To Straighten Your Hair
- Part hair (middle or side) and section using clips (top, sides, back).
- Comb hair to ensure it is tangle-free.
- Start at the nape of the neck, straightening underneath sections first, then moving to upper layers.
- Take a 5 cm section of hair, pull taut and away from the scalp. Clamp the straightener firmly at the roots.
- Run the straightener down the entire length of the hair section in one smooth stroke.
- Repeat if extra straightening is needed.
- Continue until desired results are achieved.
To Curl Your Hair
- Section hair as described above.
- Grip a 5 cm section of hair firmly between the plates near the roots. (Smaller sections create tighter curls).
- Gently rotate the straightener 180° while maintaining tension and pulling through the hair section from roots to ends.
- Ensure continuous rotation.
- Remove the straightener, hold the hair length, and allow the curl to form.
Maintenance
This straightener is virtually maintenance-free for household use. For cleaning, disconnect from power, allow to cool, and wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse in liquid. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the ceramic plates as this will scratch the surface.
Storage
- Always unplug the straightener when not in use. Allow it to cool and store out of children's reach in a safe, dry place.
- Never wrap the power cord around the straightener, as this can cause premature wear and breakage. Handle the cord carefully to prolong its life, avoiding jerking, twisting, or straining, especially at the plug and appliance connections. Straighten the cord periodically if it becomes twisted.
- Store with plates locked to protect them from scratches.
WARNING: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins, or other vessels containing water.
As with all electrical appliances, the power cord must be regularly checked for wear and tear. Cease using the product immediately if the power cord shows any signs of damage.
This product conforms to radio frequency interference requirements.
Any product purchased and used commercially carries a limited 90 Day Warranty.
