FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
- If the computer cannot identify USB devices:
- Re-plug the microphone into other USB ports.
- Restart the computer.
- Re-plug the microphone into another computer's USB port to test functionality.
- If the microphone is recognized but no sound comes out:
- macOS System: Check if "System Sound" is muted and if the microphone's volume control is set to the minimum.
- Windows System: Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone, click "Allow apps to access the microphone" to ON, then restart the computer.
- If buzz or electric sound is found:
- Unplug the microphone and then plug it in again. Ensure all interfaces are plugged in tightly.
- Restart your computer or insert the microphone into another USB jack.
- Record an audio sample to check if the issue is caused by the surrounding environment or interference from other electronic devices.
- Keep the microphone away from mobile phones and tablets; do not place these electronic devices around it.
