Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach hardware B (x4), E (x8), F (x2), and H (x2) to parts 2 (Left Side Panel) and 3 (Right Side Panel). This involves inserting screws and cam bolts into pre-drilled holes on the side panels.
Step 2
Connect two Drawer Side Panels (Part 5) to the Left Side Panel (Part 2) using two Cam Locks (Hardware A) and two Wooden Dowels (Hardware C) per side.
Step 3
Connect the remaining two Drawer Side Panels (Part 5) to the Right Side Panel (Part 3) using two Cam Locks (Hardware A) and two Wooden Dowels (Hardware C) per side.
Step 4
Secure four Screws (Hardware B) into the underside of the Top Panel (Part 1).
Step 5
Assemble the main cabinet frame. Attach the Top Panel (Part 1) to the assembled side structures (Parts 2, 3, and 5) using four Cam Locks (Hardware A) and four Wooden Dowels (Hardware C).
Step 6
Attach the Back Panel (Part 4) using fourteen Nails (Hardware N) and four Nails (Hardware O). Note: Partially hammer the nails about two-thirds into the back panel initially for easier adjustment. Once the drawers are fully aligned and slide smoothly, fully hammer the nails into the inside back panel. Ensure the frame angles are square (XX=YY=90°).
Step 7
Secure eight Screws (Hardware B) into the two Drawer Base Panels (Part 6).
Step 8
Assemble the drawer boxes. Attach two Drawer Side Panels (Part 7) and two Drawer Back Panels (Part 9) to each Drawer Base Panel (Part 6) using four Wooden Dowels (Hardware C) and eight Cam Bolts (Hardware D) in total per drawer.
Step 9
Attach the two Bottom Panels (Part 10) to the assembled drawer structures.
Step 10
Attach the two Drawer Front Panels (Part 8) to the drawer assemblies using eight Screws (Hardware M) and two Nails (Hardware J) per drawer front.
Step 11
Install the drawer slides. Attach the slides (using eight Screws E, two Screws G, and two Screws I) to the cabinet interior and the sides of the assembled drawers.
Step 12
Attach the two Drawer Handles (Hardware K) to the drawer fronts using four Screws (Hardware L).
Step 13
Insert the completed drawers into the cabinet runners.
Step 14
MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY
CAUTION: This product is designed to hold the indicated Maximum Weight. Exceeding this limit may cause instability and potential injury.
Drawer Alignment Adjustment: If the gaps on the sides of the drawers are uneven, remove the back panel nails, adjust the cabinet angles to ensure the frame is square. Once the drawers align and move smoothly, re-hammer the nails into the inside back panel.
