Safe Mode and Language Setting

Safe Mode

In "Safe mode", two registered codes are required to unlock the safe. These can be combinations like "fingerprint + fingerprint", "fingerprint + password", "password + fingerprint", or "password + password".

To activate "Safe mode", press the [⚙️/? button] on the battery compartment. A voice prompt "Safe mode is on" confirms activation. Pressing the button again turns "Safe mode" off.

⚠️ Attention: In "Standard mode", any single registered PIN code or fingerprint can unlock the safe.

Language Setting

Press and hold the [⚙️ button] on the battery compartment until a beep is heard. Pressing the button 4 times allows switching between Chinese and English.

⚠️ Attention: The default language is Chinese.

Back-up System

The safe is equipped with a back-up system. The main system operates under normal conditions. The back-up system is utilized if the main system fails or registered fingerprints and passwords cannot unlock the safe.

⚠️ Attention:

  • For security reasons, the methods for using the back-up system are not disclosed. Contact customer support for instructions if the main system fails.
  • Do not place the external power box inside the safe; it is necessary for starting the back-up system.

Alerts and Notifications

Vibrant Alert

To activate "Vibration alert", press the [⚙️ button] for 3 seconds. A voice prompt "Vibration alert is on" indicates success. Pressing the same button for another 3 seconds turns it off.

The safe will activate a vibration alert for 20 seconds when it detects a significant vibration. This alert can be stopped by any registered fingerprint or password.

Diagram Description (Figure 5): Shows the battery compartment with terminals and the setting button.

False Alert

A false alert is triggered by 5 incorrect fingerprint entries or 3 incorrect password entries. The alert lasts for 20 seconds, and the system will be locked for 180 seconds.

⚠️ Attention: The safe cannot be operated when in the "Locked" state caused by a false alert.

Low-Voltage Alert

If the main power supply voltage drops below 4.8 V, the system will activate a "Low-voltage alert". A voice prompt "Low voltage, please replace battery" will be heard. Replace the battery promptly when this alert occurs.

⚠️ Attention: Low voltage may affect the normal operation of the safe. Please replace the battery in time when receiving this alert.
