Quick Guide to Registering Your BWT Perla
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for registering your BWT Perla water softener.
You will need the following for registration:
- Your BWT Perla unit must be turned on.
- Wi-Fi connection and password, or a LAN connection (via Ethernet network cable).
- Access to the App Store or Google Play.
- An email address for registering your Perla unit. Check your spam folder for activation links if necessary.
Step-by-Step Registration Process

Initiate Registration on the Display
On the BWT Perla unit's display, tap the three stripes icon in the top left corner.
Then, tap 'SETTINGS / INDSTILLINGER'.

Navigate to Registration
On the display, tap 'REGISTRATION / REGISTRERING'.

Connect to Network
To connect via Wi-Fi or LAN, tap the arrow icon at the bottom right. Select your network and enter the Wi-Fi password.
For LAN connection, tap 'AUTOMATIC' for automatic IP address assignment.

User Registration
Enter your email address for the system operator. You may need to enter it twice. If the entries are identical, tap 'CONTINUE / FORTSÆT'.
Select 'Denmark' and tap 'CONTINUE / FORTSÆT'.

Complete Registration via Email
Registration has started. Check your email and follow the instructions to complete the registration process. This may take a few minutes.
Tap 'CONTINUE' on the display.
Product Activation and App Setup
Activate and complete product registration of BWT Perla:

Check Email for Activation Link
Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the activation email. Click the link 'Activate your product now' to go to the activation website.

Product Activation Website
On the activation website, read the privacy policy and acknowledge it. Enter a name for your BWT product and confirm your location (country, street, postal code, city).
Click 'Continue' to proceed.

Confirm Email Address
You will receive an email to confirm your email address. Click the 'Confirm email address now' button.

Log in to BWT Account
After email confirmation, log in to your BWT account using the provided link. Your BWT products will be displayed here after product registration.

Access via BWT Best Water Home App
Download the 'BWT Best Water Home' app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Open the app and log in with your BWT account credentials.
Once logged in, you can swipe down to update and view your BWT Perla unit's status.
Your BWT Perla is now registered and ready to use!
