Tips: The included parts meet plumbing standards of the country of sale. However, some homes may have alternative sized fittings or the hose is too short to connect. If the included parts do not work for your setup, please contact BIGCOW for assistance with alternative parts.

3 Ways to Connect the T-Adapter

Please choose a suitable solution according to the pipe of your toilet.

Solution 1: Water valve

The provided T-adapter should be installed at the fill valve under the toilet tank.

Solution 2: Toilet tank water inlet

Connect the provided T-adapter to the water valve on the wall.

Solution 3: Washbowl

Connect the provided T-adapter to the water valve under the washbowl.

Installation Steps

1. Step 1: Turn off the water supply and empty the toilet tank.
2. Step 2: Remove the toilet seat. Attention: The original bolts and screws should be removed together and set them aside. Important: Make sure that all bolts and screws are removed from the toilet bowl. The toilet bowl should not have any bolts or screws before mounting the bidet!
3. Step 3: Insert the rubber non-slip mats to the bottom of the bidet.
4. Step 4: Mount Your Bidet on the Toilet. You may need to rotate the adjustment plates accordingly to line up properly with the holes. Then reattach the toilet seat on top of the bidet attachment and secure to use the original bolts and screws.
5. Step 5: Disconnect the Water Supply Hose.
6. Step 6: Check the T-adapter. Make sure that there is a black rubber washer inserted at the top of the T-adapter. If it is not already there, insert the black rubber washer so it is securely in place.
7. Step 7: Install the T-adapter to the Toilet Tank. Connect the top of the T-adapter to the toilet tank and the bottom of the T-adapter to the water supply hose. PRO TIP: Do not overtighten connections. Simply turn the connection by hand then use the wrench to tighten a quarter turn more.
8. Step 8: Connect the hose provided to the bidet and T-adapter. If the hose is too short, please contact BIGCOW.

Assembled Unit

Congratulations! You are ready to use the Bidet for the first time. Gently turn the water pressure control knob to reach your desired spray pressure.
