16) and 4 socket head cap screws (17).

3. Finally, fully tighten the flat washers (16) and socket head cap screws (17) from the first step of this stage.

STEP 4:

1. Attach the pedal stopper (4) to the main frame (1) using 4 flat washers (16) and 4 socket head cap screws (17).

2. Install the middle support (5) onto the main frame (1), securing with 3 flat washers (16) and 3 socket head cap screws (17).

STEP 5:

1. Extend the monitor stand (7) upward.

2. Connect the induction middle section wire (19) to the monitor (6).

3. Remove the 2 cross screws (18) from the back of the monitor (6). Mount the monitor (6) onto the monitor stand (7) and secure it with the 2 cross screws (18).

STEP 6:

1. Install the left pedal (8L) and pedal bushing (23) onto the left side of the main frame (1), securing with socket head cap screws (22).

2. Install the right pedal (8R) and pedal bushing (23) similarly.

Equipment Usage Guide

How to Adjust and Lock the Adjustable Foot Pads

The rowing machine has adjustable foot pads for stability and leveling.

1. Tighten the foot pads located behind the main frame (A) using an open-end wrench.

2. Adjust the height of the foot pads under the rear feet tube (H) to ensure the entire product is stable. Then, tighten the foot pads with an open-end wrench.

3. Adjust the foot pads under the middle support (C) to create a 5mm gap between the foot pads and the ground. Then, tighten these foot pads with an open-end wrench.

Instructions for Monitor

Buttons Functions:

  • MODE: Press to select the function (Time, Count, Distance, Calories, SPM, Pulse). Press and hold for 2 seconds to reset Time, Count, Distance, and Calories.
  • SET: Set target Time, Count, Distance, and Calories.
  • RESET: Reset target Time, Count, Distance, and Calories.

Function and Operation:

SCANPress the "Mode" button to select "Time". The word "Scan" will appear on the left side of the Monitor screen. The screen will cycle through displaying: Time, Count, Distance, Calories, SPM, and PULSE, with each item displayed for approximately 6 seconds. Pressing "Mode" again will fix the display on the current item. Pressing "Mode" again to select "Time" returns to the "Scan" function. In "Scan" mode, the word "Scan" blinks.
TIMEDisplay the time elapsed from the start to the end of the exercise.
COUNTDisplay the count for the current exercise.
DISTANCEDisplay the distance covered from the start to the end of the exercise.
CALORIESDisplay the calories burned during the exercise.
SPMDisplay the strokes per minute for the current exercise.
PULSEDisplay the user's current heart rate. A Bluetooth heart rate chest strap is required for measurement. The measurement value is not for medical use.

Target Settings:

The monitor supports four target modes: Time, Count, Distance, and Calories. To set a target, press "Mode" until the desired function is selected. If "SCAN" is flashing, press "Mode" again to make it disappear before setting the target.

Bluetooth Functionality:

To ensure accurate data recording on a mobile device, the wireless transmitter sends user data to the mobile app only when the monitor is connected to a phone. Before use, connect the app to the Bluetooth monitor.

  • If the monitor receives no signal or button input for 2 minutes, it enters sleep mode. The phone cannot search for it in this state. Press any button to wake the monitor.
  • Bluetooth is off by default. Press any button to enable it before connecting to the app.
  • If the Bluetooth connection is not established within 60 seconds of being turned on, and no buttons are pressed, Bluetooth will turn off again.
  • When connected, the monitor display turns off, and all data is shown on the app.
  • To operate the monitor again after connecting to the app, exit the application and turn off the phone's Bluetooth.
