Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level. (PLEASE VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT AND READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION!) Then check the parts and screws you received and classify them as the contents pictures down. Step 2: To assemble the wings & the main body. Use the hex bolts (M12*30), split lock washer (D12), flat washer (M12*30*2), hex nuts (M12). Repeat the installation in the other side. Tighten up those bolts. Step 3: To assemble the bull bar & the main body. Use the hex bolts (M8*20), split lock washer (D8), flat washer (M8*16*1), flange hex lock nuts (M8). Tighten up those bolts. Step 4: Assemble the license plate bracket (A1, A2, A3) with the M6*20 button head socket cap bolts screw groups. And then install it into the bumper with the M6*20 button head socket cap bolts screw groups. Step 5: To install the winch power control box bracket. Use the hex bolts (M8*20), split lock washer (D8), flat washer (M8*16*1), flange hex lock nuts (M8). This step isn't 100% necessary. Depends if you have the winch power control box. Step 6: To install the mounting brackets. Use the hex bolts (M12*110), split lock washer (D12), flat washer (M12*30*2), hex nuts (M12). Don't tighten up those bolts. Step 7: Lift up the bumper and install it into your vehicle with the factory bolts. Notes: After adjusting the height of the bumper to achieve the desired outcome and satisfaction, securely tighten both the bolts from step six and the factory vehicle screws.
