Product Maintenance

Limited Warranty
The manufacturer warrants this portable luminaire to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and for products used in normal service. If the product is found to be defective, the manufacturer's sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer's discretion. This is provided the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect, or mishandling. This warranty does not apply to products improperly installed, set up, or used contrary to the supplied instructions. It also does not apply to failures resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or faulty installation, or any other failure not related to material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover the product's finish, such as surface or weathering, which is considered normal wear and tear. The manufacturer disclaims any warranty, express or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer specifically disclaims liability for consequential or incidental loss or damage, including labor or expense costs involved in replacement or repair.
Assembly and Usage
Product Description: This portable luminaire features a teal-colored, domed metal lampshade. A slender stem connects the lampshade to a round base, which includes a decorative element. The lamp is operated via a foot switch.
Parts Included for Assembly (parts are not to scale): The diagram indicates four main components, each labeled with the number '1'. These are the primary parts of the luminaire.
Assembly Instructions: Fix the pipe component onto the lamp holder.
Tools Required for Assembly: One (1) 150-watt maximum, 1-way type bulb (or CFL equivalent) is required but not included.
