"HBTD"displaycasesareusedtodisplayandshortlastingstorageofpreviouslypreparedhotdishesincontainers beforeservingthem.Theseunitsconstitutebasicelementsofequipmentinmassfeedingfacilities.Scopeofwater temperatureregulationintankchamberrangesbetween+30ºC/+90ºC.

"HBTD"isawaterbainmarie.Containersareplacedoverthewaterbathheatedwithelectricalheatersplaced underthebainmarietank,transferringheatindirectmanner.Dishesmaybeadditionallyheatedwithinfrared radiatorsplacedintheupperlamp.Thedisplaycaseisequippedwithmechanicaltemperatureregulatorandfront glasshotairblow.Ourequipmentismanufacturedaccordingtomoderntechnologiesandallhavecertificates requiredbylaw.

Whencleaningtheunit,donotusewaterjet.Theunitshouldbecleanedwitha moistcloth.

Temperatureoftheheateddisplayspacemayvary.Itdependsonnumerousfactors,suchasamountand temperatureofproductsplacedinthedeviceandtemperatureofthesurroundings.Theequipmentshouldbe placedinadryandwellventilatedplace.

x Beforeplacinghotproductsinthedisplaycase,anemptydisplaycaseshould operateuntilthedesiredworkingtemperatureshallbeobtained.
x Donotblockanyventilationholes,asthiscouldhinderthefrontglasshotairinlet. (Figure1/5)

REFRIGERATION LTD 9CVGTNGXGNKPDCKPOCTKGVCPM Beforeconnectingwaterbainmarieitisessentialtochecktheclosureofballvalvelocatedbelowthedisplaycase body(Figure1/8)andfillthetankwithproperamountofcleanwater.Wepourthewaterdirectlyintothebain marietank(ex.Withrubberhose)toavoidfloodingtheelectricpart! Optimallevelofpouredwatershouldfallslightlyabovethelevel(2)(Figure8).Thelevelofpouredshouldnotbe toohigh,asthiscanprolongthewaterheatingtime.Apartfromtheabove,thewatermaynotreachtheproper, hightemperature,andheatersmayworkcontinuously,whichwillcausegreaterpowerconsumptionandquicker wearandtearoftheheaters. Toensureminimalelectricenergyconsumption,itisessentialto:
· Addwaterofhighestpossibletemperatureinordertoshortentheactuationtime. · Whentheunitisoperating,pleasecoverthebainmarietankwithcontainersinordertodecreasewater
evaporationandshortenthewaterheatingtime. BainmarieisequippedwithSPW4waterlevelregulatorusedtocontrolandmanagetankwaterlevel.This regulatorisequippedwithsoundandlightsignaling(Figure7/4,5)illustratingbainmarieoperatingcondition. Greendiode­signalslowwaterlevel,theheatingfunctionisstillactive­pourthewaterintothetank,untilthe diodewillbeoff. Reddiode­signalsverylowwaterlevelinthetank,theheatingfunctionisstillactive(untilsoundsignalingwillbe activated)­itisabsolutelynecessarytopourthewateruntilthereddiode,andthenthegreendiodewillbeoff.
Whenbainmarietankisproperlyfilledwithwater,controlpaneldiodesshouldnot beilluminatedatall.

Bainmarieisequippedwithmechanicaltemperatureregulator.Temperaturesensorislocatedinthebainmarie tank(Figure8/4).Wesetthedesiredwatertemperatureinthetank(Figure7/6)withthehelpofregulatingknobby turningitandsettinginproperposition.Turningtheknobclockwiseincreasesthesettemperature,andturningitin theoppositedirectioncausesthedecreaseoftemperature.Turningtheknobleft;untilitreachesthefinalposition turnsofftheheaters,despitethefactthatthepowersupplyisactivated.
4.3.Lampsystem Thelampsystemincludesceramicinfraredradiatorsandbulbsaimedtooperateinhightemperatures. Infraredradiatorsareusedforadditional,superficialdishheating.Theyusethephenomenonoftemperature radiation,aiminginabsorbingandchangingtheradiationenergyfallingonheateddishesintoheat.Radiatedwaves fallthroughairwithoutanydifficultiesanddonotemitheatuntiltheyreachtheheatedsurface.Bulbsandinfrared radiatorsmaybeturnedon/turnedoffindependentlywithswitchesplacedoncontrolpanel(Figure7/2;3).
