It is forbidden to use any tool to root this phone, otherwise there may be unrecoverable faults, and the rooted phone does not enjoy the warranty!

Safety Precautions

Safe boot

Do not use your mobile phone when it is forbidden to use your mobile phone or if it may cause interference or danger.

Traffic safety first

Do not use your mobile phone while driving, so as not to interfere with safe driving.

Shut down in restricted areas.

Please comply with the relevant restrictions or regulations. Shut down on airplanes or near flammable materials, chemicals or medical equipment.

Interference

Mobile communications can be subject to radio interference, which can affect performance.

Waterproof

This phone is not waterproof, please keep it dry.

Specialized service

Do not disassemble the phone and accessories. Only authorized organizations can repair the phone.

Install SIM or USIM card and battery

When you order a mobile phone service, you will receive a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card with your order details, such as a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and optional services. To use the 3G (WCDMA) service, you can purchase a Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) card. Install the SIM card or USIM card as follows:

  1. On the right side of the phone, find the card slot of the SIM card.
  2. There is a corresponding SIM card and memory card card insertion method on the card slot, please insert the card according to the pattern shown.

If you do not have a SIM or USIM card inserted, you can only use your phone's non-network services and some of the menus.

Do not insert the memory card into the SIM card slot.

Charging the battery

You must charge the battery before using it for the first time. You can use the provided travel charger or connect your phone to your computer via a computer cable to charge your phone.

When the battery is low, the phone will sound a warning tone and display a low battery message. If the battery is too low, the phone will automatically shut down. You need to charge the battery before you can continue using your phone.

Charging with a travel charger

Plug the small end plug of the travel charger into the multi-function jack. Improper connection of the travel charger may result in serious damage to the mobile phone and will not be warranted for any damage caused by mishandling.

  1. Plug the big end plug of the travel charger into the power outlet.

You can use your phone while charging, but this will extend the battery charging time; The phone will heat up when charging, this phenomenon is normal and will not affect the life or performance of the phone.

  1. When the battery is fully charged, disconnect the travel charger from the phone and unplug it from the power outlet.

Charging with computer data cable

Make sure your computer is turned on before charging.

  1. Plug one end of the computer data cable (micro USB) into the multi-function jack.
  2. Connect the other end of the computer data cable to the computer's USB port. Depending on the type of computer data cable used, it may take a while to start charging.
  3. When the battery is fully charged, disconnect the computer data cable from the phone and unplug it from the computer.

Format SD card storage

In the main menu, select Settings → Storage → Store Information → Format SD Storage.

Before formatting the SD card storage, remember to back up all the important data stored on your phone. The manufacturer warranty service does not include data loss due to user actions.

Power on and off

To boot, press and hold [Power On/Off] the phone will turn on.

In areas where wireless devices are prohibited (such as airplanes and hospitals), please follow all posted warnings and instructions from official staff.

To use only your phone's non-network service, switch to airplane mode. Pull down the main interface and select the icon in the upper right corner to have flight mode.

Touch screen

Use your phone's touch screen to make it easier to select items or perform functions.

The following operations can be performed to control the touch screen:

If the phone is not used for the specified length of time, the phone will turn off the touch screen. To turn the touch screen back on, press [Power On/Off]. The backlight time can also be adjusted. In standby mode, then select Settings → Display → Sleep → Sleep time.

Lock or unlock the touch screen and buttons

The touch screen and buttons can be locked to prevent any accidental phone operation.

To lock, press [Switch button]. To unlock, press [Power On/Off] and follow the on-screen prompts to manually unlock.

Select wallpaper source

You can set the wallpaper to customize the standby screen or lock screen interface (the wallpaper can customize the pictures in the album).

Use the shortcut panel

When in standby mode or while using the app, touch the indicator icon area at the top of the screen and drag your finger down. Open the shortcuts panel. You can activate or deactivate other features such as wireless connections and access a list of notifications, such as messages, calls, events, or processing status. To hide the list, drag the bottom border of the list up.

Access application

If you want to access the app of your phone:

The phone has a built-in motion sensor that detects the direction of the phone. If you rotate your phone while using certain features, the phone interface will automatically switch to landscape mode. If you want to set the interface does not change with the rotation of the phone. Open the shortcuts panel at the top of the screen and select Auto Rotate. Alternatively, select Settings → Display → Rotate Screen → Auto or Keep Portrait.

Adjust screen brightness under the setup menu:

  2. Turn off the button on the auto-adjust brightness.
  3. Drag the slider to adjust the level of brightness.

The brightness level of the display affects the speed at which the phone consumes battery power.

Set the unlock pattern

An unlock pattern can be set to prevent others from using the phone without permission.

  1. In the main menu interface, then select Settings → Security → Screen Lock → Pattern.
  2. Watch the screen tips and sample patterns and choose Next (if necessary).
  3. Drag your finger to connect at least four points and draw a pattern.
  4. Choose to continue.
  5. Redraw the pattern to confirm.
  6. Select confirmation.

After setting the unlock pattern, you will be asked to enter the unlock pattern each time you turn it on. If you want your phone to no longer require an unlock pattern, select Settings → Security → Screen lock → Draw the lock set pattern → None.

Note: If you select "None", the screen will not be locked.

If you forget to unlock the pattern, you need to bring your phone to its customer service center to unlock it. Responsible for loss of passwords or personal data or other damage caused by the use of illegal software.

Lock SIM card or USIM card

The phone can be locked by activating the PIN code provided with the SIM card or USIM card.

  1. In the main menu interface, then select Settings → Security Settings → SIM card lock → mode → Lock SIM card.
  2. Enter your PIN and choose OK.

If you activate the PIN lock, you must enter your PIN every time you turn it on.

If the PIN code is entered incorrectly three times, the SIM card or USIM card will be locked. You must enter your PIN unlocking key (PUK) to unlock your SIM card or USIM card.

If the SIM card or USIM card is locked due to incorrect PUK input, bring the card to the service provider to unlock it.

Call records

Can view call history filtered by type.

  1. In standby mode, click the dial button to enter the dialing interface and call log interface.
  2. In the call log interface, you can press the call type of the call.
  3. Select the record for which you want to view detailed call details.

Dialpad

Click the icon in the lower left corner of the main interface to close or pop up the dial pad to operate the contacts recorded in the call. Each time you dial a contact number, the contact automatically joins the call history page.

Unable to start phone

SIM card error

The metal surface of the SIM card is dirty. Wipe the metal contact point of the SIM card with a clean cloth.

If the SIM card is not installed, install the SIM card correctly according to the instruction manual.

SIM card is damaged, contact your network service provider.

Unable to connect to network

The signal is weak. Please move to a strong signal and try again.

Exceeding the network coverage area of the network service provider.

Invalid SIM card, contact your network provider.

The number cannot be called out

Please confirm whether the dialing button is pressed after dialing.

Please confirm if the call is forbidden due to arrears.

Please confirm if the SIM card is valid.

Please confirm if the call barring function is set.

Poor call quality

Please check if the volume adjustment is not suitable, Using mobile phones in poorly received areas, such as near high-rise buildings or basements, radio waves cannot be effectively communicated, Use the phone during a call-intensive period, such as after work hours, the line is congested and the call cannot be made.

Number cannot be called in

Please confirm that the phone is turned on and connected to the network.

Please confirm if you are prohibited from calling due to arrears.

Please confirm if the SIM card is valid.

Please confirm if the call restriction function is set.

Contacts can't hear you

Please confirm that the microphone is turned on.

Please keep the microphone in the lower part of the phone close to your mouth.

Short standby time

The standby time is related to the system settings of the network and may be in an area where reception is poor. When the signal is not received, the phone will continue to transmit to find the base station, which consumes a large amount of battery power, resulting in a shorter standby time. Please move to a place with strong signal or temporarily turn off the phone. Need to replace the battery, please replace the battery.

Unable to charge

Poor contact, check if the plug is connected.

Dirty, wipe the phone and battery terminals with a soft, clean cloth.

When charging in an environment below 0° C or above 45° C, please change the charging environment.

The battery or charger is damaged and needs to be replaced.
