Getting Started

Follow these steps to set up and use your mophie magnetic wireless charger.

Step 1: Connect to Power

Connect the USB-C cable to the wireless charging pad and plug the other end into a compatible power adapter. Ensure the power adapter is plugged into a wall outlet.

Step 2: Place Your Device

Align your compatible smartphone with the magnetic charging surface on the pad. The magnets will ensure proper alignment for efficient wireless charging.

Step 3: Charging

Once properly aligned, your device will begin to charge wirelessly. A charging indicator (e.g., on your phone's screen) should confirm charging is active.

Important Safety Instructions

Read all instructions and warnings before using this product. Improper use may result in product damage, excess heat, toxic fumes, fire, or explosion.

• Do not store the device in high-temperature environments or expose it to fire or excessively hot environments.
• Do not expose the wireless charger to rain or snow.
• Do not use the wireless charger beyond its output rating. Overloading may risk fire or injury.
• Do not disassemble or modify the product.
• Do not attempt to replace any part of this device.
• If the device is accessible to or may be used by a minor, the purchasing adult agrees to be solely responsible for providing supervision, instruction, and warnings.
• If your device is excessively hot, emitting odor, deformed, or showing abnormal phenomena, stop use immediately and contact the manufacturer.
• To comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, use the wireless charger with a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons.
